Cigarette making kit and method of using
Kit for producing a cigarette includes a cigarette tube holding a smoking material, a funnel having a length, a top face, a bottom face, and funnel includes a fold line along which bottom face of funnel is folded relative to the top face to form a slot and a closed bottom face. The funnel receives the smoking material through the slot and fills the funnel with smoking material for filling the cigarette tube. The cigarette tube is filled with the smokable material. The funnel is rollable into a filter, and the filter is inserted into an end of the cigarette tube, and the filter filters smoke from the smoking material and the cigarette tube when the cigarette tube and the smoking material are ignited. There is likewise a method of making a cigarette using the kit.
MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MAKING A CONTINUOUS TUBULAR ELEMENT WITH FILLING HAVING A SPACER AND/OR FILTER FUNCTION
A machine for making a continuous tubular element with filling from web material, including first and second means for feeding respective continuous webs, a forming station configured to perform a folding and/or deformation of a first continuous web in a shaped configuration, and a wrapping station wherein the second continuous web is wound in a tubular shape around the first continuous shaped web to obtain the continuous tubular element. Upstream of the wrapping station there is a first gluing device configured to apply at least one longitudinal line of glue on at least one of the continuous webs in such a way as to define at least one gluing zone, said longitudinal line of glue being positioned in such a way as to coincide with a zone of superposing and contact between the two continuous webs feeding out of the wrapping station.
System for rolling and filling cigarettes with smokable material
Apparatus and method for forming a tube of planar material suitable for use as a casing for a cigarette. In some embodiments, a cone is disposed within an interior chamber of a housing, the cone having an annular base and a tapered portion extending from the annular base. The tapered portion has a frusto-conically shaped outer surface. A body portion is attachable to the annular base of the cone to induce rotation of the cone with respect to the housing. Rotation of the cone enables wrapping of a planar material, such as a rolling paper or a blunt sheet, about the cone to form a hollow tube having a frusto-conical shape. In further embodiments, a grinder assembly presses organic smokable material through a screen to direct the material through the body portion and into the tube. Filter media can be incorporated into the tube as desired.
DEVICE FOR FILLING PAPER TUBES WITH TOBACCO
The invention relates to a device for filling paper tubes with tobacco, comprising an attachment for receiving the paper tube, a pressing tool guided by a guide unit with a pressing die, the device comprising a container for receiving tobacco with a container outlet, the pressing die being movable from a first position, in which first position the bore is released, into a second position for introducing the tobacco into the paper tube, and the attachment, the container outlet and the guide unit being arranged along an axis.
Conical paper fabricator
An apparatus for rolling papers into a non-cylindrical orientation is provided. The apparatus includes a rotatable non-cylindrical workpiece having a plurality of openings provided therein, a surface comprising a receiving indentation configured to receive and fit the rotatable non-cylindrical workpiece, a suction producing arrangement connected to the rotatable non-cylindrical workpiece, and a rolling paper. The suction producing arrangement draws air through the plurality of openings while the rotatable non-cylindrical workpiece rotates such that the drawn air draws the rolling paper toward and around the rotatable non-cylindrical workpiece, the rotation causing the rolling paper and a quantity of adhesive applied to the rolling paper to form a completed non-cylindrical rolling paper product.
Pre-Formed Smoking Paper and Packaging
A pre-rolled smoking paper and a packaging that is configured to inhibit damage to the pre-rolled smoking paper prior to use. The pre-rolled smoking paper includes a body having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is hollow and has an opening configured to receive a smoking product therein. The second portion is integrally formed with the first portion and is a filter. The pre-rolled smoking paper is provided in a plurality of sizes and shapes. Flavored oils or THC oils can be used to infuse the pre-rolled smoking paper. The packaging is designed to accommodate either a single pre-rolled smoking paper or a plurality of pre-rolled smoking papers. The packaging includes at least one storage compartment mateably sized and shaped with the pre-rolled smoking paper. The packaging further includes separate access to each storage compartment thereof.
Cigarette tip
A backing with corrugations on a first surface. The corrugations are parallel and each has an airspace along an entire longitudinal length. A second surface of the backing includes perforations or scores oriented perpendicularly or parallel to the corrugations. The corrugations or scores are fold lines or frangible tear lines. The airspaces may also include a filter material. The second surface of the backing may be adhered to a corner of a rolling paper on the surface but opposite edge as a gum strip. The corrugations are parallel to the gum strip.
SHEET ROLLING DEVICE
A device for rolling a sheet includes a main casing which extends between a front face and a rear face and includes a cap which includes a first receiving slot, a sliding element translationally movably mounted in the main casing, from the front face of the casing and including a shell including a second receiving slot, a rotary element rotatably movably mounted and including a shaft housed inside the main casing, from the rear face of the casing, the shaft including an open third receiving slot, and a stop surface. In the closed position of the rolling device, the first and second slots are aligned along the same vertical plane.
