DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A WIPER OF A VEHICLE
A device, and a corresponding method, for controlling a wiper of a vehicle may include: a storage that stores a reference table, wherein each wiper operation mode corresponding to each rainfall and each sensitivity level is recorded in the reference table; a rain sensor that measures the rainfall; a wiper switch that receives a wiper operation mode and a sensitivity level input from a driver; and a controller that detects a wiper manipulation pattern of the driver based on the measured rainfall and that changes the reference table to a driver-customized-table based on the wiper manipulation pattern of the driver.
WIPER CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE
Disclosed a wiper control method and device, the method including: setting a plurality of wiper control policies, the plurality of wiper control policies at least including a control according to a detection result of a rainfall detection unit and a control according to a wiper control parameter sent by a mobile terminal; and selecting one wiper control policy to control a swing state of the wiper according to a preset condition.
Windscreen wiper smart control method and apparatus
Provided are a wiper intelligence control method and device. The a wiper intelligence control method includes following steps: an operation state of a wiper is switched to an automatic wiper operation state or a manual wiper operation state according to a received wiper operation state switch signal; when the wiper operates in the automatic wiper operation state, if a wiper movement speed adjustment signal output from a manual operation module is received, a current wiper movement speed is adjusted; when the wiper is switched from the automatic wiper operation state to the manual wiper operation state, the current wiper movement speed of the wiper is locked as the wiper movement speed in the manual wiper operation state; when the wiper operates in the manual wiper operation state, if the wiper movement speed adjustment signal output from the manual operation module is received, the current wiper movement speed is adjusted.
Learning auxiliary feature preferences and controlling the auxiliary devices based thereon
A system for audio control in a vehicle includes a speaker designed to output vehicle audio data in a cabin of the vehicle at a volume. The system further includes a microphone designed to detect microphone data in the cabin of the vehicle. The system further includes a memory designed to store an audio profile corresponding to desirable operation of the volume of the speaker. The system also includes an electronic control unit (ECU) coupled to the speaker, the microphone, and the memory and designed to control the volume of the speaker based on the detected microphone data and the audio profile.
Device and method for controlling wiper of vehicle
A device and a method for controlling a wiper of a vehicle. The device may include a wiper actuator for driving the wiper of the vehicle, a sensor for measuring a driving speed of the wiper, and a controller that controls the wiper of the vehicle based on a relationship between a driving voltage applied to the wiper actuator and the driving speed measured by the sensor.
System and method for detecting precipitation using radar
A system and method for sensing precipitation conditions near a vehicle. The precipitation radar system is mounted on the vehicle and includes a transmitter, a receiver, and an electronic control unit. The method transmits radar signals from the transmitter; receives reflected radar signals at the receiver; determines response information from the reflected radar signals for a region of interest; and uses the response information to determine precipitation conditions for the region of interest. The region of interest is defined, at least in part, by a range and the response information includes phase data, amplitude data, or both phase and amplitude data based on the reflected radar signals. The method and system may then use the precipitation conditions to control other responsive vehicle actions, such as activating a windshield heater, a windshield defroster, a windshield wiper or a combination thereof.
WINDSHIELD WIPER OPERATIONS FOR AIRCRAFT
Disclosed is an aircraft having motors operable to actuate an aircraft windshield wiper and an aircraft control surface. The aircraft includes a distributed control system having digital storage and integrated with redundant processors. The aircraft includes controller instructions stored on the digital storage operable upon execution to operate a control surface motor of the motors to actuate the control surface to impact an orientation of the aircraft and operate a windshield wiper motor of the motors to actuate the windshield wipers.
Droplet sensor with a protective film
A droplet sensor includes an optical cover having a curved surface that forms a part of a spheroid, a protective film that covers the curved surface of the optical cover, a light source provided at a first focal point of an ellipse facing the curved surface, and a photodetector provided at a second focal point of the ellipse. The refractive index of the protective film is greater than the refractive index of a liquid to be detected. A sensing region is determined by a range of an incident angle at which a light beam emitted from the light source and incident onto the curved surface is totally reflected at the interface between the protective film and a gas, and is not totally reflected at the interface between the protective film and the liquid to be detected.
