COMPOSITE REELING DEVICE
A composite reeling device for winding up and letting out cables, steel ropes and cords includes a shaft, a sleeve, two outer wheel frames and a plurality of inner wheel frames. Two fixing end plates are disposed at two opposing ends of the shaft, respectively. The sleeve is fitted around the shaft. Fixing flanges are disposed at two opposing ends of the sleeve, respectively. The fixing flanges correspond in position to the fixing end plates, respectively. The outer wheel frames are disposed at the two ends of the sleeve, respectively, and removably coupled to the fixing flanges and the fixing end plates, respectively. The inner wheel frames each have a belt, a supporting ring and spokes. The spokes each have two ends connected to corresponding ones of the belts and the supporting rings. The belts are fitted around the sleeve.
Cable reel
A cable reel that includes a one-piece frame body, a flange separate from the frame body, and a hub member therebetween. The one-piece frame body includes an outer frame portion and an inner flange portion. The flange has an inner side that faces the inner side of the one-piece frame body. The hub member is located between the one-piece frame body and the flange along a central longitudinal axis of the cable reel. The hub member has a first end that rotatably couples to the inner flange portion of the one-piece frame body and a second end that couples to the flange. The hub member is configured to support a coil of cable and is sized to be received inside of an inner diameter of the coil of cable. The flange and the hub member rotate together with respect to the one-piece frame body.
Cable reel
The present disclosure relates to a cable reel comprising: a tubular main body extending along a longitudinal axis (L), comprising a plurality of tubular sections successively arranged side by side along the longitudinal axis (L) and releasably interconnected one to another; a first flange positioned at a first end of the main body, releasably connected to a first tubular section of the plurality of tubular sections; a second flange positioned at a second end of the main body, releasably connected to a last tubular section of the plurality of tubular sections, wherein each tubular section comprises at least two arcuate sections releasably interconnected in circumferential direction.
Two-Piece Reel Assembly
A reel for supporting wound flexible media that includes first and second elements. The first element has a first flange and a first set of legs extending in a directly axially away from a first side of the first flange. The second element has a second flange and a second set of legs extending axially from a first side of the second flange. The first set of legs and the second set of legs are interleaved in a circumferential direction to form at least a portion of a core of the reel disposed between the first flange and the second flange, and around which flexible media may be wound and supported. The first set of legs is configured to snap connect with the second element.
DEVICES FOR CABLE MANAGEMENT
The present application is directed to a cable reel assembly. The assembly includes a center hub member having a main body with four side walls and two coiler section members. Opposing side walls of the center hub member each have an aperture or slot. Each coiler section member includes an arcuate base member having a securing mechanism extending radially inward therefrom and opposing side walls extend radially outwardly from the base member. The opposing side walls are spaced apart to define a channel configured to receive and hold one or more trunk cables therein. The securing mechanism is configured to releasably interlock with a corresponding aperture or slot of the center hub member to secure the respective coiler section member to the center hub member. The assembly is configured such that one or more trunk cables can be wrapped around and held within the channels of the coiler section members.
