A COMPONENT FOR A DELIVERY SYSTEM AND A METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING A COMPONENT FOR A DELIVERY SYSTEM
A component for an article for use in or as an aerosol provision system, the component including a body of fibrous material. First and second tubular elements extend through the body of fibrous material, substantially along a common axis, and each of the first and second tubular elements are circumferentially surrounded by said fibrous material. A component can include a body of fibrous material and a tubular element embedded within the body, such that it is circumferentially and longitudinally surrounded by the fibrous material forming said body. An article can have a downstream end, and include a body of fibrous material and a tubular element circumferentially surrounded by said fibrous material, wherein the tubular element extends to a first longitudinal end of said body and is spaced from a second longitudinal end of said body, and wherein the longitudinal end of said body to which the tubular element extends is spaced from the downstream end of the article.
Smoking article comprising a tube filter and a method of manufacturing the same
A method of manufacturing a smoking article including a tube filter includes preparing a smoking material portion, a first tube filter flavored by a first flavoring liquid, and a mouthpiece flavored by a second flavoring liquid; and combining and packaging the smoking material portion, the first tube filter, and the mouthpiece with a wrapper, wherein the preparing comprises applying the first flavoring liquid inside the first tube filter through a hollow of the first tube filter.
Smoking article and method
A method of constructing a cigar includes the providing of a plurality of frusto-conically shaped tubes, each tube being of a smokable material such as a spirally wrapped layer of tobacco material. The tubes are nested, one tube inside the other tube. The nested tubes are then attached to a mouthpiece having a socket that is internally threaded. The nested tubes and mouthpiece are packaged either filled with tobacco filler material, partially filled, or unfilled in a container.
Aerosol generation
An aerosol generating assembly includes an aerosol generating device (100) having a coil and an aerosol generating article. The aerosol generating article has a substantially cylindrical rod of aerosol generating material of between about .sub.10 mm and about 1.sub.00 mm looms in length, and the article and device are arranged with respect to each other such that the aerosol generating material is heatable by the device. The aerosol generating material can have at least .sub.1-1 mg of nicotine and/or at least about .sub.17 mg of aerosol generating agent.
ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE FILLER AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE CARTRIDGE
An electronic cigarette cartridge suitable for electronic cigarettes includes an aerosol-forming substrate having a filler enclosed by a wrapping member on one end and a mouthpiece on the other end. The filler is a sheet-like member having an aerosol former. The sheet-like member is filled so as to form an air passage in the longitudinal direction of the electronic cigarette cartridge. The sheet-like member has cuts along the longitudinal direction of the electronic cigarette cartridge.
AEROSOL-GENERATING ARTICLE WITH HIGH AEROSOL FORMER CONTENT
An aerosol-generating article is provided, including: a substrate portion containing aerosol-forming substrate, substrate portion having a length of between 20 millimeters and 60 millimeters and a diameter of between 4 millimeters and 7 millimeters, the aerosol-forming substrate including an aerosol former, and an amount of aerosol former ranging between 6 percent and 20 percent by weight on a dry weight basis of the aerosol-forming substrate; a hollow acetate tube; and an additional filter section included between the substrate portion and the hollow acetate portion.
Aerosol-generating device with reduced leakage
An aerosol-generating device includes a housing having a first end defining a mouthpiece, a second end, and a cavity defined between the first end and the second end. The device also includes a reservoir within the cavity. The reservoir is configured to store a liquid aerosol-forming substrate. The device also includes an atomizer and a valve within the mouthpiece of the housing. The valve has a first side and an second side. The second side of the valve includes a hydrophilic coating, a hydrophobic coating, or both a hydrophilic coating and a hydrophobic coating.
CIGARETTE DEVICE
A cigarette device, which includes a cigarette pipe, a first isolator and a mouthpiece arranged in sequence. The cigarette pipe is rolled to form a hollow accommodating space inside, and the accommodating space is used for accommodating the smoking substance. The mouthpiece is provided with a first diversion channel. The first isolator separates the mouthpiece from the smoking substance, and the first isolator is provided with a second diversion channel. The second diversion channel connects with the first diversion channel and the accommodating space of the cigarette pipe respectively. The cigarette device adds the first isolator between the mouthpiece and the cigarette pipe, so that the first isolator can isolate the smoking substance such as tobacco from the mouthpiece. it can effectively isolate the heat generated by the combustion of the tobacco at the cigarette pipe.
Glass tip with cross cut end for use with smokable substances contained within a wrap and method for manufacturing the tip
A tip for being attached to a wrapper containing a smokable substance. The tip includes a tube having a generally cylindrical shape, having two ends each forming an opening at opposite ends of said tube. The openings are fluidly connected to each other by a chamber between the two ends, the chamber and said two ends being axially aligned. A first one of the two ends has a t-shaped opening and a second one of the two ends has a circular opening. The second end has an outside diameter less than an outside diameter of the first end. A method for making the tip is also described.
AEROSOL GENERATION
An aerosol generating assembly includes an aerosol generating device having a coil and an aerosol generating article. The aerosol generating article has a substantially cylindrical rod of aerosol generating material of between about 10 mm and about 100 mm in length, and the article and device are arranged with respect to each other such that the aerosol generating material is heatable by the device. The aerosol generating material can have at least 1.1 mg of nicotine and/or at least about 17 mg of aerosol generating agent.
