Packaging for cosmetic product sample having an applicator, and cosmetic product sample having an applicator
A sample cosmetic product (1) having an applicator including a shell (7), incorporating a first portion (13) with a first cavity (10) and a second portion (15) with a second cavity (13) connected together so as to enable the reception of an applicator. A cover (8) is positioned on the shell to cover the first cavity and the second cavity, the cover welded around the first cavity on the first portion of the shell forming a first weld (26), and around the second cavity of the second portion of the shell forming a second weld (27). The first weld is configured to be dewelded by peeling away the cover to enable the opening of the first cavity. The packaging has a reinforcing mechanism separating the first portion and the second portion, the reinforcing mechanism is configured to prevent the dewelding of the second weld.

In some embodiments, an apparatus includes a tray member defining a first volume and a second volume, and a cover member coupled to the tray member covering the first volume and the second volume. The tray member includes a central portion that separates the first volume from the second volume. The first volume is configured to receive a desiccant package and a sample container containing a first reagent. The first reagent has a solid form. The second volume is configured to receive a reagent module containing a second reagent. The second reagent has a liquid form. The cover member and the central portion of the tray member are configured to isolate the first volume from the second volume.
Packaged food product and method of producing the packaged food product
A packaged food product includes a container and a food product. The container has a rim and at least one wall extending away from the rim. The at least one wall defines a storage area, and the food product is retained within the storage area such that the food product is in contact with the at least one wall. The at least one wall is readily deformable by a hand of a user to reduce a volume of the storage area. Reducing the volume of the storage area causes the food product to exit the storage area. The container includes an integral tool portion for breaking up the food product after removal from the storage area. The food product can be a wet cat or dog food.
