Cooling tank, water purifier having same, and cooling tank manufacturing method
Provided is a cooling tank comprising a tank body in which a water accommodation space is formed, a foaming case for encompassing the outer peripheral surface of the tank body, and a foam insulating material formed by a foaming agent flowing into the foaming space between the outer peripheral surface of the tank body and the foaming case, and then foaming, wherein the foam insulating material is integrated with the tank body and the case through foaming, and the case has an air outlet through which air of the foaming space is discharged during a foaming process.
Chiller for cooling a beverage
A chiller for cooling a beverage includes a reservoir configured to hold a heat exchange fluid and an evaporator coil arranged within the reservoir. The evaporator coil includes a plurality of windings configured to circulate a coolant, and projections extending from an exterior surface of one or more of the plurality of windings. The chiller further includes a chiller coil arranged in the reservoir, wherein the beverage is configured to flow through the chiller coil. When the coolant is circulated through the plurality of windings of the evaporator coil, a bank of frozen heat exchange fluid forms on the windings and on the projections.
LOW-PRESSURE CARBONATION FOR CARBONATED SOFT DRINK EQUIPMENT
A carbonated drink dispensing system includes a carbonation tank, a CO.sub.2 cylinder configured to deliver CO.sub.2 to the carbonation tank at a pressure of between 50 psi and 60 psi, a low-pressure pump configured to pump water into the carbonation tank, and a level sensor configured to determine when the water in the carbonation tank has reached a pre-determined level. The low-pressure pump is configured to stop pumping water when the level sensor determines that the water in the carbonation tank has reached the pre-determined level. The low-pressure pump starts pumping water again after a time delay.
Liquid food dispenser system and method
A system and method for dispensing fluids is introduced. A preferred embodiment comprises a sealed tank, a bag containing fluid inside the sealed tank, an outlet for dispensing the liquid in the bag, and a pressure generating device to create pressure in the sealed tank.
WATER PURIFIER
A water purifier includes a cooling water tank that holds cooling water; a stirring member that is provided in the cooling water tank to stir the cooling water; a cold water pipe that is provided in the cooling water tank and wound several times in a cylindrical shape; an evaporator that is provided in the cooling water tank; a separator on which the evaporator is provided and that is provided over the cold water pipe to divide an internal space of the cooling water tank into a first space and a second space; and a plurality of holders that protrude upward from the bottom of the cooling water tank, and each of the holders having a seating groove for receiving a portion the cold water pipe.
WATER PURIFIER
A water purifier includes: a cooling water tank that keeps cooling water; a stirring member that is provided in the cooling water tank to stir cooling water; a cold water pipe that is provided in the cooling water tank; an evaporator that is provided in the cooling water tank; and a separator on which the evaporator is provided and that is provided over the cold water pipe to divide the internal space of the cooling water tank into a first space and a second space, in which the separator has: a bottom that is horizontally formed and has a center hole through which the stirring member is inserted; a first extension that extends upward from the edge of the center hole; and a plurality of separation walls that extend upward from the top of the bottom and are arranged at a predetermined distance from each other around the center hole.
Liquid Product Dispensing System and Method
An embodiment system and method for dispensing multiple dairy products includes a dispenser which houses two or more dairy product bases with different formulations, which may be combined with or without water to create a multitude of homogenous dairy beverages. The two or more dairy product bases may be mixed together first and then separately mixed with water, mixed together simultaneously with water, or mixed together without adding water. They may be mixed together with or without additional flavoring, ingredients, mineral or nutritional additives. The dispenser comprises a pump with a quick-release mechanism to allow for quick and clean maintenance of the system.
MODULAR BEVERAGE COOLING SYSTEM
A beverage cooling system includes a main assembly having a refrigeration module, a pumping and control module, and a beverage cooling module. The refrigeration module has a refrigeration system cooling a cooling medium. The beverage cooling module has a cooling tank cooled by the refrigeration system. The pumping and control module has a pump to pump a beverage ingredient cooled by the refrigeration system. Each of the refrigeration module, the pumping and control module, and beverage cooling module are independently removable from and connectable to the remainder of the main assembly.
