Pallet container
A pallet container for storing and transporting liquid contents includes a rigid thin-walled inner container made of thermoplastic, a tube grid frame tightly surrounding the plastic inner container as a supporting jacket, and a base pallet, on which the plastic container rests and to which the tube grid frame is securely connected. The base pallet includes an upper support plate of steel sheet, upper support pipes parallel and diagonally directly under the support plate, corner feet, central feet, and a base pipe assembly of steel pipes. The assembly circulating below the corner and central feet. At least one central foot has an outer central foot part and an inner central foot part fixed between the upper support pipes and the base-side circulating base pipe assembly in the final assembled state. Both central foot parts loosely engage into each other in a plugged formfitting manner.
LOCKING ASSEMBLY THAT LOCKS A CARGO NET TO A PALLET
A method and a locking assembly for locking a cargo net to a pallet for preventing access to cargo during transportation is disclosed. One example embodiment provides a locking assembly with an anchor, a retaining ring and a cable tie. The anchor includes a base member, a bolt, and a spring. The retaining ring locks to both the cargo net and the base member. The cable tie locks the bolt and the base member together and prevents the bolt from moving from the base member. Such that the anchor is prevented from being removed from the pallet without destroying the anchor or the pallet.
CARGO HANDLING PALLET
A cargo handling pallet includes: a cargo placement surface, and a ground contact surface parallel with the placement surface and in contact with a pallet supporting surface. At least one of four edges of the placement surface is formed as an eaves edge over the entire length or a part of the length. A recess is defined below the eaves edge such that the pallet supporting surface is exposed by the recess, and a distal end of a fork can be inserted into the recess. The eaves edge has a sliding contact portion that is brought into sliding contact with an upper surface of the distal end of the fork. The depth of the recess is set longer than the fork insertion length for a case where the upper surface of the distal end of the fork is first brought into contact with the sliding contact portion.
CARGO PALLET WITH EXTRUDED SLOT
A panel structure comprised of a plurality of extruded aluminum panel members. The aluminum panel members are joined together into a single structure by a friction stir welding process and at least one of the extruded aluminum panel members includes an extruded slot running along an entire length of the at least one of the extruded aluminum panel members. The extruded slots are used to attach hooks or other suitable retaining devices for securing objects to the panel structure or to directly attach structural elements or modules to the panel structure.
BIN RISER
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a bin riser positionable between different types of shipping bins to enable these shipping bins to stably stack atop one another in a way that inhibits an adjacent stack of shipping bins from toppling over during transit.
Corrugated pallet
A corrugated pallet produced from two flat blanks is provided. The pallet may include a pallet top, a pallet bottom, and a plurality of corner straps locking the pallet top to the pallet bottom. Each of the pallet top and the pallet bottom may include folded portions, the folded portions of the pallet top interlocking with the folded portions of the pallet bottom when the pallet top and the pallet bottom are assembled to each other in nested relation. The pallet top may define a top surface of the pallet. The pallet bottom may define a bottom surface of the pallet. The corner straps may lock into one or both of the pallet top and the pallet bottom from the top or bottom surfaces of the pallet.
Shock-qualified stowage pallet
A pallet includes a forward and an aft end block with a plurality of assemblies connected in series between the forward and aft end blocks. Each assembly includes a bottom plate extending along a horizontal plane and having a pair of opposite side edges and a top plate extending along a horizontal plane, parallel to the bottom plate, and having another pair of opposite side edges. Two tee sections are sandwiched between the top plate and the bottom plate. The horizontal portion of each tee section is attached to the bottom plate and the vertical portion of each tee section is attached to the top plate. An intermediate support connects a front end of one assembly to a back end of an adjacent assembly.
COLLAPSIBLE REUSABLE PALLET
A pallet for supportively carrying and transporting goods as a unit load in a stable efficient manner is disclosed. The pallet can be configured as a rigid or easily disassemblable compact collapsed structure. Interlocking frame members form an upper planar surface with one or more gap or void areas. A sheet of flexible material operatively secured to the frame is tautly stretched to overlie the void areas and forms a structural part of the upper planar surface to counteract downward load forces applied to the fabric over the pallet surface void areas. The sheet material preferably comprises woven polypropylene material.
Light weight folded corrugated pallet
The invention generally relates to devices used for material handling, such as specifically, pallets and skids. More specifically, the present invention is directed toward a folded corrugated pallet including a body defined by a single sheet of corrugated cardboard. The sheet includes a plurality of scored lines extending parallel with respect to each other. The sheet is folded along the scored lines to define a plurality of legs extending in the direction of the scored lines and at least one base wall extending between each of the legs. A pair of wings extends parallel to the scored lines and away from each other when folded parallel to the base wall. A planar top panel is disposed on top of the wings and the base wall. The planar top panel and the wings cooperate to define terminal edges of the pallet that extend in cantilevered fashion adjacent one of the legs.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION RADOME CONTAINER
A storage and transportation container for a radome of an aircraft is disclosed having a top wall, and bottom wall that are planar and parallel to one another, and a peripheral wall, wherein the top, bottom, and peripheral walls form an enclosure for supporting the radome within the container. The top wall has a closed curved outline and a surface of a dimension greater than that of the bottom wall having an outline which forms a parallelogram thus making it possible to receive the radome with its curved nose pointing downwards, and wherein the geometry of the container is matched to the form of the radome and of the hold.
