BUFFER MEMBER AND BUFFER MEMBER FORMING MATERIAL
A buffer member includes: a resin sheet welded in a bag-like shape; and a medium sealed in the resin sheet, wherein the resin sheet includes a plurality of buffer areas each having a shape extending longitudinally in a first direction and arranged adjacent to each other in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, each buffer area of the plurality of buffer areas includes a first buffer chamber having a shape extending in the first direction, a second buffer chamber having a shape extending in the first direction and formed at a position separated from the first buffer chamber in the first direction, and a connecting flow passage connecting the first buffer chamber and the second buffer chamber.
CUSHIONING MEMBER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CUSHIONING MEMBER
A cushioning member includes: an accommodating bag portion that accommodates a medium; a first fusing portion that defines the accommodating bag portion such that the accommodating bag portion is provided with an opening; a check valve having a first end located inside the accommodating bag portion and a second end located outside the accommodating bag portion, and provided at the opening; a second fusing portion that is immediately adjacent to the first fusing portion on those external sides of the check valve which are opposite in a direction intersecting a direction in which the check valve protrudes from the accommodating bag portion, and defines a channel that communicates with the opening; and a third fusing portion that is connected to the second fusing portion and seals the channel, the third fusing portion being provided across a portion of the check valve that protrudes from the accommodating bag portion.
CONTAINER
A container (100) having: a housing member (10) having a bottom surface member (12) and a side surface member (14); and a protective member (220a) having a receiving surface in contact with an item to be housed. The bottom surface member defines the xy plane and the side surface member defines the xz plane and the yz plane that are orthogonal to the xy plane. The side surface member has a cut-out section (15a) that faces a housing space. The protective member (220a) has an inside member (122a) comprising a receiving section having first receiving surface (123) parallel to the yz plane and a second receiving surface (124) parallel to the xz plane; and an outside member (232a) arranged at least between the inside member and a side surface parallel to the yz plane of the side surface member, said outside member being fitted to the inside member (122a) so as to be slidable in a direction intersecting the floor surface. The inside member (122a) and the outside member (232a) are arranged in the cut-out section so as to each be independently attachable and detachable. A section including the first receiving surface (123) is more flexible than a section including the second receiving surface (124).
Foldable and biodegradable cushioning sheet
The invention is directed to a foldable and biodegradable cushioning sheet comprising a plurality of cushions, which sheet comprises a flexible base film and a plurality of cushions located on the top surface of the flexible base film; and wherein the cushioning sheet can be folded to provide a sturdy inside corner, wherein an object can be placed, such that the object is protected and if needed immobilized, for example during packing and transporting.
PACKING MEMBER
A packing member for packing a sheet feeding device includes a packing bag, a first cushioning material, a second cushioning material, a connecting member connecting the first cushioning material and the second cushioning material, a third cushioning material, and a tubular member. The first cushioning material and the second cushioning material are contacted to an inner surface of the tubular member by an elastic force of the connecting member and tension of the packing bag generating with mounting of the first cushioning material, and the second cushioning material and the third cushioning material.
Packaging body
A packaging body includes a base on which a packaging target is placed, a box including first flaps and second flaps, and a binding body configured to bind the base and the box and disposed between the first flaps and the second flaps. The box has a rectangular shape and an upper opening portion and configured to cover a top face and side faces of the packaging target. The first flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and including an opening through which an included object is inserted. The second flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from different opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and configured to be folded over the first flaps when the first flaps are folded. The first flaps further include partial flap portions.
Cushioning, packing, and package
Cushioning supports a bottom corner section of an article being packed. The corner section has a bottom face, a first side face, and a second side face. The cushioning includes a first cushioning member and a second cushioning member that are separable from each other. The first cushioning member includes a bottom section that faces the bottom face of the corner section of the packed article and a first side section that faces the first side face of the corner section of the packed article. The second cushioning member includes a second side section that faces the second side face of the corner section of the packed article.
Securing apparatus for packaging and shipping
A securing apparatus includes a main body that defines a cavity sized to receive a portion of an object, such as a box's corner. The securing apparatus includes at least one anchor extending from the main body that is configured to engage with the corner portion of the object such that the securing apparatus may be removably coupled thereto. The main body of the securing apparatus may include eyelets configured to receive a length of filament such that multiple objects may be secured to one another during packaging and shipping. Additionally, the securing apparatus may also include a projecting finger that is configured to retain a length of filament that may be used to attach the object more securely to a pallet or other structure for shipping.
FOAM PACKAGING APPARATUS
A foam packaging pad for enclosing and packaging an article includes a single sheet of material having a top section, a bottom section, a plurality of wall sections, and at least one first extended section configured to extend from one of the plurality of wall sections toward a side of the bottom section connected to the one of the plurality of wall sections. The single sheet of material includes a plurality of cutting portions cut through an entire thickness of the material and a plurality of connecting hinge portions connected between the plurality of wall sections and the bottom section such that each of the plurality of wall sections is positioned in an angle relative to the bottom section. Further, the wall sections are configured to be folded substantially perpendicular to the bottom section to form a container for receiving the article.
Cooperative packaging systems and methods
A cooperative packaging system includes a base package, a first member, a second member, and a third member. The base package includes a first side and a second side. The second side is contiguous with the first side. The first member covers a portion of the first side of the base package. The second member covers the second side of the base package. The third member covers the first member and a portion of the second member. The first member and the second member are configured to mitigate impacts sustained by the cooperative packaging system prior to the impacts being transferred to the base package.
