WIRE HARNESS ROUTING DEVICE
A wire harness routing device includes a rail in which an insertion hole is formed, a slider that is inserted into the insertion hole and that slides with respect to the rail, and a wire harness that is routed in the insertion hole and moves in accordance with sliding of the slider, and an excess length portion of the wire harness that is generated in accordance with movement of the wire harness deforms in the insertion hole and is held in a state in which it is accommodated in the insertion hole.
SEAT TRACK MECHANISM FOR VEHICLE
A seat track mechanism for installing beneath a vehicle seat in order to move the vehicle seat in the forward and backward directions includes a monotrack mechanism, to which a monopost structure and a single rail structure are applied. The seat track mechanism includes a structure for hook-engaging lower and upper rails constituting the mono track mechanism by hook guides. The single rail structure applied to the seat track mechanism is capable of not only reducing actuating force required for operation, but also preventing creation of excessive clearance upon stopping.
SEAT TRACK MECHANISM FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure provides a seat track mechanism installed beneath a vehicle seat in order to move the vehicle seat in the forward and backward directions. A monotrack mechanism, to which a monopost structure and a single rail structure are applied, is installed at the bottom of the seat. The seat track mechanism includes a structure for hook-engaging lower and upper rails constituting the mono track mechanism by hook guides, thereby being capable of securing sufficient strength upon head-on or rear-end collision. The present disclosure also provides a seat track mechanism for a vehicle including a locking mechanism capable of enhancing stability of a passenger through structural reinforcement given at the bottom of the vehicle when it is necessary to ensure safety of the passenger in a situation such as collision or sudden stop or the like.
Sliding device
Disclosed is one example of a sliding device allowing for reliable sliding of two members closing an opening of a fixed rail. The sliding device includes: a fixed rail including an opening arranged in a longitudinal direction of the fixed rail; a movable rail slidable relative to the fixed rail in a state where at least part of the movable rail is exposed through the opening; a first closure member slidable relative to the fixed rail and capable of closing part of the opening, the first closure member receiving a pressing force from the movable rail to thereby slide; and a second closure member slidable relative to the fixed rail and capable of closing part of the opening in cooperation with the first closure member, the second closure member being in sliding contact with the first closure member and receiving a pressing force from the movable rail to thereby slide.
Vehicle Cabin
A vehicle includes a track that defines a guide channel and a bridge that extends over the guide channel when the bridge is in a closed position. The bridge includes a first portion that is releasably coupled to a second portion. The first portion is pivotably engaged with a first side of the track.
SEAT TRACK MECHANISM FOR VEHICLE
A seat track mechanism for installing beneath a vehicle seat in order to move the vehicle seat in the forward and backward directions includes a monotrack mechanism, to which a monopost structure and a single rail structure are applied, installed at the bottom of the seat. Upper and lower rails of the mono track mechanism hook-engage with each other by hook guides. Accordingly, the seat track mechanism can secure sufficient strength upon head-on or rear-end collision.
SLIDE APPARATUS
A slide apparatus 10, includes: a tubular rail 11 in which an insertion groove 12A is formed; a slide insertion portion 23 that is slidably inserted into the insertion groove 12A; a cover 25 that is configured to close the insertion groove 12A; and a cover opening-closing portion 30 that is able to, in accordance with sliding of the slide insertion portion 23 in the insertion groove 12A, change the cover 25 between a closed state in which the insertion groove 12A is closed and an open state in which the insertion groove 12A is open.
SLIDING DEVICE
A sliding device includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a shutter to close an opening of the fixed rail, an engaging body including a pressed portion, an engaged portion, a resilient element, and a pressing portion provided to the movable rail or the shutter. The shutter is slidable relative to the fixed rail by receiving a force from the movable rail. The engaging body is provided to one of the shutter and the fixed rail, and the engaged portion is provided to the other. The engaging body is displaceable between an engaged position where it is engageable with the engaged portion and a disengaged position displaced from the engaged position. The resilient element produces a resilient force maintaining the engaging body in the engaged position. The pressing portion contacts with the pressed portion when the movable rail slides, thus displacing the engaging body to the disengaged position.
SEAT SLIDE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
In the present invention, in a bottom portion 4a of a lower rail 4, a foreign matter interference portion 27 protruding upward and having a substantially arc-circular shape in a side view is formed by being cut and raised in a middle part in a rail width direction more on a front side than a bolt hole 26 for a mounting bolt for fixing the rear end portion of the lower rail 4 to a vehicle body. Rear-side stoppers 29 and long hole portions 31 shared with the rear-side stoppers 29 are formed on both sides of the foreign matter interference portion 27. The foreign matter interference portion 27 is separated into a front-side tongue piece 27a and a rear-side tongue piece 27b by a slit 32.
SEAT SLIDER DEVICE
A seat slider device may include a lower rail attachable to a body of a vehicle; a belt arranged along a longitudinal direction of the lower rail and having both ends thereof fixed; and an upper rail attachable to a seat, slidably engaging with the lower rail, and including an actuator configured to feed the belt. The actuator may be configured to apply a drive force on a lower surface of the belt.
