A WINDSCREEN WIPER DEVICE
20210354664 · 2021-11-18 ·

A windscreen wiper device comprising an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, a connecting device, a mounting head, and a longitudinal strip-shaped arm. The wiper blade is adapted to be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped. The wiper blade includes at least one groove in which an elastic, elongated carrier element is disposed. The connecting device is connected to the wiper blade. The mounting head transfers a reciprocal movement to the wiper blade. The longitudinal strip-shaped arm has a first end detachably connected to the mounting head through a snapping operation and a second end detachably connected to the connecting device through a snapping operation. The arm is made of a resilient material and is biased to exert a pressure onto the wiper blade towards the windscreen to be wiped.

REAR BEAM ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY
20230311815 · 2023-10-05 ·

A stepped-designed beam arm wiper assembly has a beam arm that locks into a mounting head such that the beam arm can be disconnected from the mounting head for servicing a wiper blade attached to the beam arm. A head cover is attached to the mounting head via hinges on either side of the head cover which allow the head cover to open off the head on either pin hinges of the head, and can be pressed onto the head and retained on. The other end of the beam arm is inserted into an adapter which snaps onto a rear wiper blade coupler via lead-in hole and trunnion connection. The beam arm has an airfoil with a stepped design to match the head cover, adapter, and blade assembly stepped design.

Windshield wiper

The present disclosure relates to a windshield wiper, having a latch seat (10), an elastic arm (20), a scraper (40) and a blocking member (50). The elastic arm (20) is connected to the latch seat (10) and includes an opening slot (21) formed at one end thereof. The elastic arm (20) includes a top surface (22) and a bottom surface (23). The scraper (40) is attached to the bottom surface (23) of the elastic arm (20). The blocking member (50) includes a substrate (51) attached to the top surface (22) and having a side blocking member (52) penetrating through the opening slot (21) and blocking the scraper (21) along a longitudinal direction of the elastic arm (20). Accordingly, the windshield wiper is facilitated for assembly, and the scraper may be secured effectively.

VEHICLE WIPER DEVICE

A vehicle wiper device includes a wiper arm, a wiper blade, a nozzle body, a hose, and a cleaning fluid supply section. A leading end side portion of the wiper arm is configured by an arm piece, and the wiper arm swings back and forth. The nozzle body is attached to the arm piece, is disposed on an outward movement side of the wiper blade, and jets cleaning fluid toward a windshield. The hose conveys cleaning fluid under pressure. The cleaning fluid supply section is at an opposite side of a rubber holder from the windshield, extends from the nozzle body so as to extend across the rubber holder from the outward movement side toward a return movement side of the wiper blade, is connected to the hose, and supplies cleaning fluid to the nozzle body.

Wiper blade mounting assemblies are disclosed. In embodiments, the wiper blade mounting assemblies include an arm subassembly configured for attachment to a wiper blade mounting arm, and a wiper blade sub-assembly configured to attach to a wiper blade. The arm and wiper blade sub-assemblies may be configured to couple across a swivel coupling that is configured to permit a pre-determined degree of swivelling of the wiper blade sub-assembly relative to the arm sub-assembly. Methods of mounting wiper blade mounting assemblies and chatter free wipers including such wiper blade mounting assemblies are also disclosed.

Yoke for a drive arm of a windscreen wiper

Yoke (14a) for drive arm (14) of a wiper (12) of a windscreen wiper system (10) of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, said yoke including: a connecting part (30) of elongate general shape and including an interior longitudinal end (30a) intended to be connected to a drive means of the arm and an exterior longitudinal end (30b), a terminal part (28) of the arm forming a yoke for fixing it to said wiper, said terminal part having an elongate general shape and including an exterior longitudinal end (28b) and an interior longitudinal end (28a) that is intended to be situated on the side of said drive means,
characterized in that the exterior longitudinal end (30b) of said connecting part (30) is connected to said terminal part (28) in a zone (C) that is longitudinally spaced from said interior longitudinal end (28a) of the terminal part (28).

Wiper system for vehicle

A wiper system for a vehicle includes: a glass wiper disposed on a window glass of a vehicle; a motor providing driving power to the glass wiper; a camera capturing images of surroundings of the vehicle; and a camera wiper disposed on a camera lens of the camera and connected to the motor by a linkage to operate in association with the glass wiper such that the camera wiper swings back and forth over the camera lens while the glass wiper swings back and forth over the window glass.

Bearing device

Provided is a bearing device capable of suppressing corrosion for a long time. The bearing device is for use in a wiper arm to pivotably attach a retainer to an arm head. The bearing device includes an outer bushing press-fitted into a hinge portion of the arm head, an inner bushing rotatably inserted into a bore in the outer bushing, and a rivet inserted into a bore in the inner bushing to secure the retainer and the inner bushing together integrally. Thus, a hinge portion of the retainer, the inner bushing, and the rivet are pivotable relative to the hinge portion of the arm head and the outer bushing. The outer bushing has an inside bushing part and an outside bushing part provided around the outer periphery of the inside bushing part and joined to the inside bushing part. The joint surface of the inside bushing part and the joint surface of the outside bushing part are joined to each other by interatomic bonding. The outside bushing part is formed of the same material as that of the arm head.

Wiper apparatus

A wiper apparatus which removes foreign matters from a windshield by rotating by a pivot of a vehicle may include an arm piece connected to one end of an arm retainer to connect a wiper blade, and a coupling portion having a step portion formed to extend along a longitudinal direction so that an upper surface of the arm piece and an upper surface of the arm retainer form a same surface when coupled to correspond to a coupling hole formed in the arm retainer.
