A door interlock of the present invention includes an engaged part and an engaging part configured to lock a door in a door closed state. The engaging part includes: a locking member; a mounting member mounted to the locking member; a sim member inserted into a slit; a first fixing member; and a second fixing member. The first fixing member is configured to be inserted into a first lock through hole, a first sim through hole, and a mount through hole, thereby fixing the mounting member and the sim member to the locking member. The second fixing member is configured to be inserted into a second lock through hole and a second sim through hole, thereby fixing the sim member to the locking member.

Elevator Car Door Control System

An elevator car door control system includes a clutch and an interlock assembly. The clutch may include a stationary base and a slidable base movably attached to the stationary base. The stationary base may be adapted for attachment to a car door of an elevator car. The interlock assembly may include a locking arm operatively connected to the slidable base of the clutch and moveable from a locked position preventing translation relative to the elevator car to an unlocked position. When the car door is in a closed position, a door opening sequence may commence causing the slidable base to move relative to the car door, but the car door will only open if the slidable base presses against an object, such as a roller on a hoistway door, in which case the locking arm of the interlock assembly moves from the locked to the unlocked position.

Elevator landing door unlocking system

Elevator door coupling systems are described. The systems include a car door lock having a coupling element and a lock element, the lock element operably connected to a latch for locking the car door lock and a landing door lock having a movable plate, a first contact element mounted to the movable plate and configured to engage with the coupling element and a second contact element configured to engage with the lock element. In operation, the coupling element is operable to apply force to the first contact element and cause the movable plate to rotate and as the movable plate rotates, the second contact element applies force to the lock element to urge the latch from a locked position to an unlocked position.

Interlock assembly for elevator door and elevator system

An elevator door interlock assembly and an elevator system. The elevator door interlock assembly includes: a first base plate on which a common rotating shaft is arranged; a first hanging wheel, which is pivotally connected to the first base plate through the common rotating shaft and guides the first base plate to reciprocate in an opening and closing direction of an elevator door; and a first lock arm, a middle part of which is pivotally connected to the first base plate through the common rotating shaft, so as to rotate between a locked position and a released position when the elevator door is closed.

An illustrative example elevator door interlock includes a base, a plurality of interlock bumpers supported on the base, and a latch supported on the base for movement relative to the base between a door locking position and a released position. The plurality of interlock bumpers are supported on the base with a gap between the plurality of interlock bumpers. Each of the interlock bumpers includes a contact surface configured to contact at least one vane supported on an elevator car door. Each of the interlock bumpers remains rotationally fixed relative to the base. The latch includes a latch bumper that is situated relative to the gap such that the at least one vane contacts the latch bumper and urges the latch into the released position when the at least one vane is at least partially in the gap.

An illustrative example elevator door interlock includes at least one coupling roller supported on a base. A lock is configured to move relative to the base and the at least one coupling roller between a locking position and an unlocked position. An unlocking roller supported on the lock is situated to be moved by a vane of an elevator door coupler to move the lock into the unlocked position prior to the vane contacting the coupling roller. The elevator door interlock is compatible with a clamping type elevator door coupler and an expanding type elevator door coupler. The coupling roller is situated to be received between two vanes of the clamping type elevator door coupler or received against one of two vanes of the expanding type elevator door coupler.
