Spreader for spreading granular material and method of spreading granular material
In one embodiment, a hopper spreader apparatus for spreading granular material is provided. The hopper spreader apparatus includes a hopper, a spreading unit, and a dispensing unit. The hopper has a storage cavity for storing the granular material to be spread. The spreading unit spreads the granular material. The dispensing system transports the granular material from the hopper to the spreading unit. The dispensing system includes a conveying unit and a rotating first roll. The conveying unit conveys the granular material toward the spreading unit. The rotating first roll controls a flow of granular material from the hopper to the conveying unit. The use of the rotating roll allows for control of high flow material (such as for example dry salt) while allowing for improved collapse and break-up of low flow material (such as for example wetted sand).
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DOSAGING POWDERED OR GRANULATED MATERIAL
Provided is an apparatus for dosaging a particulate material. The particulate material includes, at least in operation, a cavity having an inlet opening facing upwardly for receiving the material from an external source, an outlet opening facing downwardly, for disposing therethrough dosages of the material and a dosage feeder located inside the cavity and having at least one dosage recess.
Delivery apparatus for autonomous system
In one embodiment, the present disclosure includes an automated delivery system apparatus comprising a mechanical guide, a movable unit coupled to the guide on a first surface, and an engaging unit configured to couple to a second surface separated from the first surface by a thickness. The engaging unit is configured to engage an item on the second surface. A magnetic binding force between the movable unit and engaging unit moves the engaging unit along a path corresponding to a path of the movable unit. The engaging unit moves an item along a least a portion of the path.
Dispenser
In one embodiment, the present disclosure includes a solid dispenser including dispensing vanes coupled rotationally about respective parallel horizontal axes. The two dispensing vanes including a surface at a radial distance from the corresponding parallel horizontal axis with teeth arranged on and projecting from the surface. The surfaces of the dispensing vanes may be in contact between the parallel horizontal axes and are flexible in radial directions of the dispensing vanes. In one example embodiment, the dispensing vanes are configured to rotate in opposing directions about the respective parallel horizontal axes to selectively dispense ingredients from a hopper.
Granule dispenser
In one embodiment, the present disclosure includes a granule dispenser comprising a container for holding granulated components, a cap coupled to a bottom of said container, and a stopper. The stopper may be spring loaded against the ridge of said cap. An interface between the stopper and the cap comprises a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of sawtooth forms, wherein the protrusions mate to a base portion between the sawtooth forms in a first position to form a seal between the cap and the stopper, and wherein, when the stopper is rotated, the protrusions engage a sloped portion of the sawtooth forms to create a plurality of openings between the cap and the stopper.
CELLULAR WHEEL SLUICE FOR GRANULATE BULK PRODUCT
A cellular wheel sluice for granulate bulk product has a housing in which a cellular wheel is rotatably mounted, wherein the housing has an inlet duct for the bulk product, wherein at least two raised granulate roofs are arranged at the inlet duct, wherein a granulate groove is arranged respectively at the transition between two granulate roofs and/or at the transition between one granulate roof and an inlet edge, wherein two granulate grooves in each case run together at an intersection point in the rotation direction of the cellular wheel.
CLOUD COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING CLUSTERS OF REMOTE DEVICES
In one embodiment, the present disclosure includes a cloud computer system for controlling a plurality of remote devices comprising a cloud server including a cloud based operating system comprising a data model stored in a computer memory. The data model includes commands that may be performed by a plurality of remote devices in a remote system and, for each remote device, one or more operations for triggering processes executed by the remote device. The cloud based operating system generates a set of instructions from the plurality of commands and corresponding operations to control a portion of the remote devices to perform a task.
BULK MATERIAL DISPENSING SYSTEM
The present disclosure generally pertains to a dispensing system comprising a first chamber capable of receiving a bulk material to be dispensed, a first set of finned shafts positioned within the first chamber and capable of feeding bulk material into a second chamber, and a second set of finned shafts positioned within the second chamber and capable of dispensing a controlled dose of bulk material from the second chamber.
