A cigarette injection machine may include: a cigarettes tubes chamber configured to store an empty cigarette tube; a tobacco chamber configured to store tobacco, wherein the cigarettes tubes chamber and the tobacco chamber are arranged in a horizontal direction; a tobacco feed nozzle disposed between the cigarettes tubes chamber and the tobacco chamber in the horizontal direction, to guide and feed the tobacco into the empty cigarette tube; a cigarette tube loader barrel configured to load the empty cigarette tube from the cigarettes tubes chamber, rotate to a position of the tobacco feed nozzle, and move in the horizontal direction to a requested cigarette size position; and a tobacco feeder spiral rod configured to push the tobacco into the tobacco feed nozzle until the empty cigarette tube is filled with the tobacco when the cigarette tube loader barrel is at the requested cigarette size position.
AUTOMATIC CIGARETTE INJECTION MACHINE
Provided are system, method, and device for automatically making cigarettes. According to embodiments, the method may include: rotating a cigarette tube loader barrel to load an empty cigarette tube; moving the cigarette tube loader barrel from a start position to one of one or more fill positions, wherein the one of the one or more fill positions may be at a distance from a tobacco feeder nozzle corresponding to a size of the empty cigarette tube; filling the empty cigarette tube with tobacco via the tobacco feeder nozzle; moving the cigarette tube loader barrel from the one of the one or more fill positions to the start position; and rotating the cigarette tube loader barrel to unload a filled cigarette.
UNIVERSAL AUTOMATIC CIGARETTE MAKING MACHINE
An automatic cigarette-making machine includes a material bin for receiving and selectively dispensing a loose combustible substance suitable to be received and packed within a hollow tube to form a cigarette. A tube bin receives and selectively dispenses hollow tubes. A tube transporting carriage selectively receives a tube from the tube bin and selectively transports a tube between positions at the tube bin and filling station. Filling apparatus selectively moves the combustible substance from the material bin into a tube at the filling station. A pressure sensor is movably positionable proximate to a tube being filled at the filling station to measure or monitor pressure of the combustible substance within the tube while it is being filled. A user interface allows a user to select a desired packing density or pressure within the tube while it is being filled and/or the number of cigarettes to be automatically produced.
