Vehicle seat slide apparatus
A vehicle seat slide apparatus includes: a lower rail; an upper rail movably mounted on the lower rail and configured to support a seat; an annular-shaped lock spring attached to the upper rail; and an unlocking member attached to the upper rail, wherein: the lock spring has a lock portion configured to engage the lower rail to restrict upper rail movement; the unlocking member is configured to release movement restriction of the upper rail by displacing the lock spring to release an engagement state between the lock spring and the lower rail, is disposed inside the lock spring in both longitudinal and width directions of the upper rail, and includes a rotating portion and a pressing portion; the rotating portion is made of one flat plate material, and is configured to rotate; and the pressing portion is configured to be connected to the rotating portion and press the lock spring.
VEHICLE SEAT SLIDE APPARATUS
The vehicle seat slide apparatus includes a lower rail, an upper rail, a locking spring for restricting movement of the upper rail by engaging with the lower rail, and an unlocking member that releases an engagement state between the locking spring and the lower rail to release movement restriction of the upper rail. The unlocking member is located inside the locking spring in both a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the upper rail, the unlocking member is rotatably attached to a mounting member, and a wire support wall that supports a wire for operating the unlocking member is connected to the mounting member.
VEHICLE SEAT SLIDE APPARATUS
The vehicle seat slide apparatus includes a lower rail, an upper rail, a locking spring having a locking portion that restricts movement of the upper rail by engaging with the lower rail, and an unlocking mechanism that releases movement restriction of the upper rail. One end side of the locking spring is movably attached to the upper rail, the other end side of the locking spring is fixed to the upper rail, and the locking portion is provided between the one end side and the other end side. The upper rail includes a during locking restricting portion that restricts movement of the one end side of the locking spring by contacting the one end side of the locking spring when the locking spring and the lower rail are in an engaged state.
Sliding device
A sliding device includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a lock plate, and a spring member. A seat body is fixed to the movable rail, and the movable rail is slidable relative to the fixed rail. The lock plate is held by the movable rail, and is displaceable between a locking position where the lock plate engages with the fixed rail and restricts slide of the movable rail and a non-locking position where the restriction is released. The spring member exerts an elastic force to maintain the lock plate in the locking position.
Actuation mechanism for a longitudinal adjuster, longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat, and vehicle seat
An actuation mechanism for a longitudinal adjuster of a vehicle seat may have at least one actuation arm, a trigger lever, and a positioning element which is arranged on the trigger lever and which is pivotally mounted on a free lever end of the trigger lever.
SLIDING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT PROVIDED WITH AN IMPROVED LOCKING ARRANGEMENT
A sliding device for a vehicle seat is provided with an improved locking arrangement. The locking arrangement includes a pair of locking assemblies, each including one or more locking pins suitable for locking upper rails of the seat tracks to respective lower rails. The locking arrangement also includes a releasing assembly suitable for driving the locking pins to an unlocking configuration and comprising a releasing member and a pair of connecting members, which are in a force transmission connection with the releasing member and with the locking pins of a respective locking assembly. The connecting members are entirely received within the respective tracks, and the releasing assembly is configured to convert a rotational movement of the releasing member into a linear movement of the locking pins of the locking assemblies.
Seat-Track Assembly
A vehicle seat-track assembly is provided and may include a first track member having a series of locking features and a second track member slidably supported by the first track member. The seat-track assembly may also include a locking mechanism having locking pawls movable between a locked state engaged with the locking features to restrict relative movement between the first and second track members and an unlocked state disengaged from the locking features to permit relative movement between the first and second track members. The locking pawls may each include locking elements that are received within respective ones of the series of locking features in the locked state such that the locking elements restrict relative movement between the first track member and the second track member in two directions when the locking pawls are in the locked state.
Seat slide device for vehicle
In the present invention, in a bottom portion 4a of a lower rail 4, a foreign matter interference portion 27 protruding upward and having a substantially arc-circular shape in a side view is formed by being cut and raised in a middle part in a rail width direction more on a front side than a bolt hole 26 for a mounting bolt for fixing the rear end portion of the lower rail 4 to a vehicle body. Rear-side stoppers 29 and long hole portions 31 shared with the rear-side stoppers 29 are formed on both sides of the foreign matter interference portion 27. The foreign matter interference portion 27 is separated into a front-side tongue piece 27a and a rear-side tongue piece 27b by a slit 32.
Seat sliding device
A front upper support surface and a rear upper support surface facing an upper surface of a rear end of an operation handle are provided in a lock release lever with a gap between the front upper support surface and the rear upper support surface in the vehicle front-rear direction, and front lower support surfaces are provided below the front upper support surface. An upper rail is provided with a rear lower support surface, which is positioned below a rear upper support surface. A clearance is provided between the front lower support surface and a lower surface of a rear end of the operation handle, and a clearance is provided between the rear lower support surface and the lower surface of the rear end of the operation handle.
Spring assembly for an unlocking mechanism for a longitudinal adjustment system for a vehicle seat and method for installing a spring assembly
A spring assembly (1) is provided for an unlocking mechanism for a longitudinal adjustment system for a vehicle seat. The spring assembly (1) includes a clip wire (2), a spring guide (3) and a leg spring (4). In an installed state, the spring guide (3) can be disposed or is disposed in an axially movable but not rotatable manner on a straight first clip section (2.1) of the clip wire (2). The spring guide (3) can be brought or is brought into an operating state, in which it is rotatable with respect to the first clip section (2.1), via an axial movement on the first clip section (2.1). A method is further provided for installing a spring assembly (1) in an unlocking mechanism for a longitudinal adjustment system for a vehicle seat.
