A utility vehicle includes: a seat arranged in a vehicle interior; a seat mounting frame to which the seat is mounted; a vehicle body frame to which the seat mounting frame is mounted; and a seat cover that is arranged below the seat, and defines a lower side of the vehicle interior and covers the seat from below. The seat mounting frame and the vehicle body frame are arranged above and below the seat cover and are mounted so as to sandwich the seat cover. The seat of one of multiple seat types is mounted to the vehicle body frame via the seat mounting frame above the seat cover common to the multiple seat types.

VEHICULAR STORAGE ARRANGEMENT

A vehicular storage arrangement includes a storage compartment, a resiliently normally bendable divider for dividing the storage compartment, and a mount for the divider in the storage compartment. The mount is configured to make slidable peripheral engagement with the divider, under which the mount is configured to support the divider in a mounted position, and urge the divider to normally bend in the mounted position, thereby tightening the slidable peripheral engagement.

Vehicle seating system

A seating system for a vehicle is disclosed herein. The seating system includes a first seating assembly having a first seat base pivotable between use and pivoted positions. A second seating assembly is adjacent to the first seating assembly and includes a second seat base that is pivotable between use and pivoted positions. The first and second seat bases are operable between interdependent conditions, wherein movement of the first seat base between the use and pivoted positions causes the second seat base to move between the use and pivoted positions, and independent conditions, wherein the first seat base is operable to move between the use and pivoted positions independently of the second seat base.

Seating assembly with powered or manual actuation

A vehicle seating assembly includes a frame movable between a sitting position and a standing position and pivotably coupled to a vehicle floor at a pivotable coupling defining a first axis of rotation. The vehicle seating assembly has a pivot bracket coupled to the vehicle floor, a linkage assembly with a link extending between the pivot bracket and the frame, and a shaft extending through the pivot bracket and the link in a direction transverse to the link, and defining a second axis of rotation. The vehicle assembly also includes a gear assembly with a sector gear and a pinion gear operable to move the sector gear from a first position to a second position, and a pawl assembly coupled to the sector gear and selectively engageable with the shaft to position the shaft in fixed and unfixed positions.

ROTATING VEHICLE SEAT AND A METHOD FOR ROTATING A ROTATING VEHICLE SEAT

A rotating vehicle seat includes a backrest attached to a seat base frame and arranged to be rotatably adjustable around a first horizontal axis, a seat base attached to the frame and arranged to be rotatably adjustable around a second horizontal axis parallel to the first horizontal axis, a gear mechanism connected to the frame arranged to rotate the frame from a forward facing position to a backward facing position, wherein the gear mechanism comprises a track, and the frame comprises a guide that is configured to engage the track, such that when the gear mechanism is actuated, the frame is translated in a xy-plane and is rotated around a first vertical axis, and wherein the backrest and the seat base, respectively, are arranged to be folded upwards during at least part of the rotation of the frame around the first vertical axis.

Rear seat for vehicle

A rear seat for a vehicle is provided, in which when the seat back is reclined. The angle of the seat cushion is adjusted by following the operation of the seat back to provide an optimal posture for fatigue reduction of a passenger. When the seat back is folded, the seat cushion is not operated.

SIDE-BY-SIDE VEHICLE

The present invention relates to all terrain vehicles having at least a pair of laterally spaced apart seating surfaces.

Mounting structure of auxiliary member and vehicle seat with auxiliary member

An auxiliary member attachment structure for a vehicle seat. The auxiliary member attachment structure includes an auxiliary member at an outer side of the vehicle seat. The vehicle seat has a seat cushion that is capable of transitioning from a seating position to a storage position aligned with a seat back. The auxiliary member being rotatable, about a shaft in the vehicle seat extending along the seat width direction, between a reference position at which the auxiliary member is upright and a holding position at which the auxiliary member is rotated closer to a front side of a vehicle. The auxiliary member attachment structure further includes a rotation restriction unit configured to restrict rotation of the auxiliary member at the reference position when the seat cushion is at the seating position, and cease the restriction of rotation of the auxiliary member when the seat cushion is at the storage position.

STORAGE SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE

A storage system for a vehicle includes a storage bin. The storage bin is positioned vehicle-downward of the seating assembly of said vehicle. A trim component overlies a door sill of said vehicle. The trim component and the storage bin together define an under-seat storage cavity. The trim component defines a side receptacle distinct from the under-seat storage cavity.
