SEAT SLIDER DEVICE

A seat slider device may include: a lower rail attachable to a body of a vehicle and including grooves arranged in a for direction of the lower rail; an upper rail attachable to a seat and slidably engaging with the lower rail; and a lock lever including a plurality of protrusions configured to engage with the grooves, supported by the upper rail to be swingable in a direction bringing the protrusions close to the grooves and in a direction bringing the protrusions away from the grooves, and biased in the direction bringing the protrusions close to the grooves. A portion of the lock lever between a pivot of the lock lever and the protrusions may have elasticity such that the portion flexes in the direction bringing the protrusions close to the grooves and in the direction bringing the protrusions away from the grooves.

Seat sliding device for vehicle

A shaft housing hole has a shaft insertion hole into which the rotating shaft section of an engagement member is inserted. Also, the shaft housing hole has slits extending from the lower end of the shaft insertion hole along the side surface of the shaft insertion hole toward an upper connection wall section. The upper side wall section of an upper rail has shaft restriction sections formed by the shaft housing hole. The shaft restriction sections have front ends with which the side surfaces of the rotating shaft section are in contact.

Vehicle seat attached to floor of vehicle via supporting plate and coupling device

Provided is a vehicle seat which is attached to a floor of a vehicle via a rail device and a coupling device with a high level of stiffness so as to minimize deformation of the rail device and the coupling device without substantially increasing the weight and the manufacturing cost of the seat. The vehicle seat is provided with an upper engagement portion secured to a member on a side of an upper rail of the rail device, and a lower engagement portion secured to a member on a side of a lower rail of the rail device and including a part opposing a corresponding part of the upper engagement portion from above defining a prescribed gap therebetween. The coupling device is provided laterally spaced from the rail device, and the upper engagement portion and the lower engagement portion are provided substantially directly above the coupling device.

Seat slide mechanism

Forward tilting of a seat back and pushing of the seat forward allow fixation between an upper slide and an upper slide rail to be released, thereby allowing the upper slide to reach a tip end position of the upper slide rail. With this structure, a lower lock mechanism releases fixation of a lower slide to a lower slide rail and a vertical slide lock mechanism fixes the upper slide and the lower slide. Further, pushing the seat back toward a seat front side allows the lower slide integrally provided with the upper slide to move to a tip end position of the lower slide rail.

SEAT SLIDING DEVICE

Provided is a seat sliding device. The seat sliding device comprises a fixed-side rail, a movable-side rail, a lock portion, an elastically deforming portion, and a releasing member. The lock portion is displaceable between a restraint position and a release position. The elastically deforming portion comprises: a linear portion that is an elastically deformable portion extending in a direction approximately parallel to a longitudinal direction of the movable-side rail; and an engaging portion protruding from an extending-direction leading end portion of the linear portion in a direction approximately perpendicular to an extending direction of the linear portion. The releasing member comprises: a first engaged surface that is contactable with the engaging portion from one end side in the extending direction; and a second engaged surface that is contactable with the engaging portion from the other end side in the extending-direction.

Provided is a sliding device which can avoid unintended locking release without depending on an excessive engagement force of an engagement member. The sliding device includes a lock mechanism that locks an upper rail to a lower rail. The lock mechanism includes: an engagement member that shifts in the upper rail between a locking position and a release position; a first urging member that gives an urging force to the engagement member in a direction from the release position to the locking position; and an operation member for shifting the engagement member from the locking position to the release position. The operation member comprises a shift restrictor that keeps the engagement member from shifting to the release position when the engagement member is in the locking position.

VEHICLE SEAT, IN PARTICULAR MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT
20190366880 · 2019-12-05 ·

A vehicle seat includes a seat part, a pivotable backrest, a lockable fitting connecting the backrest to the seat part for pivoting, a rail pair for seat longitudinal adjustment and a seat rail locking device. An additional rest lock includes a stop part rotationally fixed to the backrest, a retaining catch, a control lever and a control contour connected to a rail. The control contour acts on the control lever and the control lever acts on the retaining catch so these assume a different angular position in a seat access position than in a use position, such that the stop part pivots beyond the retaining catch in the use position, and the retaining catch prevents a pivoting beyond of the stop part in the access position. In the access position, the retaining catch is pivoted directly by a control catch to prevent a pivoting beyond of the stop part.

Device for longitudinal movement and adjustment of automotive vehicles seats

A device that enables the correct ergonomic adjustment, by means of preset longitudinal positions, of the advancement and retreat of the motor vehicles seats, to guarantee comfort and safety of the driver as well as of the passengers. The device is made up by two rails (special and differentiated profiles), the upper rail (1) having a flat base (10) with flaps at tangent arcs (11 to 15) and the lower base (2) having tangential curved flaps (21 to 27), being fit and inserted in the inner spaces of the flaps by bearing balls (3). It further includes stops (16 and 28) of longitudinal movement and a position lock (4) activated by a bi-articulated mechanism (5) through a tubular lever (6), with vertical activation.
