Device for depositing poultry to a poultry conveyer
A depositing device for depositing poultry from a pile of one or more stacked crates to a poultry conveyor. A tilting unit is configured for tilting the pile of one or more stacked crates around a tilt axis between a receiving position and a depositing position. A chute is tiltable between the receiving position and the depositing position independently to the tilting unit.
CONVEYING DEVICE
The invention relates to a conveying device comprising a base, in particular a rack or a housing, supported on the ground; at least two longitudinal members which are carried by the base, which extend in a longitudinal direction and which are spaced apart from one another in a transverse direction; and a plurality of receivers which are arranged behind one another in the longitudinal direction, which are carried by the longitudinal members and at which conveyor belt sections are supported which are individually attachable and removable and which together form a conveying path extending in the longitudinal direction.
CONVEYING FACILITY
A conveying facility with a drivable conveying member that forms a sheet-like main surface that faces the conveyed item and defines a conveying stretch. The conveying member includes at least one conveying element that forms at least a part of the main surface. The conveying member also includes rollers that, via roller holders, are rotatably mounted on the at least one conveying element about roller pivots and can selectively assume the state of a freewheel position, an arrested position or a drive position. The conveying facility also has at least one conveying container that lies on the conveying member in a connection-free manner, wherein the rollers project at least partly beyond the main surface of the conveying element so that the at least one conveying container lies on the rollers.
Divert chutes in sorting-conveyor systems
A divert chute and a sorting conveyor system having divert chutes that include an array of high-friction rollers in a landing zone to resist the cross-chute momentum of parcels diverted off the sorting conveyor at high speeds. The rollers, which protrude above a flat slide region of the chute, rotate only in a direction down the chute. Parcels sliding axially along the high-friction rollers across the chute are slowed or stopped in the cross-chute direction while being redirected down the chute.
Conveying apparatus for feeding washware to a conveyor warewasher
The invention relates to a conveying apparatus (200, 200, 200, 200) for feeding washware (100, 101) to at least one conveyor belt (50, 51, 52) of a commercial conveyor warewasher (1), with a conveying system (201) for conveying the washware (100, 101), in particular for feeding trays or tray-like washware (100), of cutlery and/or of other washware (101). The invention is characterized by an unloading station (202, 202, 202, 202) for automatically unloading the washware (100, 101) from the conveying apparatus (200, 200, 200, 200) transversely to the conveying direction of the conveying system (201), in which the trays (100), with or without cutlery (103) lying on them, can be oriented on edge and parallel to the transport direction of the conveying system (201), so as to be capable of being placed onto a conveyor belt (50) of the conveyor warewasher. The invention relates, furthermore, to a flight-type warewasher (1) and to a combination of this warewasher (1) and of the conveying apparatus (200, 200, 200, 200). The invention relates, moreover, to a method for loading a flight-type warewasher (1), by means of a conveying apparatus (200, 200, 200, 200) and to a preferred use of same for loading a warewasher with trays or tray-like washware (100).
