The present invention relates to a powder material measuring rotary valve device for quantitatively measuring and sequentially discharging a powder material in the form of powder mechanically. The powder material measuring rotary valve device comprises: a hollow measuring housing having an open entrance to which a hopper is coupled and an open exit disposed opposite to the entrance; and a distribution module which is embedded in the measuring housing to be rotatable with reference to a first virtual axis perpendicular to a virtual line connecting the entrance and the exit, and delivers a powder material introduced into the entrance to the exit, wherein a predetermined fixed quantity of the powder material introduced into the entrance according to rotation of the distribution module is separately received in the distribution module and is then discharged through the exit in a first-in and first-out method.

The cloud based operating system generates a set of instructions from the plurality of commands and corresponding operations to control a portion of the remote devices to perform a task.

A process and apparatus for depositing particulate material in a predetermined pattern onto a moving surface is disclosed. A particulate material may be fed under gravity from a hopper to a discharge zone containing a feed opening. A gas may be supplied, by a gas supply assembly, under pressure to the bulk of particulate material within the hopper discharge zone. The particulate material may be transferred through the feed opening to the surface of a transfer device, which contains a pattern of particulate-receiving recesses. The transfer device may rotate to a deposition zone and transfer the particulate material to a carrier layer.

In one embodiment, a hopper spreader apparatus for spreading granular material is provided. The hopper spreader apparatus includes a hopper, a spreading unit, and a dispensing unit. The hopper has a storage cavity for storing the granular material to be spread. The spreading unit spreads the granular material. The dispensing system transports the granular material from the hopper to the spreading unit. The dispensing system includes a conveying unit and a rotating first roll. The conveying unit conveys the granular material toward the spreading unit. The rotating first roll controls a flow of granular material from the hopper to the conveying unit. The use of the rotating roll allows for control of high flow material (such as for example dry salt) while allowing for improved collapse and break-up of low flow material (such as for example wetted sand).
