The actuator may be configured to apply a drive force on a lower surface of the belt.
MOUNTING A SEAT IN A VEHICLE
An apparatus for mounting a seat in a vehicle having a floor and a side wall comprises a track having a groove disposed on the floor. A stud including a base and a shank, the base being configured to be inserted into the groove, is disposed within the groove. A flange having a lip is disposed on the side wall. At least one lip aperture is formed on the lip. A support, including a base, is disposed on one end of the seat. A base aperture is disposed on the base. A lip fastener is accepted by the at least one lip aperture to connect an end of the seat opposite to the base to the lip on the flange. The base aperture accepts the shank included on the stud.
Motion Guiding Device and Groove Shield Unit
A motion guiding device includes: a lower rail having a guiding groove; an upper rail movably disposed in the guiding groove; a first side cover and a second side cover that are fixed to the lower rail; and a slide fastener held by the first side cover and the second side cover. Each of the first side cover and the second side cover includes: a cover body piece engaged with a fastener tape of the slide fastener such that the fastener tape is movable to open and close the slide fastener; and a fixing piece extending from a surface of the cover body piece. The cover body piece includes a support projection projecting from the surface of the cover body piece.
Adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat, method for assembly thereof and guide piece
An adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat comprising a first rail and a second rail movably guided in a longitudinal direction relative to the first rail includes a guide piece mounted to a side-wall of the first rail, comprising a main body, a plurality of connecting devices for connecting to the first rail, and a positioning device locked in a positioning recess, for positioning the guide piece with respect to the first rail in the longitudinal direction. The connecting devices are formed as hook-like members that are inserted through the locking recesses and grip behind the side-wall to fix guide piece to the first rail. The guide piece comprises a flexible portion connected to the positioning device and the main body, which is configured to bend in a transverse direction when mounting the guide piece to the first rail and to be locked in the positioning recess.
Track assembly
A track assembly includes a first track, a second track, and a support member. The second track may be disposed substantially in the second track. The lever may be configured to selectively engage the first track and/or the second track to limit longitudinal movement and/or vertical movement of the support member relative to at least one of the first track and the second track. The lever may include a tooth. The tooth may be configured to contact the second track to limit longitudinal movement of the support member along the second track. The tooth may be configured to engage an aperture in the second track. The tooth may be substantially planar and/or may extend in a transverse-vertical plane. The lever may include a hooked portion. The hooked portion may be configured to limit vertical movement of the support member.
Track assembly for a vehicle component
A track assembly includes a track, a support member, a support member conductor, a first conductor and a plurality of second conductors. The support member conductor may be configured to move substantially laterally and electrically contact the second conductors. The second conductor may be configured to move laterally and electrically contact the first conductor. The support member conductor may be configured to move the second conductor into electrical contact with the first conductor. The first conductor may extend substantially in the longitudinal direction and/or the first conductor may be disposed at least partially in the track. The plurality of second conductors may be disposed such that the support member conductor may be in contact with at least two second conductors of the plurality of second conductors in all positions of the support member relative to the track.
Seat slide device
A slide device includes a lower rail; an upper rail disposed movably with respect to the lower rail; a screw provided on one of the lower rail and the upper rail; and a nut provided on the other one of the lower rail and the upper rail, and engaging the screw, wherein: the upper rail moves relatively with respect to the lower rail in accordance with rotation of at least one of the screw and the nut; the lower rail includes a bottom wall, a side wall extending upward from the bottom wall, and an upper wall extending toward the center in a width direction from the side wall; and the screw or the nut provided on the lower rail has a central axis line which is disposed in a space enclosed by the bottom wall, the side wall, and the upper wall of the lower rail.
Dual roller for a rail assembly
A roller assembly for a vehicle seating assembly is provided. The roller assembly includes an anchor rotatably coupled with a vehicle seating support. An axle extends from the anchor. A first roller is positioned on the axle. A second roller is positioned on the axle and between the first roller and the anchor. A spacer is positioned on the axle and flush with the second roller.
Track assembly
A track assembly includes a track, a support member, and/or a lever. The support member may be connected to the lever, and/or the lever may include a rotational axis substantially parallel to the track. The lever may rotation about the rotational axis between a first position and/or a second position. The lever may be configured to engage the track in a longitudinal direction when the lever may be in a first position. The lever may be configured to engage the track in a lateral direction when the lever may be in a second position. The lever may be configured to limit longitudinal movement of the support member along the track. The track may include a longitudinal window that may have a first edge and/or a second edge.
Contacting system for electrically connecting a vehicle electrical system of a motor vehicle to a removable vehicle seat or a seat system
A contact system to establish an electrical connection between a vehicle electrical system and a vehicle seat. The contact system includes a contact rail and at least one contact socket attached to the vehicle seat. The contact rail has at least two contact strips connected to the vehicle electrical system, while the contact socket has a sliding unit with contact elements movably retained in a housing unit. A relative movement between the sliding unit and the housing unit is carried out to electrically connect to the vehicle electrical system when the vehicle seat is retained in the guide rails. Removal of the electrical contact is achieved upon removal of the vehicle seat from the guide rails.
