Seat sliding device
A movable rail is slidable relative to a fixed rail and supports a seat. A projection protrudes towards the seat from an upper surface of the movable rail that faces the seat and fixes the seat to the movable rail. A rail cover is elastic, and configured to cover the upper surface of the movable rail. The rail cover extends in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the fixed rail and comprises a slit that allows the projection to pass through. A spacer plate having a strip shape is attached to the upper surface of the movable rail and extends in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the movable rail, and is configured to comprise a through-hole for the projection to pass through.
VEHICLE SEAT
Provided is a vehicle seat where a total cost thereof can be reduced through commonization of parts. The vehicle seat includes: a movable rail that is attached to a cushion frame with a spacer therebetween; a fixed rail that has a bottom wall facing the movable rail; a locking mechanism that locks the fixed rail to a floor; a first bracket that is attached to a cushion frame; and a second bracket that is attached to the bottom wall of the fixed rail and the locking mechanism in a connecting manner. The first bracket includes a concave portion. The second bracket includes a convex portion that engages with the concave portion. The concave portion overlaps the fixed rail if viewed in a direction orthogonal to the bottom wall as well as the spacer if viewed in a direction parallel to the bottom wall and orthogonal to a sliding direction.
Vehicle seat
In a detachable vehicle seat, a grip for lifting the vehicle seat is positioned so as to be readily available for installing and removing the vehicle seat without interfering with the vehicle occupant in the installed condition of the vehicle seat. The vehicle seat includes a seat cushion (S1) detachably attached to a vehicle floor, and a seat back (S2) pivotally attached to the seat cushion via a hinge and including a seat back frame (F1), and a grip is provided in a lower part of the seat back frame.
Adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat and method for assembly
An adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat comprises a lower rail 2 and a second rail 1 movably guided relative to the first rail. A first end stop 4 is supported on the second rail 1 or on the first rail 2 at a central position so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction, for defining the front end position and/or rear end position of the second rail 1 by cooperation with the first rail 2 or the second rail 1 and edges of a retainer cage 6 used for accommodating bearing members. According to the invention the total travel range of the adjusting device can be extended, because the central end stop can be displaced in longitudinal direction.
Slide rail
A slide rail includes a fixed-side rail, a movable-side rail, and a reinforcing structure that prevents detachment of the movable-side rail from the fixed-side rail. The reinforcing structure includes a fixed-side engaging portion attached to the fixed-side rail, and a movable-side engaging portion attached to the movable-side rail. The fixed-side and the movable-side engaging portions are configured, while allowing sliding of the movable-side rail, to come in contact with each other due to an action by a large load in a detaching direction input between the fixed-side rail and the movable-side rail, and to be engaged with each other to restrict movement of the movable-side rail in the detaching direction. A contact surface, that comes in contact with the movable-side engaging portion, of the fixed-side engaging portion includes surface regions that have mutually different positions in the detaching direction and are provided side by side in a sliding direction.

The vehicle seat includes a seat cushion (S1) detachably attached to a vehicle floor, and a seat back (S2) pivotally attached to the seat cushion via a hinge and including a seat back frame (F1), and a grip is provided in a lower part of the seat back frame.
VEHICLE SEAT
In a vehicle seat attached to the floor of the vehicle via a rail device and a lock device, the mechanical stiffness of the rail device and the lock device is increased without increasing the overall weight of the vehicle seat and without unduly increasing the manufacturing cost. The vehicle seat further comprises at least one upper hook member (115A) depending from one of the upper rails, and at least one lower hook member (89B) extending upward from a part of the corresponding lock device or a member securing the lock device to a corresponding lower rail such that the upper and lower hook members are spaced apart from each other, but jointly prevent an upward movement of the upper rail away from the lower rail.

STOP FOR A RAIL OF A LONGITUDINALLY ADJUSTABLE SEAT
A stop (11, 11), in particular an abutment for a longitudinal adjustment mechanism, includes a stop element (15, 15) that can be placed in various positions. The stop element is configured to automatically lock into a retaining position.
