Flame retardant shipping container
The present invention relates to a flame retardant shipping container for lithium ion batteries, and more particularly for containing a thermal runaway event. The shipping container comprising an outer box, preferably made of flame-retardant corrugated fiberboard, containing a vacuum plenum/thermal shield assembly and a tray and a first flame-retardant pouch. The assembly comprising an inner container on a thermal shield inside a metalized vacuum bag. The inner container further comprises an inner cavity and an opening and a second flame-retardant pouch. The assembly rests on the tray. The pouches contain molecular sieves and palladium plated microsphere catalysts. The thermal shield has an aluminum foil surface and is filled with thermal paste. The tray is preferably flame-retardant molded paper pulp and forms at least two pockets separated by flame-retardant molded pulp separators. The tray is separated from the outer box by an air gap containing the first flame-retardant pouch.
Assembled plastic tray
Disclosure is an assembled plastic tray. The plastic tray includes a mainboard and strakes fixed at two sides of the mainboard. The mainboard includes two rib frames and multiple strip-shaped pad feel uniformly distributed between the two rib frames. The steps for assembling the plastic tray includes: respectively inserting first mainboard steel tubes and second mainboard steel tubes into first mainboard steel tube holes and second mainboard steel tube holes of the rib frames on the mainboard, subsequently, mounting the two strakes on the two side surfaces of the mainboard through a boss and penetrating slots and fixing the boss and the penetrating slots through strake connection blocks, then inserting strake steel tubes into strake steel tube holes on the two strakes, and then, fixing the strake steel tubes and the first mainboard steel tubes through steel tube connection members and steel blocks.
MODULAR PALLETS
A modular pallet formed from a plurality of frame members and a plurality of deck members. The deck members extend between the frame members to define an upper deck surface and optionally a lower deck surface of the pallet. A plurality of spaced-apart channels are formed in at least an upper surface of the frame members to receive the deck members. In some embodiments the pallet may be configured as a stringer pallet and in other embodiments the pallet may be configured as a block pallet. In some embodiments the frame members are unitary stringers. In other embodiments the frame members are modular structures each comprising a block pallet subassembly and a deck support panel. The number, size, orientation and spacing of the channels formed in the frame members and the corresponding arrangement of the deck members may vary in different embodiments of the pallet. Once assembled, the frame members and deck members may be integrally connected, such as by heat welding. In some embodiments the pallet is formed from readily recyclable plastic.
Assembly Type Pallet
The present disclosure relates to an assembly type pallet, that includes a plurality of plates having a secure hole on a plate surface, and disposed side by side to each another; a plurality of support frames that are disposed in a direction intersecting the plate to support a lower portion of the plate, an inside of the support frame being provided with an inner space along a longitudinal direction, an upper surface of the support frame being provided with a seating surface against which a lower surface of the plate is supported, and the seating surface being provided with an insertion hole communicating with the inner space; a first secure member that is disposed on the lower surface of the plate and that is provided with an insertion unit which is inserted into the insertion hole of the support frame to secure the plate to the support frame; and a second secure member that is inserted into the inner space of the support frame to secure the insertion unit of the first secure member to the support frame.
Composite pallet
A pallet may include a base layer, an intermediate layer, two or more support blocks, and a top layer. The support blocks may be removably attached to the base layer and the intermediate layer such that the support blocks are positioned between the base layer and the intermediate layer. The base layer may include two or more base members, the intermediate layer may include two or more intermediate members and the top layer may include two top outside members, which all may be described as structural members. The structural members may include two or more ribs, may include fiber dispersed in a thermoplastic material, and may include a continuous fiber bundle within each rib.
Pallet
A pallet includes at least one top board on which a load is to be placed and at least one substantially plate-shaped stringer board that is provided independently of the top board and that has at least one non-contact portion, which is not in contact with the top board in a region between the stringer board and the top board, the stringer board being in contact with the top board in a vertical direction.
SUPPORT FRAME FOR A PUMP STAND FOR RECEIVING VACUUM PUMPS, AND MAIN SUPPORT FRAME FOR A COATING DEVICE FOR CONTAINERS, AND COATING DEVICE
A support frame for a pump stand for receiving vacuum pumps for a coating device for coating containers by means of a coating method. The support frame includes a structure on which bearing struts are formed for detachably connecting to at least two bearing devices, onto which a respective vacuum pump can be detachably mounted. Feet extend downwards from the lowermost bearing struts and have detachable securing devices for connecting to a main support frame of the coating device. The bearing devices have a rectangular cross-section, which is slightly larger than the cross-section of a fork of a lifting truck or a forklift truck, and which are sufficiently spaced apart from one another in the horizontal direction so that the fork of the lifting truck or the stacking fork of the forklift truck can be moved therein with minimal play.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRACKING A WOOD PALLET USING AN EMBEDDED TRACKING DEVICE
A cavity is cut into a wooden structure (e.g., stringer, block, or deckboard) of a wood pallet such that an electronic tracking device can be embedded into the wooden structure for tracking the pallet. The cavity is shaped to allow for a sufficient thickness of remaining wood material surrounding the cavity to remain strong and also to allow for sufficient thinness so wireless signals can be reliably transmitted to/from electronics within the cavity. The remaining space within the cavity around the embedded tracking device is filled with a potting material to secure and protect the tracking device within the cavity. The tracking device monitors the location of the pallet and provides location data to a back-end system over a communication channel either directly or via a local hub. The back-end system performs analytics on the location data.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PALLET WITH EMBEDDED SUPPORT STRUCTURES
A system and method are provided for manufacturing a plastic pallet having a plurality of runner assemblies with embedded support structures. Each runner assembly may include a top runner board, a bottom runner board, and a plurality of support structures embedded into the top and bottom runner boards. The pallet may be manufactured using heat to at least partially penetrate and soften the runner boards, to soften the support structures, and to weld the support structures to the runner boards in an embedded manner.
Composite pallet
Composite pallets and methods for making and using composite pallets are disclosed. An example composite pallet may include a base layer. The base layer may include a first base board, a second base board, and a cross-member extending between the first base board and the second base board. The cross-member may include a first end region designed to be detachably coupled to the first base board, a second end region designed to be detachably coupled to the second base board, and at least one curved section positioned between the first end region and the second end region.
