Co-injection molded dispensing components method
A present application relates to a dispensing component for use with an urn liner. The dispensing component includes a spout formed of a polyethylene material and a flexible tube formed of a thermoplastic elastomer material. The spout and tube are formed together as a single component in a mold by co-injection of the polyethylene material and the thermoplastic elastomer material.
FLEXIBLE BAGS AND PRODUCTS THEREIN HAVING EXTENDED SHELF LIFE
This disclosure provides methods and articles of manufacture (e.g., flexible bags) that extend the shelf life of packaged food products, such as wine, that are susceptible to oxidation. Oxygen transport into the product (e.g., wine) through the flexible-bag walls reduces the shelf life of the product. Similarly, oxygen in air trapped in headspace of a flexible bag packaged with the food product (e.g., wine) eventually dissolves or permeates into the product, and can reduce shelf life and the quality of the product. This disclosure relates flexible bags that provide inert gas cavities around the food product (e.g., wine) and in the headspace above the food product, and the process of making such flexible bags, such that the total oxygen content inside an unfilled (with product) flexible bag is less than 10%.
Flexible Bags and Products Therein With Extended Shelf Life
This invention relates to extending shelf life of food product such as wine packaged in flexible bags. Oxygen transport into the wine through the flexible-bag walls reduces the shelf life of the product. Similarly, oxygen in air trapped in headspace of a flexible bag packaged with the food product such as wine eventually dissolves into the wine, and consequently diminishing its shelf life. This invention relates flexible bags that provide inert gas cavities around the wine and in the headspace above the wine, and the process of making such flexible bags, such that the total oxygen content inside an unfilled (with product) flexible bag is less than 10%.
Package of disposable wipes
A disposable wipes package and a package for disposable wipes comprising improved fitments to aid removal of wipes from within a package is disclosed herein. The dispensing fitment is formed of a single material and comprises a frame for securing to a package of disposable wipes. The frame has an oval, rectangular, diamond or ring shaped rim with an internal wall defining an opening through which wipes may be dispensed. A first petal is provided having a free end extending into an opening from a first side of the frame. A second petal has a free end extending into an opening from a second side of the frame towards the first petal to define a gap between the free ends of the first and second petals. The opening includes the gap and one or more orifices and occupies between 40% and 90% of the area within the rim.
FLIP COVER FOR WET WIPES
The present Utility Model discloses a flip cover for wet wipes, comprising an upper flip cover and a lower drawing cover, wherein the lower drawing cover is provided with a drawing port, the upper flip cover comprises a fixing cover, a flip cover and a connecting elastic bar, the two ends of the connecting elastic bar are connected with the fixing cover and the flip cover, respectively, the lower surface of the fixing cover is provided with a downward convex insert strip, and the fixing cover is connected to the lower drawing cover through the insert strip; the front end of the flip cover is provided with an internally concave upper clipping strip and is elastically engaged with the lower drawing cover through the clipping strip; the upper surface of the connecting elastic bar is provided with convex strips which are extruded from the upper surface of the connecting elastic bar and are supported against the upper edge of the slot of the fixing cover after the flip cover is turned to a certain angle; when the applying force drives the flip cover to a certain angle, the flip cover upwards and automatically turns along the connection edges of the elastic bar and the fixing cover under the drive of the connecting elastic bar; and when the applying force is released within certain angle, the flip cover will automatically and downwards turn and be engaged with the lower drawing cover under the drive of the connecting elastic bar.
Consumption Packet with Drinking Arrangement
A consumption packet includes a bag and a dispensing arrangement. The bag includes a first bag wall and a second bag wall defining a cavity between the first and second bag walls. The bag further has an enclosable area defined at the first bag wall and a pouch opening formed within the enclosable area. The dispensing arrangement includes a sealing flap extended from the second bag wall and folded on the first bag wall to enclose the enclosable area thereof so as to seal the pouch opening by the sealing flap, wherein the sealing flap is unfolded from the enclosable area to unseal the pouch opening.
Spout-connector assembly for fluid dispensing from flexible bags
The present invention relates to a universal fitment, method of assembling the universal fitment, and method of dispensing liquids using such universal fitment. The universal fitment of the present invention has features to engage a quick-connect-disconnect dispensing connector or a screw-on connector dispensing connector for the dispensing of liquids and semi-liquids from a collapsible bag.

Flexible packaging having a lid fitment and method for making the same
A flexible package assembly can include a flexible package formed from a flexible material and a lid fitment attached to the package at the opening wall. The flexible package can include a plurality of walls that cooperate to define an interior volume of the package, including first and second opposed side walls and an opening wall. The first and second opposed side walls include first and second tucks, respectively, adjacent to opening wall. The lid fitment can include a base attached to the opening wall and surrounding the opening, first and second projections extending downwardly from opposed sides of the base; and a lid having a complementary shape to a shape of the base. The base is attached to the opening wall such that the first projection extends at least partially into the first tuck and the second projection extends at least partially into the second tuck.
