LAMP APPARATUS OF VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
Provided are a lamp apparatus of a vehicle and a control method thereof. The lamp apparatus includes: a first integrated lamp installed at either the front or rear of a vehicle and having a plurality of lamps, one or more of which being turned on according to a lighting mode; a second integrated lamp installed at a position different from the installation position of the first integrated lamp and having a plurality of lamps, one or more of which being turned on; a travel direction input unit that receives a travel direction; a driving signal input unit that receives driving signals for turning on and off the lamps; and a lamp control unit that receives the travel direction to set the lighting modes of the first and second integrated lamps, and drives one or more of the plurality of lamps included in each of them.
Micro front lighting system for vehicle
A method and apparatus provide a light module that includes a plurality of optical functions supported by a single housing. The method and apparatus further adjusts aiming of all optical functions of the light module in multiple directions when needed.
Headlight system and method for providing a bending light function
A headlight system for a vehicle is enabled for a bending light function. A first light module generates a conventional asymmetrical dipped headlight with an upper first light/dark boundary on the driver's side of a central axis. A second light module has a matrix of light-emitting diode units. A control unit actuates light emissions of the individual light-emitting diode units separately. A bend-detection unit detects the radius of a curve in the direction of travel of the vehicle. The light-emitting diode units have at maximum two horizontal lines, and they generate an emission characteristic with a lower second light/dark boundary below the first light/dark boundary of the dipped headlight, an upper third light/dark boundary above the first light/dark boundary of the dipped headlight, and a lateral fourth light/dark boundary on the side of the light emissions of the second light module the faces the driver's side.
HEADLIGHT FOR A VEHICLE
A headlight (10) and a lighting system (54) with the headlight (10) and a control unit. A motor vehicle (52) has the headlight (10), which combines a full beam matrix (20) and a dipped light in a common pivotable lighting module (18).
Vehicle lamp tool and method for controlling vehicle lamp tool
A vehicle lamp tool providing a controller which calculates the luminance distribution of light distribution pattern, an optical device which generates light distribution pattern in an illuminatable area D and a first driving circuit which drives the optical device. The controller transmits a first light distribution correction signal for correcting the inclination of a current light distribution pattern to the first driving circuit if the inclination angle of a vehicle with respect to vertical direction indicated by a detection signal received from a vehicle height sensor is equal to or less than a threshold value. The first driving circuit transmits a first correction driving signal based on the first light distribution correction signal to the optical device. The optical device drives an LD and a light deflector to correct the current light distribution pattern.
PROCEDURE FOR ACTUATING AT LEAST ONE LIGHT MODULE OF A LIGHT UNIT, LIGHT UNIT, COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT AND MACHINE-READABLE MEDIUM
A procedure is provided for actuating at least one light module of the light unit of a vehicle with a plurality of light sources and a light control system automatically actuating the light module. At least two first light distribution arrangements are generated and first data sets corresponding to the first light distribution arrangements are stored in a memory of the light control system. In order to implement a plurality of light distribution arrangements with less effort, at least one second light distribution arrangement is allocated to at least one pairing of two of the at least two first light distribution arrangements, and actuation of the light module for generating this at least one second light distribution arrangement is performed depending on the first datasets of the assigned pairing from the first light distribution arrangements.
Vehicular lighting device
A vehicular lighting device includes a scanning light source. The scanning light source includes a semiconductor light source, and scans the output light of the semiconductor light source in a forward region ahead of the lighting device. A lighting circuit changes the light amount of the semiconductor light source in multiple levels in synchronization with the scanning of the scanning light source.
Motorcycle light system and method of use
A motorcycle light includes a lighting device, having a headlight contained within a housing; a rod configured to engage with a headlight connection of a motorcycle; and one or more wires to engage with an electrical system of the motorcycle; a motor engaged with the housing and to provide rotational movement of the housing relative to the rod; and one or more sensors in electrical communication with the motor and to detect when the motorcycle is at a leaning position, the one or more sensors to provide a command to the motor to rotate the housing to a desired angle for improved visibility.
Adjusting vehicle headlights
A headlight assembly can include a headlight and one or more actuators operatively positioned to cause the position and/or orientation of the headlight to be adjusted. The one or more actuators include a bladder. The bladder can include a flexible casing. The bladder can define a fluid chamber. The fluid chamber can contain a dielectric fluid. The one or more actuators can include a first conductor and a second conductor operatively positioned on opposite portions of the bladder. The one or more actuators can be configured such that, when electrical energy is supplied to the first conductor and the second conductor, the first conductor and the second conductor can become oppositely charged. As a result, the first conductor and the second conductor are electrostatically attracted toward each other to cause at least a portion of the dielectric fluid to be displaced to an outer peripheral region of the fluid chamber.
MICRO FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
A method and apparatus provide a light module that includes a plurality of optical functions supported by a single housing. The method and apparatus further adjusts aiming of all optical functions of the light module in multiple directions when needed.
