Heated windshield wiper system for vehicle
A heated wiper system includes a wiper blade with a resilient wiper element having a passage along the wiper element from an opening at one end of where a heating element is inserted into the passage. The temperature of the heating element is controlled by controlling the current supplied to the element by a control unit contained either in the engine compartment or in a recess on the wiper blade. The control unit uses an algorithm including wiper blade and outside ambient temperature, wind chill, ignition on, motor running, heating element resistance value and wipers and varies the current supplied in dependence on a value of the resistance of the heating element.
One-touch slide assembly type wiper blade
Disclosed is a one-touch slide assembly type wiper blade in which a rail spring is coupled to an upper part of a rubber blade, a base cover is formed, in the longitudinal direction thereof, at the center of the rubber blade including the rail spring, and right and left spoilers are respectively assembled at both right and left parts of the base cover, wherein one or more bracket-shaped grip parts are formed on the bottom surface of the base cover respectively at the front side and the rear side thereof, and then the base cover is slidingly assembled in a state in which bidirectional movement can be freely performed using grip parts, and the right and left positions of the base cover, which is slidingly assembled, are fixed by the right and left spoilers, which are respectively coupled to the both side parts of the base cover.
Multiple wiper blade system and assembly
A multiple windshield wiper assembly is disclosed. The multiple windshield wiper assembly may comprise a first wiper assembly having a squeegee blade; a second wiper assembly having a scraper blade, the second wiper assembly being coupled to the first wiper assembly by a windshield wiper assembly connector; wherein the scraper blade comprises an attachment surface for engaging a wiper assembly, a scraper surface for engaging a windshield, a channel for conducting wiper fluid, a plurality of apertures for disbursement of the wiper fluid onto a windshield, and a water connection fitting for connection of the scraper blade to a vehicle water supply hose. A number of embodiments of a windshield wiper assembly connector for use in connecting one or more windshield wiper assemblies to pin-type and hookslot-type wiper arms are also disclosed.
WIPER BLADE WITH DIRECTIONALLY DIFFERENTIATED MOTION
A wiper including wiper bracket which couples a wiper arm to blade carrier which carries one or more blades and includes an internal flow path which conducts fluid from a wiper bracket inlet through a hollow passage in a wiper blade carrier cover to plurality of outlets aligned with passthroughs in the blade carrier through which fluid egresses from the wiper.
WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE
A wiper blade having a wiper strip having a wide portion and a lip, and an elongate backing element. The backing element having a top portion, and two opposing legs that descend from the top portion, such that each opposing leg has a claw which extends towards the other opposing leg. A gap formed between the claws that is narrower than a width of the wide portion of the wiper strip. The claws, legs, and top portion define a wiper strip cavity sized to receive the wide portion wiper strip.
Wiping device for an optical device and a rear view device for a motor vehicle with same
A wiping device for an optical device with a lens includes a surface, such as a curved or calotte-shaped surface, where the wiping device has a wiping element for wiping the surface of the lens free from water and dirt particles with at least one passage channel and at least one outlet channel which branches off from the passage channel in order to guide cleaning fluid onto the surface of the lens. In addition, a rear view device for a motor vehicle with an optical device includes such a wiping device.
Motor Vehicle Wiper Blade
A motor vehicle wiper blade includes a spoiler which extends along a longitudinal direction and a lip disposed on the spoiler. The spoiler has, along the longitudinal direction, a cutout which extends in a direction of the lip. The motor vehicle wiper blade has an inner circle side and an outer circle side. The cutout is disposed on the inner circle side of the motor vehicle wiper blade and there is no cutout on the outer circle side of the motor vehicle wiper blade.
WIPER FRAME, IN PARTICULAR FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention relates to a wiper frame (10), particularly for a motor vehicle. Said wiper frame comprises a support element (14) and a wiper blade (12) that has a cavity (20), and a wiper blade lip (16). According to the invention, the wiper blade lip (16) is rigidly secured to the wiper blade (12).
Wiper blade
The present invention provides a wiper blade, by balancing the opposite characteristics between the ease of operation and the cleaning force, the overall shape of the wiper blade is inclined laterally with elasticity in accordance with the moving direction of the blade mounting means for ease of operation, and the contact portion of the wiper blade for performing the cleaning is capable of maintaining an angle close to a right angle with respect to the cleaning surface, so that the wiper blade is also excellent in cleaning force.
Windscreen wiper device
A windscreen wiper device of the flat blade type is provided comprising a carrier element, and a wiper blade with a wiping part that can be placed in abutment with a windscreen, which includes at least one longitudinal groove in which a strip of the carrier element is disposed. The wiper blade comprising a connecting device for an oscillating arm that can be pivotally connected to the connecting device. The wiper blade includes a wiping part with a free end to be placed in abutment with a windscreen. The wiping part is arranged to carry out oscillatory tilting movement along a first tilting web. The wiper blade includes damping strips to damp oscillatory movement of the wiping part. The damping strips move along a second tilting web. The damping strips each include protrusions to contact a bottom of the holding part to limit oscillatory movement of the wiping part.
