Aerosol generating article having improved mouth end cavity
An aerosol-generating article (10) comprising: an aerosol generating substrate (12); and a mouthpiece (14) disposed downstream of the aerosol-generating substrate (12). The mouthpiece (14) comprises a hollow tubular segment (24) at its downstream end defining a mouth end cavity (40). The hollow tubular segment (24) comprises a hollow tube (31) of crimped fibrous material, and a plurality of non-crimped fibers (35) extending along and affixed to the inner surface (311) of the hollow tube (31).
TOBACCO INDUSTRY PRODUCT
A tobacco industry product (1) comprising a mouthpiece (3) having a mouth end (4) positionable between the lips of a user is disclosed. The mouth end comprises an organoleptic substance (5), so that the organoleptic substance comes into contact with the user's lips during use. A transverse cross sectional profile of the mouth end comprises major (A1) and minor (A2) axes that are perpendicular to each other. The profile being longer in a direction extending along the major axis than in a direction extending along the minor axis.
Aerosol generating device and aerosol generating article
An aerosol generating article includes an aerosol generator including a first aerosol generating material which does not include nicotine; a tobacco filler arranged adjacent to an end of the aerosol generator and including a second aerosol generating material including nicotine; a cooler arranged adjacent to an end of the tobacco filler and configured to cool aerosol; and a mouth piece arranged adjacent to an end of the cooler.
A TAPERED GLASS TIP FOR USE WITH SMOKABLE SUBSTANCES CONTAINED WITHIN A WRAP AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE TIP
A tapered tip for being attached to a wrapper containing a smokeable substance. The tip is formed by a tube having a conical frustrum shape having two ends forming first and second openings at opposite ends of the tube. The openings are fluidly connected to each other by a chamber disposed between the two ends. The chamber and the two are axially aligned. The tip is formed by rotating a tube while applying heat to a section. The heated section is squeezed and a pivoting rod is inserted. The rollers and rod are removed and heat is applied. The heated portion is squeezed a second time and the rod is reinserted. The rollers and rod are removed and heat is applied. The heated portion is again squeezed and the pivoting rod is again reinserted. The rollers and rod are removed and heat is applied to the end of the tube.
Smoking article and method
A method of constructing a cigar includes the providing of a plurality of frusto-conically shaped tubes, each tube being of a smokable material such as a spirally wrapped layer of tobacco material. The tubes are nested, one tube inside the other tube. The nested tubes are then attached to a mouthpiece having a socket that is internally threaded. The nested tubes and mouthpiece are packaged either filled with tobacco filler material, partially filled, or unfilled in a container.
AEROSOL-GENERATING ARTICLE WITH HOLLOW TUBULAR ELEMENT
An aerosol-generating article (1) comprising: a first element (10) comprising an aerosol-forming substrate (12); a susceptor element (20) arranged within the first element (10); and a hollow tubular element (100) disposed downstream of the first element (10). The hollow tubular element (100) comprises: a peripheral portion (110) defining a hollow inner region (120) of the hollow tubular element (100); and a support element (130) formed from a paper sheet and extending from a first point (131) at the peripheral portion (110) across the hollow inner region (120) to a second point (132) at the peripheral portion (110).
AEROSOL-GENERATING ARTICLE WITH HOLLOW TUBULAR ELEMENT
An aerosol-generating article (1) comprising: a first element (10) comprising an aerosol-forming substrate (12); and a hollow tubular element (100) disposed downstream of the first element (10). The hollow tubular element (100) comprises: a peripheral portion (110) defining a hollow inner region (120) of the hollow tubular element (100); and a support element (130) formed from a sheet and extending from a first point (131) at the peripheral portion (110) across the hollow inner region (120) to a second point (132) at the peripheral portion (110). The hollow tubular element (100) has an average weight of about 10 milligrams per millimetre length or less.
CIGARETTE FILLING PACKED BODY AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE CARTRIDGE
A cigarette filling packed body and an electronic cigarette cartridge provide a filled packing while ensuring excellent airflow within the cigarette filling packed body. Elongated cigarette fillings are packed into a bundle shape with an outer peripheral portion wrapped around by a sheet-shaped packaging body. Each filling is formed such that, in a cross section orthogonal to the long-side direction, the dimension in the long-side direction is longer than the dimension in the short-side direction. Each of the cigarette fillings in an outermost peripheral portion are in contact with the packaging body and have a long-side direction oriented following the circumferential direction. The cigarette fillings are oriented particularly to enhance air flow.
Tobacco Smoking Aid
A tobacco smoking aid for tobacco users includes a tobacco leaf that is rolled to define a tube. The tube has a first end and a second end that are open. A filter is coupled to and extends from the first end of the tube. The tube is configured to insert a substance through the second end into an interior space defined by the tube. The filter is configured to insert between lips of a user to position the second end of the tube for lighting. Smoke from burning of the tobacco leaf and the substance passes through the filter into lungs of the user.
AEROSOL-GENERATING DEVICE WITH REDUCED LEAKAGE
An aerosol-generating device includes a housing having a first end defining a mouthpiece, a second end, and a cavity defined between the first end and the second end. The device also includes a reservoir within the cavity. The reservoir is configured to store a liquid aerosol-forming substrate. The device also includes an atomizer and a valve within the mouthpiece of the housing. The valve has a first side and an second side. The second side of the valve includes a hydrophilic coating, a hydrophobic coating, or both a hydrophilic coating and a hydrophobic coating.
