Assistive robot systems for container tilting
Embodiments are directed to an assistive robot system. The assistive robot system includes a lifting mechanism, a movable arm assembly coupled to the lifting mechanism, a container tilting arm assembly, a processing device communicatively coupled to the lifting mechanism and the movable arm assembly, and a non-transitory, processor-readable storage medium in communication with the processing device. The non-transitory, processor-readable storage medium causes the processing device to transmit a command to the lifting mechanism to cause the lifting mechanism to move the movable arm assembly such that the container tilting arm assembly makes contact with a container and transmits one or more signals to the movable arm assembly to cause the movable arm assembly to extend in a system longitudinal direction such that the container within the movable arm assembly is pivoted against the container tilting assembly to tilt the container within the movable arm assembly.
Systems and methods for a mobile carousel with power and communications contacts
The present disclosure provides a material sorting system adapted to engage a material handling vehicle. The material sorting system can include a base including fork pockets adapted to receive a pair of forks from the material handling vehicle and a carousel assembly coupled to the base. The carousel assembly can include a plurality of storage units, and an actuation mechanism configured to move the plurality of storage units relative to the base. The base can also include at least one electrical contact within the base and in electrical communication with the carousel assembly.
Equalized hydraulic clamp force control
Hydraulic valve circuitry adapted for hydraulic connection to a lift truck having a mast and at least one lift cylinder for alternately raising and lowering the mast. The hydraulic assembly is also adapted for hydraulic connection to an attachment to the lift truck, the attachment having opposed clamps actuated by respective clamp cylinders. The hydraulic assembly preferably comprises a valve circuit capable of causing the at least one lift cylinder to be an accumulator.
Side-shift limiter
A side shift limiting attachment for a material handing vehicle alerts the vehicles operator and restricts side shifting, lifting, tilting and/or rotation of the attachment when the side shift displacement is approaching or has reached a limit for a lift height.
LIFT TRUCK ATTACHMENT WITH SMART CLAMP
A smart clamp load handler system configured for controlling a clamp and preventing over-clamping. The system having a first actuator coupled to a first clamp arm and a second actuator coupled to a second clamp arm, an actuator control valve configured to control flow of hydraulic fluid to the actuators, and an electrical controller configured for signaling the actuator control valve when compressing a load. In one embodiment, the electrical controller is configured for determining when to stop the closing of the clamp arms based on a series of first and second actuator position measurements, and a series of base-side and rod-side pressure measurements, then signaling the actuator control valve to stop the closing of the clamp arms.
TRANSFER ROBOT, WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS SYSTEM AND ARTICLE TRANSFERRING METHOD
A transferring robot is disclosed in the disclosure. The transferring robot includes a movable chassis configured to move along a path among adjacent warehouse storage containers; a temporary storage shelf provided on the movable chassis, the temporary storage shelf being configured to store a target case; a fetching assembly provided on the movable chassis, the fetching assembly being configured to extend or retract horizontally relative to the movable chassis, so as to realize fetching and placing of the target case between the storage containers and the temporary storage shelf, where a direction along which the fetching assembly extends or retracts horizontally is perpendicular to a moving direction. A warehousing and logistics system includes the foregoing transferring robot. The disclosure further discloses a warehousing system and an item transferring method.
SYNCHRONIZED HYBRID CLAMP FORCE CONTROLLER FOR LIFT TRUCK ATTACHMENT
A hydraulic control circuit operable to selectively hydraulically link first and second hydraulic actuators and to bypass that hydraulic link.
Clamp force control system for lift truck attachment with secondary hydraulic force control circuit
An improved hydraulic control system for a lift truck attachment having opposed clamp arms that selectively grip and release a load. The improved hydraulic system utilizes a secondary hydraulic force control circuit that increases the gripping force on the load independently of inward movement of the clamp arms.
Lid assembly for portable biochar kiln
A lid assembly for a portable biochar kiln and system is disclosed. An example of a lid assembly includes a cylindrical sidewall, a rim around the cylindrical sidewall, and a top portion having an opening formed therein. A removable stack is configured to fit over the opening formed in the top portion to direct exhaust from the portable biochar kiln. A gasket cover is interchangeable with the removable stack to fit over the opening formed in the top portion to form a substantially airtight seal over the opening formed in the top portion when a burn is complete in the portable biochar kiln to self-extinguish embers in the portable biochar kiln.
Slide bearing assemblies
Slide-bearing assemblies capable of enabling sliding of a load-carrying implement relative to a load-supporting structure, having first and second load-carrying surfaces, respectively, are disclosed. In one embodiment, the slide-bearing assembly includes substantially nonmetallic first and second elongate bearing elements extending in parallel to support the first load-carrying surface of the load-carrying implement slidably upon the load-supporting structure. One of the bearing elements being composed of multiple elongate pieces each shorter in length than a length of the other of the bearing elements. The slide-bearing assembly additionally includes a post that extends from a surface of each of the multiple elongate pieces, which is a surface that is opposed to the second load-carrying surface, each post is sized to fit in a respective recess of the second load-carrying surface. The slide-bearing assembly further includes at least one coating on the first load-carrying surface made of high-performance thermoplastic material(s).
