WINDSHIELD WIPER STRUCTURE
A windshield wiper structure includes a fixing frame, a support plate, a blade and at least one pressing strip. The fixing frame includes a fixing base and a pivot disposed on the fixing base. The support plate is connected on a bottom side of the fixing base and extended oppositely from the fixing base. The blade is connected to a bottom surface of the support plate. The pressing strip is disposed on the bottom side of the fixing base and presses the blade toward a direction away from the fixing base to contact with a glass surface. Therefore, the blade may be uniformly pressed to contact with a glass surface to remove rain or debris from the glass surface.
Windshield wiper with adaptable attack angle
A windshield wiper system includes a windshield wiper having a wiper blade with a near end and a far end. The windshield wiper is configured for performing a relative rotation of the wiper blade between the far end and the near end of the wiper blade. A mechanism applying a torque to the far end during a sweeping motion of the windshield wiper twists the far end of the wiper blade relative to the near end. The mechanism may perform the relative rotation of the wiper blade regardless of whether the wiper blade is in contact with a windshield. For example, the mechanism may include a stationary cam block having a cam profile, and an actuator arm moving along the cam profile with the sweeping motion of the windshield wiper. The cam profile is suitably shaped to pivot the actuator arm in laterally outer ranges of the sweeping motion.
WIPER BLADE APPARATUS AND WIPER SYSTEM
A wiper blade apparatus having at least one wiper lip for wiping a window in a first wiping direction at least substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the wiper lip and a second wiping direction at least substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the wiper lip, having at least one wiper bar unit and having at least one heating unit which is arranged partially at a wiping up side, facing the first wiping direction, of the wiper bar unit and which is arranged partially at a wiping down side, facing the second wiping direction, of the wiper bar unit. It is proposed that the at least one heating unit be constructed to achieve a different heating power at the wiping up side of the wiper bar unit from at the wiping down side.
Wiper blade device
The invention relates to a wiper blade device for a windshield wiper (12a), comprising a spoiler unit (14a; 14b; 14c), which has at least one soft spoiler component (16a; 16b; 16c) and at least one hard spoiler component (18a; 18b; 18c), wherein the hard spoiler component (16a; 16b; 16c) forms a receiving area (20a; 20b; 20c) for a spring rail, at least partially. The wiper blade device further comprises a spray unit (22a; 22b; 22c). According to the invention, the spray unit (22a; 22b; 22c) has at least one first duct element (24a; 24b; 24c), which is integrally molded, at least partially, to the hard spoiler component (18a; 18b; 18c).
INDICATOR FOR WIPER BLADE AND WIPER BLADE
The present disclosure relates to an indicator for a wiper blade and a wiper blade. The indicator is a device for a wiper blade detachably provided on a wiper arm for cleaning a windshield, including: a main body provided on the wiper blade or the wiper arm; a notifier provided in the main body and configured to generate a light signal that is identifiable with naked eyes; and a controller configured to control an operation of the notifier, wherein the controller is configured to count the accumulated time from a start time at which an external operation is input regardless of whether the wiper blade operates so as to operate the notifier when the accumulated time reaches a predetermine time.
WIPER BLADE, IN PARTICULAR FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A wiper blade (10), in particular for a motor vehicle, is disclosed. This comprises a wiper strip (12), a fluid channel (28), which has a channel diameter (DK), for conducting a cleaning liquid, and an end cap (18). According to the invention, the end cap (18) has a blocking plug (30) that has a blocking diameter (DB) which is smaller than the channel diameter (DK).
WIPER COMPOSITE BEAM BLADE WITH INTERNAL WASH TUBE
An aircraft windshield wiper system includes a wiper blade with a composite support member and a blade element that interfaces with the windshield of the aircraft to clear the windshield of rain and other debris. The composite support member includes a wash tube integral with the composite support member, such that the wash tube receives windshield washing fluid from a fluid reservoir and dispenses the fluid onto the windshield of the aircraft. A plurality of clips can be used to couple the composite support member to the blade element.
WIPER COMPOSITE BEAM BLADE ASSEMBLY WITH WASH TUBE INTEGRATION
An aircraft windshield wiper system includes a wiper blade with a composite support member and a blade element that interfaces with the windshield of the aircraft to clear the windshield of rain and other debris. The composite support member includes a wash tube integral with the composite support member, such that the wash tube receives windshield washing fluid from a fluid reservoir and dispenses the fluid onto the windshield of the aircraft. A plurality of clips can be used to couple the composite support member to the blade element.
Packaging system including a holder for holding a windscreen wiper device
A system provided with a windscreen wiper device comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which wiper blade includes at least one longitudinal groove, in which groove a longitudinal strip of the carrier element is disposed, wherein ends of the wiper blade and/or of the longitudinal strip are interconnected by a respective connecting piece, the carrier element biasing the wiper blade in a curved position, which windscreen wiper device comprises a connecting device for pivotally connecting an oscillating wiper arm thereto; a holder for holding the windscreen wiper device; with the special feature that the holder comprises a stiff tightening profile engaging the windscreen wiper device at engaging locations on the connecting device for tightening the windscreen wiper device in a less curved position.
