A pallet substitute has pallet blocks, which may be made of plastic regrind or other material which can be utilized in conjunction with a tray, whether cardboard or otherwise, to provide a pallet. The pallet substitute may have pallet blocks that connect separately and directly to the tray, or pairs (or triples, etc.) of pallet blocks may connect together, possibly with stringers and connect to the tray.

Each of the wings defines terminal edges that extend parallel to the scored lines and lie adjacent to each other when the wings are folded over the base wall. A planar interior panel of corrugated cardboard is disposed between the wings and the base wall.

An apparatus and method for packaging and transportation of a preformed wrapping sheet is disclosed and claimed herein. One implementation of the technology as disclosed herein includes a method and apparatus for packaging and transportation of preformed wrapping sheets including Pre-Formed Plant Covers commonly referred to as a Pot Cover involving clear tubing constructed of a pliable material, including clear plastic tubing or other pliable material, and transportation storage racks assembled from substantially rigid pallets, including plastic pallets or other substantially rigid material, and corner boards, commonly known as beads.

A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has a base and opposed sides. The container has multiple levels of dunnage components, the dunnage components of at least one level being movable between open and closed positions to enable an operator to load and unload products more easily. To provide a palette, etc. on which an article is placed, including: a foamed synthetic resin-base material; and a polyurea-resin coating layer covering a front surface of the base material; and manufactured by a method including: injecting a polyurea-resin coating material onto a front surface of a foamed synthetic resin-base material; and drying the coating material after the injecting. The injecting may have injecting the coating material onto all surfaces of the base material. A thickness of the coating material formed on a front surface of the base material in the injecting may be controlled proportionally to an expansion ratio of the foamed synthetic resin. The thickness of the coating material may be controlled by adjusting a speed of conveyance of the base material and/or a distance between an injection port for the coating material and the base material. Heating-pressing the base material may further be included before the injecting.

A displacement arrangement for use in a combination dolly-pallet includes an impelling member movable between first and second positions. A linkage is pivotally connected to the impelling member. When the impelling member moves between the first and second positions, the linkage moves pivotally relative to the impelling member to an extended position.

A pallet for shipping goods, the pallet having a rigid member, a phase change material, and a temperature indicate. The rigid member includes a phase change material compartment. A phase change material is disposed in the phase change material compartment. The temperature indicator indicates a thermal state of the pallet
