A plurality of interconnected-rollers (110, 114, 116) comprises at-least one roller linked to the lever-arm and rotatable by the lever arm. The plurality of interconnected rollers (110, 114, 116) are configured for anchoring the blister-strip (104) from one end for enabling the placement in a coil-form and unwinding of the blister strip (104) from the coil-form, guiding at least two split-portions of the blister-strip (104), anchoring an end of each of said at-least two portions of the blister-strip (104) for winding the at-least two portions separately, and anchoring an end of a lid-foil peeled off the at least two portions for winding the lid-foil.

To be able to detect seal breakage of a container portion for containing an article by a simpler scheme, there is provided a signal processing device including: a processor that executes a program; and a memory that stores the program for causing the processor to function as a detection unit that transmits a signal to one or more signal lines formed of a breakable material in such a manner that the signal passes through regions corresponding to one or more respective container portions of a package for containing articles, and detects seal breakage of each container portion on the basis of whether the transmitted signal returns via each region.

A sheet laminate for being used as a puncturable top web for a blister package, comprising: an aluminium base sheet layer; at least one tie layer comprising polyolefin; a welding layer comprising polyester or polypropylene; wherein the welding layer and the tie layer are coextrusion coated on the base sheet layer so that the at least one tie layer is disposed between the base sheet layer and the welding layer, whereby the welding layer is attached to the base sheet layer by the at least one tie layer. A blister package, wherein the sheet laminate is attached to a bottom web with product cavities. A method of manufacture of the sheet laminate and of the blister package, wherein the coextrusion coating step of the manufacture of the blister package is carried out simultaneously with extrusion lamination of a paper layer.

Blister pack device and method

A container forming apparatus includes a plurality of forming members that have outer forming surfaces, which are shaped to form pockets in a sheet of material. A plurality of actuators are in mechanical connection with the forming members. The actuators are able to extend and retract the forming members. A controller is in electrical communication with the plurality of actuators. The controller is able to simultaneously extend any one or any combination of the forming members to create a plurality of pockets in a determined pattern in the sheet of material to produce a customized blister pack.

Blister pack

The present invention relates to a blister pack that comprises a base laminate with a sealing layer and a lid laminate with a sealing layer, the base laminate having at least one cavity housing a product. The base laminate and the lid laminate are directly sealed to each other via their identical sealing layers whereby the seal comprises two different sealing subzones, a first sealing subzone providing a permanent seal and a second sealing subzone providing a peelable seal.
