Carrier
A carrier vehicle includes a front frame and a rear frame conveniently attachable to and detachable from the front frame. The front frame includes a frame body, at least one battery structure installed along an inner front side wall of the frame body and a connecting rod wheel component at a transverse bottom of the frame body. The rear frame comprises an operating handle, a handle joint base, a hydraulic component having an oil cylinder, a bearing component and a driving assembly. A bottom end of the operating handle is rotatably connected to the handle joint base, which includes a joint fixing base and a microswitch. The bearing component includes a bearing bridge having bridge lugs detachably connected to ends thereof, and a middle part sleeved on the oil cylinder. The front frame and rear frame are transportable in a separated compact configuration, with later simple and fast assembly.
BATTERY FORKLIFT
A battery lock device for a forklift includes a lock plate capable of moving between a first position and a second position. The lock plate at the first position is configured to keep a battery from being protruded. The lock plate at the second position is configured to enable the battery to be protruded. The battery lock device includes a shaft configured to rotatably support the leek plate with respect to a body, a fixed portion opposed to the lock a lock pin capable of sliding toward the fixed portion in a first direction and away from the fixed portion in a second direction, and a spring configured to press the lock pin in the first direction. First and second holes are provided in the fixed portion. The lock pin is inserted into the first and second holes.
Electric telehandler
Described is an electrically powered telehandler (1) equipped with an electric motor, a containment compartment (100) for receiving an electric battery (200) for powering the motor. An electric battery (200) which can be inserted in and removed from the compartment (100). The compartment (100) is equipped with an access opening to allow replacement of the battery (200) and guide means (103, 104) for the sliding of the battery (200) during insertion and extraction.
BATTERY LOCK
The invention relates to an electrically powered industrial truck, in particular a narrow aisle forklift truck, comprising a battery box for housing a battery block, which box is open on at least one side for removing the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle and comprises on its top face a strut extending substantially in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and at least one locking device for the battery block housed in a battery box, wherein the at least one locking device comprises a mount associated with the strut, a pivot shaft, which extends above the battery box in the width direction of the industrial truck and is pivotally held by the mount, and a pivot lever, which is carried by the pivot shaft and is pivotable between a locking position and a releasing position, wherein the pivot lever is designed, when in its locking position, to support the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle and, when in its releasing position, to release the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle.
Elevating nacelle suitable for indoor and all-terrain outdoor use
An all-terrain outdoor elevating nacelle comprising a mechanism for lifting a working platform, this mechanism being mounted on a chassis provided with a front bridge and a rear bridge that are provided with wheels. The motive power for moving the elevating nacelle on the ground is provided by a first electric motor and that for actuating the lifting mechanism is provided by a second electric motor via a hydraulic pump which it drives. The motors are supplied by a battery that can be recharged by one or more single-phase chargers on board the elevating nacelle from a single-phase or three-phase electrical network, a slot being further provided for mounting a power supply unit intended to be connected to the charger(s) to recharge the battery. The elevating nacelle is more environmentally friendly and quieter.
