TAPE APPLICATOR PRESSURE CONTROL
A tape head or tape applicator applies low impact to the leading face of the incoming carton and low pressure to the top of the carton and a higher pressure to wipe down the tape onto the rear or trailing face of the case by increasing the tension in the spring driving the wipe down and a high cutting force to the cut-off mechanism for fast response of the cut-off mechanism by increasing the tension in the spring driving the cut-off mechanism.
Apparatus for Cutting Separator
A separator cutting apparatus includes: a fixing part configured to fix temporarily the electrode assembly; a cutter supporting part disposed above the fixing part; a cutter part disposed below the cutter supporting part, and configured to cut a separator among the electrode assembly temporarily fixed to the fixing part; and a spring part configured to connect elastically the cutter supporting part and the cutter part to each other, and return the cutter part to an initial position after cutting the separator; the spring part includes a spring bush coupled to a supporting shaft provided in the cutter supporting part and the cutter part, respectively, a spring holder integrally coupled to the spring bush, and a spring that expands and contracts according to the elevation of the cutter part by coupling both ends to the spring holder, and the spring holder and the spring bush are made of a non-metallic material.
WEIGHT MATERIAL CUTTING, DISPENSING AND APPLYING SYSTEMS
A feed and cutting unit for selectively cutting and dispensing individual weight material segments from a common strip of backing material is disclosed. The feed and cutting unit comprises a feed assembly, a sensor and a cutter member. The feed assembly includes a drive roller and a follower roller that frictionally engages first and second surfaces of a strip of weight material to selectively move the strip of weight material to a cutter member. The sensor is connected to a controller and measures an amount of segmented weight material on the backing material as the strip of weight material moves past the sensor. The cutter member is actuated to separate weight material segments from the backing material by cutting at least a portion of the backing material in a gap disposed between adjacent segments. Weight apply devices that receive the segments for application to an imbalanced member, are also disclosed.
CUTTING DEVICE AND LABEL PRINTER
A cutting device includes a fixed blade and a movable blade that slides past the fixed blade during cutting, and a cleaning tool with an adhesive removing element that comes into contact with a surface of the movable blade that faces the fixed blade during the cutting.
FILM TRANSPORT APPARATUS, FILM TRANSPORT METHOD, AND FILM ATTACHMENT APPARATUS
Provided is a film attachment apparatus and a film transport method by which it is easy to switch a film each time, and a film attachment apparatus including the film transport apparatus. The film transport apparatus includes: a film holding unit configured to hold a long-length film; and a film cutting unit configured to cut out the film, in which the film holding unit holds the plurality of films, and the film transport apparatus further includes: a temporary holding unit configured to include a plurality of temporary holding mechanisms that temporally hold the films between the film holding unit and the film cutting unit; and a first transport arm configured to select and pull out one film from the plurality of films which are held in the temporary holding unit.
Cutting device and label printer
A cutting device includes a fixed blade and a movable blade that slides past the fixed blade during cutting, and a cleaning tool with an adhesive removing element that comes into contact with a surface of the movable blade that faces the fixed blade during the cutting.
HAND HELD ERGONOMIC ELECTRIC TAPE DISPENSER
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a handheld power-dispensing tape dispenser having a center of gravity forward of a user's hand. In an illustrative example, a tape dispenser may, for example, include a housing having a handle configured to be held by a human hand. A first roller body may, for example, be rotatably coupled to the housing to rotate about a first axis. A motor may, for example, be disposed in the first roller body. An actuator may, for example, be configured such that, in response to operation of the actuator by a user, the motor induces rotation of the first roller body about the first axis. A second roller body may, for example, be rotatably coupled to the housing and configured to rotate about a second axis substantially parallel to the first axis. Various implementations may advantageously increase stability and/or reduce operator fatigue during taping operations.
SYSTEMS FOR PROCESSING MATERIAL, TAPING STATIONS TO APPLY TAPE TO ONE OR MORE ROLLS OF MATERIAL, AND METHODS OF PROCESSING MATERIAL
Systems for processing material, taping stations to apply tape to one or more rolls of material, and methods of processing material are disclosed. A system for processing material includes a winding station and a taping station. The winding station includes a winder to wrap material around a mandrel to produce one or more rolls of material. The taping station is arranged downstream of the winding station to receive the one or more rolls of material therefrom and apply tape to the one or more rolls of material.
Desktop adhesive tape binding and cutting platform
A desktop adhesive tape binding and cutting platform includes a fundamental base provided with a connecting plate. The fundamental base is pivotally provided with a rotating shaft for installing an adhesive tape roll thereon. A binding platform is connected with the free end of the connecting plate, and a cutting portion is connected with the binding platform and has its free end provided with a cutting member and a fixing member. Thus, during binding operation, the desktop adhesive tape binding and cutting platform of this invention is able to cut off adhesive tape via the cutting member and meanwhile fix the adhesive tape in place via the fixing member.
Conveyor device
The present disclosure is a conveyor device which feeds a thin workpiece from an unwinding roll and conveys the thin workpiece on a conveyance path. The conveyor device includes first movable holding members, fixed holding members, a cutting device, second movable holding members, a first position sensor, and a first correction mechanism.
