At least one carrier of a spring-like material operatively supports and biases the wiper strip into a predetermined configuration. The windscreen wiper device further includes a connecting device for connection with a wiper arm. At least a portion of the wiper strip has a microtextured surface formed directly into the flexible material. The microtextured surface may be on, for example, any one of or any combination of a wiping portion, a channel, a hinge portion and a spoiler portion of the wiper strip.
PACKAGING DEVICE FOR A WINDSCREEN WIPER COMPRISING A CURVED BLADE AND AN INTEGRATED FLEXIBLE STRUCTURE
A packaging device for a windscreen wiper blade has a housing configured to receive the blade, having a first support surface configured to contact a portion of an upper part of the blade, a second support surface configured to contact a first portion of a lower part of the blade, a third support surface configured to contact a second portion of the lower part of the blade, a centering means, and a hooking means for hanging the packaging device vertically. The centering means blocks the blade at the center of the housing when the packaging device is hung. The first support surface extends opposite an area situated between the second support surface and the third support surface, and the first, second, and third support surfaces together immobilize the blade inside the housing in a position that is at least partially straightened out relative to a resting position of the blade.
WINDSCREEN WIPER DEVICE
A windscreen wiper device of the flat blade type is provided comprising a carrier element, and a wiper blade with a wiping part that can be placed in abutment with a windscreen, which includes at least one longitudinal groove in which a strip of the carrier element is disposed. The wiper blade comprising a connecting device for an oscillating arm that can be pivotally connected to the connecting device. The wiper blade includes a wiping part with a free end to be placed in abutment with a windscreen. The wiping part is arranged to carry out oscillatory tilting movement along a first tilting web. The wiper blade includes damping strips to damp oscillatory movement of the wiping part. The damping strips move along a second tilting web. The damping strips each include protrusions to contact a bottom of the holding part to limit oscillatory movement of the wiping part.
WINDSCREEN WIPER DEVICE
A windscreen wiper device includes an elongated wiper blade, a spoiler, and a connector assembly. The spoiler is coupled to and extends between opposite ends along the longitudinal length of the wiper blade. The connector assembly is operably attached to the spoiler and detachably connects the windscreen wiper device to an oscillating wiper arm adapted to oscillate the wiper blade along the surface of a curved windshield of a vehicle.
Windscreen wiper device
A windscreen wiper device of the flat blade type, particularly for automobiles, comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade of the flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped, which wiper blade includes at least one longitudinal groove, in which groove at least one longitudinal strip of the carrier element is disposed, which windscreen wiper device comprises a connecting device for an oscillating arm, wherein said oscillating arm can be pivotally connected to the connecting device about ta pivot axis near one end thereof. The connecting device is connected to the wiper blade at at least two location spaced-apart in the longitudinal direction of said wiper blade in order to evenly distribute a force exerted by the oscillating arm onto the wiper blade.
Windscreen wiper for a system for wiping a window of a vehicle and assembly method thereof
The invention relates to a windscreen wiper for a system for wiping a window of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, comprising: a wiper blade (16), a strip-shaped, resilient, elongated support element (18), a longitudinal retaining member (30) for the blade (16) which comprises a first longitudinal housing (32) for receiving a heel (34) of the blade (16) and a second longitudinal housing (42) for receiving said support element (18), and a longitudinal body (14) which forms an aerodynamic deflector (20) and which comprises means for hooking onto the retaining member (30),
characterized in that the longitudinal body (14) is fixed in a non-detachable manner to the retaining member (30).
WINDSCREEN WIPER DEVICE
A windscreen wiper device of the flat blade type comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped, which wiper blade includes a central longitudinal groove, in which groove a central longitudinal strip of the carrier element is disposed. The windscreen wiper device comprises a connecting device for an oscillating wiper arm, wherein at least one end of the wiper blade extends beyond the longitudinal strip in order to define a space open at one end thereof. The wiper blade comprises a spoiler at a side thereof facing away from a windscreen to be wiped, with the special feature that an end piece is provided at the end of the wiper blade. The end piece comprises a plug fitted inside the space in order to dust and water tightly close the groove at the end of the wiper blade, as well as retaining means fitted outside the space and into a longitudinal slit on a longitudinal side of the wiper blade in order to retain the end piece onto the wiper blade, and wherein an extremity of the spoiler is unengaged by the end piece near the end of the wiper blade.
