Longitudinal adjusting device for the motorized longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat, and vehicle seat
A longitudinal adjusting device for the motorized longitudinal adjustment of a motor vehicle seat may have a first rail and a second rail. The device may also have a spindle gearbox, a spindle cooperating with the spindle gearbox for the longitudinal adjustment, and a mount for receiving the spindle gearbox. The spindle gearbox may be at least partly held in the inner channel so as to be fixed relative to the first rail. Laterally projecting protrusions of the holding legs of the mount, which legs may be each arranged in front of and behind the spindle gearbox in the longitudinal direction, engage through lateral openings in the first rail. An abutment device having a contact section may be arranged in the region of the lateral openings. The contact section contacts the holding leg arranged in the particular opening. A vehicle seat with the device is also provided.
Seat slide adjuster
Rattling and abnormal sound between an upper rail and a lower rail are reduced, and sliding is more smoothly performed. Sliding resistance reducing members (14, 15) include retainers (141, 151) formed each in a substantially L shape in a cross section and including first retaining wall portions (1411, 1511) and second retaining wall portions (1412, 1512) located between vertical wall portions (11b, 12d) and between bottom wall portions (11a, 12c) of a lower rail (11) and an upper rail (12). The first ball members (142, 152) are disposed in middle positions of the first retaining wall portions (1411, 1511), and the second ball members (143, 153) are disposed in positions apart from the vertical wall portions toward the center in the width direction of the lower rail (11) in the second retaining wall portions (1412, 1512).
Vehicle seat slide apparatus
The vehicle seat slide apparatus includes a lower rail, an upper rail, a locking spring for restricting movement of the upper rail by engaging with the lower rail, and an unlocking member that releases an engagement state between the locking spring and the lower rail to release movement restriction of the upper rail. The unlocking member is located inside the locking spring in both a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the upper rail, the unlocking member is rotatably attached to a mounting member, and a wire support wall that supports a wire for operating the unlocking member is connected to the mounting member.
Sliding device
A sliding device includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a lock plate, and a spring member. A seat body is fixed to the movable rail, and the movable rail is slidable relative to the fixed rail. The lock plate is held by the movable rail, and is displaceable between a locking position where the lock plate engages with the fixed rail and restricts slide of the movable rail and a non-locking position where the restriction is released. The spring member exerts an elastic force to maintain the lock plate in the locking position.
Automobile and Sliding Rail Assembly of Seat Thereof
The invention discloses an automobile and a sliding rail assembly of a seat thereof. The sliding rail assembly is bilaterally symmetric, and comprises an upper sliding rail and a lower sliding rail extending along a back-and-forth direction as well as an upper ball and a lower ball disposed between the upper sliding rail and the lower sliding rail. The lower sliding rail comprises a horizontal base plate, a first vertical side plate connected to the upper portion at the left edge of the horizontal base plate, and a first horizontal top plate connected to the right side at the upper edge of the first vertical side plate; the upper sliding rail comprises a first inclined plate and a second inclined plate; the extension line of the first inclined plate intersects with the first vertical side plate and the extension line of the first horizontal top plate to form an upper triangular region; the upper ball is mounted in the upper triangular region and comes into point contact with the first inclined plate, the first vertical side plate and the first horizontal top plate; the extension line of the second inclined plate intersects with the horizontal base plate and the first vertical side plate to form a lower triangular region; the lower ball is mounted in the lower triangular region and comes into point contact with the second inclined plate, the horizontal base plate and the first vertical side plate. The sliding rail assembly solves the problem of shaking during seat adjustment, and has enough bearing capability.
LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER AND VEHICLE SEAT
A longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat may have at least one seat rail pair, which is formed from a lower seat rail and an upper seat rail, which is guided for sliding in the longitudinal direction relative to the lower seat rail. The two seat rails of the seat rail pair may engage around one another. The lower seat rail or the upper seat rail may have at least one opening. The at least one opening may have an opening cross-section, the two upper corner regions of which each have a curvature portion may have a radius which continuously changes of the course of the curvature portion. A vehicle seat with the adjuster is described.
Vehicle seat track system
A track system for a vehicle seat includes a lower track with a slide block with lateral slide bar extending along an upper surface of the lower track. The slide block includes a cross web system connecting the first slide bars with a central cross web portion, a forward cross web portion and a rearward cross web portion. A lower track to slide block fastening system includes a central fastener fixing the central cross web portion to the lower track in lateral and longitudinal directions and allowing movement in a direction away from the lower track, a forward fastener fixing the forward cross web portion in the direction away from the lower track and allowing movement in longitudinal directions and a rearward fastener fixing the rearward cross web portion in the direction away from the lower track and allowing movement in the longitudinal directions.
Seat slide device for vehicle
In the present invention, in a bottom portion 4a of a lower rail 4, a foreign matter interference portion 27 protruding upward and having a substantially arc-circular shape in a side view is formed by being cut and raised in a middle part in a rail width direction more on a front side than a bolt hole 26 for a mounting bolt for fixing the rear end portion of the lower rail 4 to a vehicle body. Rear-side stoppers 29 and long hole portions 31 shared with the rear-side stoppers 29 are formed on both sides of the foreign matter interference portion 27. The foreign matter interference portion 27 is separated into a front-side tongue piece 27a and a rear-side tongue piece 27b by a slit 32.
INTERIOR VARIABLE VEHICLE
An internal variable vehicle may include instrument panels provided on a side of an internal space of the vehicle, having a structure in which a portion thereof overlaps, configuring an embedding portion of the internal space when being developed, and forming an opening through which the internal space of the vehicle is externally exposed out of the vehicle when the portion thereof overlaps; a seat movable from the internal space of the vehicle to the outside; a guide provided on a floor of the internal space of the vehicle, and providing a path in which the seat is movable from the internal space of the vehicle to an opening side of the instrument panels; and a fixing module configured of fixing the seat to one point of the guide and releasing the fixing of the seat from the point of the guide when the seat is required to move to the outside of the vehicle through the opening of the instrument panels.
