Multifunction windshield wiper with distribution of fluid and air assembled with flexible joints
A multifunction windshield wiper includes a wiper arm, a wiper blade holder, and a wiper blade to facilitate, through channels, the direct distribution of the liquid or an air on the windshield surface. The direct distribution of the liquid and an air maximize the wiping effect and minimizes their usage. The wiper arm is assembled with wiper blade holder within the flexible spherical joints to refine the contact with a curved surface during the operational movement of the windshield wiper in the different weather conditions. The windshield wiper arm has a flexible joint with the link arm to facilitate the tension on the windshield surface during the wiping process.
Surface wiper system
A surface wiper device which includes a carrier which supports a blade. The carrier attaches to a wiper arm which urges the blade against and moves the blade across the surface of a windshield. The carrier further provides a plurality of outlets each of which communicate between a hollow passage inside the carrier and a location on the external surface of the carrier. A fluid can be delivered from a fluid source fluidicly coupled to the hollow passage of the carrier under sufficient pressure to be dispersed from the plurality of outlets onto the windshield during movement of the blade. A fluid heater can be thermally coupled with the fluid delivered from the fluid source to the plurality of outlets to increase the temperature of the fluid dispersed onto the windshield. The fluid can be sufficiently heated to generate a heated gas.
DRIVE ARM FOR DRIVING A WIPER BLADE INTENDED FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention relates to a drive arm for driving a wiper blade intended for a motor vehicle, the drive arm extending in a longitudinal direction (X), the drive arm comprising at least one first attachment means (224) for a first end of an elastic return device and at least one second attachment means (234) for the first end of the elastic return device, characterized in that a first distance (d1) measured parallel to the longitudinal direction (X) between the first attachment means (224) and the second attachment means (234) is not zero.
VEHICLE WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE
This invention relates to tape of glass cleaning brushes, mainly to automobile windscreen wipers, and can be used universally for efficient cleaning of the windscreen of a motor vehicle in any weather conditions.
The windscreen cleaning brush tape is made of an elastomeric material that can be firmly, without any gaps and installed motionless in the holder, while an axisymmetric cavity, triangular in its cross-section, runs along the entire length of the tape through the body of the scraper above its stretched out portion, and the sides of the triangular cavity run parallel to the sides of the scraper, forming sidewalls of the scraper. In another claim of this invention, the base of the triangular cavity carries at least one longitudinal symmetric rib, the vertex of which is directed towards the contacting portion of the scraper. Geometry and quantity of longitudinal ribs inside the cavity may vary. Also, the cleaning edge carries an axisymmetric longitudinal notch of triangular cross-section, which forms two symmetrically protruding wedge-shaped edges, running along both longitudinal sides of the stretched out contacting portion of the scraper.
Higher efficiency of windscreen wipers motor vehicles at sub-zero temperatures is achieved. The offered tape for wipers is simple in structure and production method and is easy to use.
WIPER BLADE FOR WINDSHIELD WIPER DEVICE AND CORRESPONDING WINDSHIELD WIPER DEVICE
The invention relates to a blade for a windshield wiper device and to a corresponding windshield wiper device. The blade comprises a blade body for wiping said windshield surface and a longitudinal rib. The body has a first housing extending longitudinally inside the body and having at least one insertion end. The rib has a cross-section complementary to the cross-section of the first housing. Furthermore, the rib comprises a plurality of interlocking members protruding from its surface by way of a harpoon with an interlocking end. The plurality of interlocking members is oriented such that they allow the insertion of the first end of the rib through the insertion end for assembling the blade, but prevent the extraction of the rib from the first housing.
Wiper blade rubber
Provided is a wiper blade rubber which exhibits high adhesion to glass surfaces, excellent friction performance and excellent wiping performance, while being free from the occurrence of a bulge (blister) in a coating layer due to bleeding from a rubber substrate or blooming. A wiper blade rubber which has a lip part obtained by forming a coating layer on a rubber substrate by spray coating, and which is characterized in that: the coating layer is composed of a portion (A) that covers the rubber substrate and portions (B) that do not cover the rubber substrate; the portions (B) are a plurality of pores which are uniformly dispersed in the entire area of the coating layer and have diameters of 10 to 40 m; and the ratio of the total area of portion (A) that covers the rubber substrate to the total area of the portions (B) that do not cover the rubber substrate is from 40:60 to 60:40.
Windshield wiper blade
A wiper blade having a wiper strip having a wide portion and a lip, and an elongate backing element. The backing element having a top portion, and two opposing legs that descend from the top portion, such that each opposing leg has a claw which extends towards the other opposing leg. A gap formed between the claws that is narrower than a width of the wide portion of the wiper strip. The claws, legs, and top portion define a wiper strip cavity sized to receive the wide portion wiper strip.
WINDSHIELD WIPER APPARATUS
Described is a windshield wiper apparatus that is formed to dispense fluid. The wiper apparatus includes an elongate body member having a length with a sealable channel therein that runs along the length. At least one blade protrudes downward along the length of the elongate body member. Further, a series of holes are formed such they pass from the sealable channel and through the elongate body member proximate the at least one blade. Thus, a fluid passing through the sealable channel is dispensed onto a surface proximate the at least one blade.
WIPER FRAME
Disclosed is a wiper frame (10) comprising a resilient support rail (22) and a wiper blade (12) which is attached to the support rail (22). According to the invention, the wiper blade (12) has a wiper blade lip (44) having a substantially rigid cross-sectional structure, and the wiper blade lip (44) is mounted between a first bending region (32) and a second bending region (34) in a cross-sectional view.
Deflector and wiper blade for a motor vehicle
The present invention concerns a deflector (2; 20) for a wiper blade (1; 10) for a motor vehicle, made from a flexible material characterised in that it is split longitudinally by a groove (11; 110) communicating with a longitudinal cavity (8; 80) of the deflector (2; 20) in such a way as to form two half-foil members (2a, 2b; 20a, 20b) that can assume a deformed position in which the deformed half-foil members (2a, 2b; 20a, 20b) increase the deflection surface area of the deflector (2; 20).
