The membrane being fixed to the face fabric and wherein the textile comprises primary yarns and secondary yarns in which the secondary yarns have a higher stiffness relative to the primary yarns.

A rain cover system includes a jacket composed of a rain resistant material to be worn by a user, the jacket having a compartment accessible from a back portion of the jacket via a closure mechanism; and a pack cover disposed within the compartment to extend away from the back portion of the jacket; the pack cover is configured to enclose a backpack to protect against rain; the pack cover is integral with the jacket, thereby providing zero access points for water to reach the backpack; and the pack cover is stored flat against the user's back within the compartment when not in use.

A trench coat has a coat body and a cover. The coat body has a collar, at least two left fixing units, and at least two right fixing units. The left fixing units are located on the left of the collar, and the right fixing units are located on the right of the collar. The cover has a left neck covering piece, at least one left outer fixing unit, a right neck covering piece, and at least one right outer fixing unit. The left neck covering piece and the right neck covering piece are located in an inner side of the collar, and are capable of buckling each other. The left outer fixing unit is mounted on the left neck covering piece and is adapted to buckle or detach from the left fixing units. The right outer fixing unit is mounted on the right neck covering piece and is adapted to buckle or detach from the right fixing units.

A trench coat has a coat body and a cover. The coat body has a collar, at least two left fixing units, and at least two right fixing units. The left fixing units are located on the left of the collar, and the right fixing units are located on the right of the collar. The cover has a left neck covering piece, at least one left outer fixing unit, a right neck covering piece, and at least one right outer fixing unit. The left neck covering piece and the right neck covering piece are located in an inner side of the collar, and are capable of buckling each other. The left outer fixing unit is mounted on the left neck covering piece and is adapted to buckle or detach from the left fixing units. The right outer fixing unit is mounted on the right neck covering piece and is adapted to buckle or detach from the right fixing units.

Aspects herein are directed to a stowable garment system that allows for quick deployment and donning of an upper-body garment that is stowed within a pouch located on the front of a belt structure configured to encircle the waist of a wearer. The garment comprises at least a front section and a back section, where a portion of the front section is attached to the pouch. The garment further comprises a first tab extending from a bottom margin at a first side of the back section and a second tab extending from the bottom margin at a second opposite side of the back section. When stowed within the pouch, the tabs extend through one or more openings in the pouch. The wearer may exert tension on the tabs to actuate a quick-release mechanism and enable the garment to be deployed and donned.

Aspects herein are directed to a stowable garment system that allows for quick deployment and donning of an upper-body garment that is stowed within a pouch located on the front of a belt structure configured to encircle the waist of a wearer. The garment comprises at least a front section and a back section, where a portion of the front section is attached to the pouch. The garment further comprises a first tab extending from a bottom margin at a first side of the back section and a second tab extending from the bottom margin at a second opposite side of the back section. When stowed within the pouch, the tabs extend through one or more openings in the pouch. The wearer may exert tension on the tabs to actuate a quick-release mechanism and enable the garment to be deployed and donned.

A garment is provided including a back panel joined with a bag panel, and a closure strap. The back panel and bag panel can be used in a wearing mode while the garment is worn, then turned inside out into a stowed mode, when the garment is to be stowed, to form a stowage bag within which the garment can be stuffed, with the closure strap movable to a closing configuration to at least partially close an opening of the stowage bag and secure the garment inside the stowage bag. Related methods of use are also provided.

A garment is provided including a back panel joined with a bag panel, and a closure strap. The back panel and bag panel can be used in a wearing mode while the garment is worn, then turned inside out into a stowed mode, when the garment is to be stowed, to form a stowage bag within which the garment can be stuffed, with the closure strap movable to a closing configuration to at least partially close an opening of the stowage bag and secure the garment inside the stowage bag. The present disclosure describes an apparel system for an upper torso of a wearer. The apparel system may comprise a first layer of a breathable fabric and a water resistant second layer. The second layer may be stowed in a pocket located on the front of the first layer. The second layer may be transitioned from within the pocket to cover at least a portion of the first layer to protect the wearer from external conditions. In some embodiments, the second layer may be affixed to the first layer at an area within the pocket.
