The second layer may be stowed in a pocket located on the front of the first layer. The second layer may be transitioned from within the pocket to cover at least a portion of the first layer to protect the wearer from external conditions. In some embodiments, the second layer may be affixed to the first layer at an area within the pocket.
HOOD, GLASSES HOLDER FOR HOOD, AND OUTERWEAR
The hoods of conventional hooded outerwear lack sufficient functions pertaining to getting the hood slip off and getting the eye area wet by wind and rain from the front when riding a bicycle in rain. In addition, devoices or rainproof tools that supplement these functions not only ruin the appearance thereof when worn, but also are inconvenient in terms of portability. According to the present invention, a holder is provided on the inside of an upper portion of a hood of hooded outerwear or the like, to fix glasses and the upper portion of the hood in a detachable manner, the glasses being worn on an eye area. Accordingly, the hood can be fixed by means of the glasses, in a state in which the hood is put on the head, and the lenses of the glasses can prevent the rain from hitting the eye area, whereby the problems regarding the appearance of the hood when worn and portability can be resolved.

RAIN JACKET HAVING WEATHER-PROTECTIVE COLLAR
Golf jackets having improved collar constructions are provided. The height of the center section of the collar is longer than the height of the first and second end sections of the collar. When closed, the collar can provide an effective weather-proof seal around the neck region. In one embodiment, the jacket has a minimal amount of panels and stitched seams. The jacket has a lightweight construction, good temperature-regulating properties, high stretch/elasticity, and an outer surface that is highly waterproof. The jacket provides the golfer with a complete range of motion so that he/she is comfortable and can play the game easily. In another embodiment, the collar features an inner collar that is readily adjustable to be adjacent the golfer's neck while making a golf shot during inclement weather, such that rain is less likely to get between the golfer's neck and the inner collar and dripping down their back during a golf shot and thus disrupting their golf shot.

Stowable Garment System with Quick Release Mechanism
Aspects herein are directed to a stowable garment system that allows for quick deployment and donning of an upper-body garment that is stowed within a pouch located on the front of a belt structure configured to encircle the waist of a wearer. The garment comprises at least a front section and a back section, where a portion of the front section is attached to the pouch. The garment further comprises a first tab extending from a bottom margin at a first side of the back section and a second tab extending from the bottom margin at a second opposite side of the back section.
