TRANSFER OF PRODUCTS IN A GRIPPED MANNER TO OR FROM AN ACCUMULATION SURFACE
The invention relates to a method for transferring products to or from a collecting surface within a line for the continuous processing of said products, wherein a first transit zone is fed longitudinally with products by an entry conveyor; a second transit zone supplies products longitudinally to an exit conveyor; at least one column of products is transferred, by being pushed transversely, via a transfer tool provided with members disposed on either side of each column; wherein, at the moment of transfer, each column is gripped by said members being moved toward one another, a first member being fixed, while a second member is mounted in a movable manner. The invention also relates to a transfer device for implementing such a method.
CONVEYOR DEVICE FOR CONVEYING FOOD PRODUCTS
A method for formatting food products on a conveyor device includes a) receiving the food products in a plurality of parallel conveyor tracks, some of which include product gaps; b) outputting the food products into the parallel conveyor tracks in a specific product format; c) detecting the product supply in the conveyor tracks incoming on the input side individually for each of the conveyor tracks; and d) filling the product gaps in the conveyor tracks with food products, so that on the output side all of the parallel conveyor tracks are supplied with the food products. The product gaps are also filled with food products from a product buffer in that at least one of the food products is transferred from the product buffer to the conveyor track only when an odd number of product gaps exist in one of the conveyor tracks.
Article accumulation and article group formation
An article processing station is characterized by an accumulating article shaft and robotic EOAT receiving articles entering the shaft. The shaft includes a grouped article receiving deck within an egress portion of the shaft, opposingly paired sidewalls, and an end wall downstream of the sidewalls. The deck includes spaced apart deck fingers, the end wall includes spaced apart wall fingers, and the EOAT includes spaced apart tool fingers. The tool fingers are registerable in relation to spaces of the spaced apart wall fingers and the spaced apart deck fingers so as to pass there through. The tool travels to, through and from the shaft, so as to receive articles entering the ingress portion of the shaft while traveling from the ingress portion towards the egress portion in furtherance of depositing an article group upon the deck during travel from the shaft.
DEVICE FOR ALIGNING DOUGH PIECES
The present invention relates to a device for aligning dough pieces, comprising a first conveyor, for conveying dough pieces in a direction of conveyance; a second conveyor, for conveying dough pieces in the same direction of conveyance; wherein the second conveyor is arranged as an extension of the first conveyor, and there is a gap in between the first and the second conveyor; wherein a number of transfer units is arranged in parallel in the gap, each transfer unit for transferring dough pieces from the first conveyor to the second conveyor, wherein the transfer units are adapted for independently moving the dough pieces with a directional component perpendicular to the direction of conveyance during transfer from a front side adjacent to the first conveyor to a back side adjacent to the second conveyor.
Device and Method for Feeding a Container Group to a Clocked processing Machine
An apparatus includes a linear feeding-unit having a first linear section and a transfer device that transfers containers, as a group, from the linear feeding-unit to a clocked processing-machine and an entry device having a main feeding-unit distribution-stars. The first distribution-star receives containers from the main feeding-unit at a first transfer-region and transfers and the second distribution-star receives containers from the main feeding-unit at a second transfer-region. A periphery of the first distribution-star comprises a receiving section that receives containers from the main feeding-unit and an empty section interrupts receiving of the containers. The empty section is devoid of supporting-and-retaining elements. However, the receiving section comprises as many supporting-and-retaining elements as there are containers in the container group.
Conveyor device for conveying food products
A conveyor device for conveying food products on a plurality of parallel conveyor tracks and for formatting the food products in a specific product format, especially for conveying and formatting stacks or interleaved units made of a plurality of slices of cheese or meat products is provided. The conveyor device fills a product gap on one of the conveyor tracks incoming on the input side with a food product so that on the output side all parallel conveyor tracks are supplied with the food products when a product gap is sensed. A corresponding method is also provided.
PALLETIZING CONTROL DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The present disclosure relates to a palletizing control device, system, method and storage medium, and relates to the technical field of logistics. A palletizing control device includes: a prestage position generation module configured to generate a prestage position of an article to be palletized by respectively shifting a placement position of the article to be palletized along a horizontal palletizing direction by a horizontal offset corresponding to the article to be palletized and along a vertical palletizing direction by a vertical offset corresponding to the article to be palletized; and a path generation module configured to generate movement path information representing a straight path from the prestage position of the article to be palletized to the placement position of the article to be palletized.
Device for organizing, conveying and placing ammunition cases
A device for organizing, conveying and placing ammunition cases consists of a module with an array of funnels on the top face. When cases are poured onto the top face the funnels direct the cases into bores below, generally with the heavy end (rim and extractor groove end) down. Edges of apertures in a plate which slides in a slot in the bottom of the module engage the extractor groove in each case and secure the cases between the plate and module with spring pressure. After securing the cases they may be conveyed to another location at which point the spring may be compressed to release the cases leaving them arranged neatly. A tray is used to contain and interface with a plurality of modules. By adjusting wedges in the tray, the plates in the module assemblies engaged by the wedges are caused to operate as described previously.
