Cover equipping a connector for a motor vehicle wiper
The invention relates to a cover 20 intended to lock a shaft 2a securely to a driving arm and a connector 8 that carries a wiper 1, the cover 20 extending along a main longitudinal axis X and having at least two longitudinal flanks 25, each longitudinal flank 25 having an open slot 29 delimited at a first longitudinal end by an end wall 29e and at a second longitudinal end by an opening 29c for receiving the shaft 2a, said cover 20 being characterized in that said opening 29c is formed opposite said end wall 29e. Application to motor vehicles, in particular to the wiping of a rear window.
Intermediate piece for connecting a wiper to a driving arm for driving a windscreen wiper
The invention relates to an intermediate piece 101 intended to be interposed between a connector 8 that is able to carry a wiper and a connecting element 203 of a driving arm, the connector 8 comprising at least one receiving bearing 15 for receiving a first shaft 102, the connecting element 203 comprising at least one receiving orifice 215 for receiving a second shaft 103, characterized in that the intermediate piece 101 is equipped with the first shaft 102 and the second shaft 103. Application to motor vehicles.
STREAMLINED WINDSCREEN WIPER
A streamlined windscreen wiper comprises a longitudinal wiper blade, fairing comprising a central mounting and at least one end cap, at least one adapter element fixed to the central mounting which comprises a central web and two legs, one of said at least one end caps being articulated to said adapter element, and a retention means comprising a first portion formed in said adapter element and engaging a complementary second portion extending from a lower surface of the central mounting, the first portion of the retention means comprises a tongue extending from the central web of the adapter element at a longitudinal extremity thereof.
Wiper blade and wiper
A wiper blade includes blade rubber, a holder body, and a clip. The clip is pivotally connected to the holder body. The clip has an elastic piece and an engagement protrusion. The engagement protrusion engages with an engagement hole provided in a wiper arm. The elastic piece section has a long piece section, a turned-back section, a first bending axis, and a second bending axis. The long piece section extends through a position to a side of the engagement protrusion. The turned-back section extends so as to change the direction of the long piece section in order to connect the front end of the long piece section to the engagement protrusion. The first bending axis and the second bending axis extend so that the engagement protrusion is located between the first bending axis and the second bending axis.
WINDSHIELD WIPER CONNECTOR
A connector for a windshield wiper, and a wiper blade assembly including same, that accommodates slotted receiving portions of windshield wiper arms. The connector for connecting a windshield wiper assembly to a wiper arm may have a peripheral wall having at least two opposing peripheral side walls and a top surface extending from one of the two opposing peripheral side walls to the other. The opposing peripheral side walls may each have a guide pin aligned with one another and sized to be capable of slidably engaging slots of windshield wiper arm.
VERFAHREN ZUM HERSTELLEN EINES REINIGUNGSARMS EINES REINIGUNGSSYSTEMS
The present invention relates to a method (100) for manufacturing a cleaning arm (10) of a cleaning system (200), comprising the steps of: cold forming (S1) of a blank with at least one hole (11) for forming a bottom element (12), a side element (14) formed to be essentially orthogonal to the bottom element (12), a bushing (16) for attaching the cleaning arm (10) to a cleaning motor (202) of the cleaning system (200), a web (18), wherein the hole (11) is disposed on the web (18), wherein the hole (11) is positioned such that a stud (20) can be positioned in the hole (11) for attaching a spring (26).
Wiper device
An inclination mechanism TM1 is provided at a wiper blade 30. The inclination mechanism TM1 inclines the wiper blade 30 with respect to a surface 11a, so that a center Ct1 of a U-shaped hook part 23b is disposed forward in a wiping direction with respect to a center Ct2 of a blade rubber 50. Accordingly, at the time of each of forward wiping and return wiping of the wiper blade 30, it is possible to correctly incline the blade rubber 50 with respect to the surface 11 a.
