20250100745 · 2025-03-27 ·

A reusable transport container includes a base and foldable and/or collapsible side panel sections arranged on the base. The side panel sections can be brought into an upright position in which the side panel sections are substantially perpendicular to the base, and into a non-upright position in which the side panel sections are folded or collapsed. The reusable transport container includes a sensor configured to distinguish between the upright position and the non-upright position of at least one side panel section, and a transmitting device coupled to or integrated in the sensor configured to output different signals corresponding to the position detected by the sensor.

BULK BIN WITH PANEL TO PANEL INTERLOCK FEATURES

A collapsible bulk bin container with structures for improved strength is provided. The bulk bin container includes wrap-around portions in the short sidewalls with a horizontal top plate and a horizontal rib proximate the top plate. The bulk bin container also includes ramp structure in the long side sidewall and base for lifting and dropping the sidewall when pivoted upright. The upright sidewall and base include surfaces to inhibit or prevent buckling due to compressive loads. The bin can also include post and pocket interlock structures.

COLLAPSIBLE SHIPPING CONTAINERS

Collapsible bulk shipping containers comprising sidewalls which interlock with another in a unique stair step arrangement, a series of curved protrusions (or arches) which extend along the entire length and/or the entire height of the sidewalls, collapsible sidewalls which permit the shipping containers to fold flat in a much smaller fraction than conventional bins, and a base having one or more support grids with a series of curved ribs. In some embodiments, the shipping containers are not collapsible and comprise the series of curved protrusions (or arches) which extend along a length and/or a height of one or more of the sidewalls.

Container having non-linear and linear tracks for supporting movable dunnage

A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has a frame, tracks supported by opposite sides of the frame, and a plurality of dunnage supports extending between the tracks. At least one of the tracks on each side is generally U-shaped and at least one is linear. Each dunnage support may comprise end members and a middle member, the end members being movable along the tracks. The dunnage supports support dunnage for supporting products for storage or shipment.

A collapsible crate is disclosed having a base and a plurality of walls. The base includes a top surface and defines a cavity below the top surface. The plurality of walls are removably attachable to one another and are movable between a first configuration where the plurality of walls extend substantially vertically above the top surface of the base and a second configuration where the plurality of walls are within the cavity of the base.

CONTAINER LID AND RELATED DRYING METHODS

There is disclosed a lid (107) for containers for transporting dry goods, the lid comprising water guides (200) disposed on an underside (111) thereof. These water guides (200) are configured to guide water centrifugally and to then discharge said water from the lid during rotation of the lid around an axis (2) substantially perpendicular to the lid, whether the lid is spun on its own or as part of a container assembly (100) including a collapsed container body (104). The lid, and any such container assemblies, can therefore be efficiently dried using spin driers, using the centrifugal forced so generated. This brings about considerable energy savings over, for example, blow drying techniques.

CONTAINER SYSTEM WITH DETACHABLE LID, AND RELATED PARTS AND METHODS

There is disclosed a container of the Large Foldable Container (or LFC) type comprising a detachable lid and a container side wall. The detachable lid comprises at least one lid attachment that projects inwardly from an underside of the lid. The container side wall comprises at least one corresponding lid receiver for receiving said lid attachment. The at least one lid attachment and corresponding lid receiver are configured such that the lid can be rested by a user on the container side wall by accommodating said at least one lid attachment within said at least one corresponding lid receiver, such that at least a majority and, in most cases, all of the lid underside faces the outer face of the container side wall. In such manner, the detachable lid can be easily and conveniently rested on the container side wall, while access to the enclosable volume of the container is not impaired.

TRAY-EQUIPPED PALLET AND PACKAGING MEMBER INCLUDING SAME

A tray-equipped pallet includes a pallet, a tray, and a support plate. The tray is made of a sheet and includes a rectangular bottom surface secured to a top plate of the pallet. The support plate is secured to overlie the bottom surface of the tray. The pallet includes a connection portion that protrudes from an upper surface of the top plate and to which the support plate is secured. The tray includes an engagement hole that is formed in the bottom surface and with which the connection portion engages, a first zipper portion that enables separation of the bottom surface into first and second bottom surface portions, and a second zipper portion that enables breakage of a part of the engagement hole on an opposite side to the first zipper portion.
