Bulk material shipping container

A bulk material shipping container including a pallet, a compartment configured to receive, hold, and release loose materials and connected to and supported by the pallet, a material unloading assembly positioned under a bottom portion of the compartment, configured to facilitate the release or unloading of loose materials from the compartment, and connected to and supported by the pallet, and a material loading assembly configured to facilitate the loading of loose materials into the compartment and connected to and partially supported by a top wall assembly of the compartment.

MOLDED CONTAINER ASSEMBLY

A molded container assembly includes a pallet, a molded container, and a plurality of connection systems. The pallet supports the molded container thereon and includes stacking alignment structure for stacking the pallet on another molded container assembly. The molded container includes a tank portion, several leg supports, several buttresses, and several horizontally extending ribs. The tank portion includes several curved sidewalls and a fill opening. The leg supports include lower and upper sections that extend above the fill opening for spacing a pallet stacked on top of the molded container above the fill opening. The upper sections include pallet engaging structure for engaging pallets of at least two different types. The horizontally extending ribs minimize outward deflection due to hydrostatic loading and/or pressurization. The connection systems include washers that allow for shrinkage and expansion between the molded container and the pallet in a number of directions.

MODULAR PALLET SYSTEM FOR TRANSPORTING BULKY AND FRAGILE GOODS IN A MULTI-STORY CONSTELLATION
20200407110 · 2020-12-31 · ·

Modular pallet system for transporting bulky and fragile goods in a multi-story constellation, the system consists of the modules basic-pallet, vertical-pillars, longitudinal-reinforce-elements and transversal-reinforce-elements. The basic-pallet provides the surface for placing the cargo and for lashing via integrated tie-down points. Further junction points at the edges of the basic-pallet are for the connection with the vertical-pillars and through these with the reinforce elements, necessary to provide the assembly's stability, enabling stack ability with additional basic-pallets on top.

STACKABLE PALLET DISPLAY

A stackable pallet display system includes a tray portion having a rectangular bottom wall, corner posts extending upward from corners of the tray portion and an interior divider panel extending upward from the tray portion. The tray, corner posts and interior divider wall of the system can be folded from blanks of material.

Modular shipping base

A re-usable, returnable, stackable, modular shipping base incorporates replaceable components to make the base relatively quick and cost effective to repair. The shipping base is formed from a number of stamped or cut sheet materials (e.g., sheet metal) that are then folded and attached to one another using a tab system. When a component is damaged, the damaged component may be removed from the base and replaced with another mass produced, stamped sheet material component. Components are attached to one another via adhesive, stitch welding, skip welding, spot welding, or any other applicable process. Some components (e.g., a center support) may also be assembled using a tab (from the center support) and slot (in a deck pan) system.

Device for adapting the spacing between two plate-shaped bearing elements for storing containers

A device for adapting the spacing between two board-type bearing elements for the vertical storage of barrels, comprising a number of supporting rods for insertion between the two bearing elements as well as structure for individually and infinitely variably adjusting the length of the supporting rods depending on the height of the barrels for locally varying the spacing between the two bearing elements. The structure for adjusting the length of each supporting rod comprise either two partial rods connected via a screw thread or a height-adjustment element, which is connected to one end of the supporting rod via a screw thread. Alternatively, the supporting rod can also be formed as a hydraulically or pneumatically length-adjustable telescopic rod.
