A conveying apparatus includes: a casing; a motor; a supporting part; a first shaft; a rotary body rotating about an axis of the first shaft; a driving transmitting part transmitting a driving force from the motor to the rotary body; a holder supporting a roll of a continuous sheet, being detachably attached to the first shaft, and rotating about the axis of the first shaft; a rotation transmitting part transmitting rotation of the rotary body to the holder; and a conveyor conveying the continuous sheet. The holder includes: a second shaft inserted into the roll of the continuous sheet, and a joint, on one end of the second shaft, attaching the second shaft to the first shaft detachably such that the second shaft is coaxially with the first shaft; and in an attached state, the rotation transmitting part connects the second shaft to the first shaft or the rotary body.

Each station comprises two legs and a motorized drive assembly extending between the legs. The drive assembly rotates two sprockets and an endless chain surrounding the sprockets inside each of the legs at a station to raise or lower carriages. A roll support extends between the carriages at each station.

Method for spatially arranging coils, the method comprising: providing electronic data about an initial storage state, which electronic data contains information about a respective initial diameter of the coils and a respective initial spatial storage position of the coils in a coil store; transporting a selected coil from an initial storage position to a processing machine for processing at least a portion of the sheet metal of the selected coil; sensing a reduced diameter of the selected coil after the portion of the sheet metal has been removed from the selected coil for processing by the processing machine; storing the reduced diameter of the selected coil; transporting the selected coil having the reduced diameter to a depositing storage position which, depending on the reduced diameter, is selected to differ from the initial storage position in a manner that saves storage space; and storing the depositing storage position.

Pivot mechanism for a printer and a printer with a pivoting printer housing
A pivot mechanism for a printer is provided, the pivot mechanism comprising a pivot base and two oppositely disposed side walls extending perpendicular to the pivot base. An arched slot may be provided in each side wall. Each slot may have at least two notches, each notch defining different positions of the pivot mechanism. Two lever arms may be provided, each of the two lever arms comprising a first end and a second end, with a connecting rod connecting the first ends of the lever arms together. A locking pin may be disposed on the second end of each of the lever arms. Each of the locking pins may extend into a corresponding one of the slots and engage with a corresponding notch. A pivot rod extends through the lever arms and into or through the side walls. The printer housing is adapted to pivot on the pivot rod.

Refill for a dispenser, with a material web wound to form a roll and at least one substantially axially adjustable bearing journal. The at least one substantially axially adjustable bearing journal is adjustable substantially axially outwards away from the roll starting from a defined inner end position in which it protrudes axially beyond the roll. A bearing unit for such a refill, and a dispenser for housing the refill and dispensing the material web are also provided.
Reeling Shaft Transfer Rail System and Method of Transferring Reeling Shafts on a Reeling Shaft Transfer Rail System
A reeling shaft transfer rail system has two parallel substantially horizontal or slightly sloped rails for supporting the ends (25) of a reeling shaft (20). Hoses are arranged on each of the transfer rails (15) and filled or drained to move and hold the reeling shaft (20). In a method of transferring reeling shafts on transfer rails, the reeling shafts (20) are transferred on two parallel, substantially horizontal or slightly downstream of a main transfer direction inclined transfer rails (15) for supporting each of the supporting ends (25) of a reeling shaft (20). The reeling shafts (20) are transferred or positioned in the reeling shaft transfer rail system (10) by pressurizing hoses (17) arranged on each of the transfer rails. The hoses are arranged so fluid added to or withdrawn from the hoses pushes or holds the reeling shaft (20) on the transfer rails (15).
PRINTING APPARATUS
In a movable portion state being a state of a print movable portion including a roll core holder unit configured to support one end portion and another end portion of a roll core, there exist an open state and a closed state. The print movable portion is configured to be movable so that the movable portion state is the open state or the closed state. The roll core holder unit is provided with a support portion. In a support state in which the support portion supports the one end portion and the another end portion, as the movable portion state transitions from the open state to the closed state, a first fitting portion fits into the one end portion and a second fitting portion fits into the another end portion.
Printing apparatus
A printing apparatus includes: a main body; a cover; a pair of supporters including a movable supporter; a first urging member configured to urge the movable supporter in an approach direction; an engaging member movable between a separated position and an engaged position; and a second urging member configured to urge the engaging member toward the engaged position. When the cover is in an open state, the engaging member is located at the engaged position by an urging force of the second urging member so as to inhibit movement of the movable supporter in the approach direction. When the cover is in a closed state, the engaging member is located at the separated position against the urging force of the second urging member by contact of the cover with the engaging member so as not to inhibit the movement of the movable supporter in the approach direction.
