REAR BEAM ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY
A stepped-designed beam arm wiper assembly has a beam arm that locks into a mounting head such that the beam arm can be disconnected from the mounting head for servicing a wiper blade attached to the beam arm. A head cover is attached to the mounting head via hinges on either side of the head cover which allow the head cover to open off the head on either pin hinges of the head, and can be pressed onto the head and retained on. The other end of the beam arm is inserted into an adapter which snaps onto a rear wiper blade coupler via lead-in hole and trunnion connection. The beam arm has an airfoil with a stepped design to match the head cover, adapter, and blade assembly stepped design.
WIPER DEVICE
An inclination mechanism TM1 is provided at a wiper blade 30. The inclination mechanism TM1 inclines the wiper blade 30 with respect to a surface 11 a, so that a center Ct1 of a U-shaped hook part 23b is disposed forward in a wiping direction with respect to a center Ct2 of a blade rubber 50. Accordingly, at the time of each of forward wiping and return wiping of the wiper blade 30, it is possible to correctly incline the blade rubber 50 with respect to the surface 11 a.
Wiper arm
A wiper arm includes a spring for applying a biasing force to the rotation of an arm main body with respect to an arm head and enables the thickness of the wiper arm to be thinner while ensuring the suitable biasing force. The wiper arm also includes a coil spring and a spring plate. The arm main body includes a hinge block rotatably connected to the arm head through a hinge pin and a shaft section extending from the hinge block. The spring plate includes a front end wall including an insertion hole into which the shaft section is inserted and leg sections rotatably attached to the arm head through a roller pin. The coil spring is disposed to be coaxial with the shaft section and is held to be sandwiched between the front end surface of the hinge block and the front end wall of the spring plate.
WIPER SYSTEM INCLUDING WIPER BLADES WITH DIFFERENT LENGTHS
A wiper system including wiper blades with different lengths may include: an arm to be rotated, and a blade to be rotated with the arm. In particular, the arm includes a retainer to press the blade, and the blade includes: a primary coupled to a front end of the retainer; and a plurality of yokes coupled to the primary and to receive a transferred pressing force and to transfer the pressing force to a bertebra coupled to a lower side thereof.
Windshield wiper device
The invention relates to a windshield wiper device (100) for a vehicle, comprising a wiper blade (2) having an elongated upper part (10) and an elongated lower part (12), which are configured to be flexible, at least in part. Furthermore, the device comprises a plurality of connecting elements (18) for connecting the upper part (10) and the lower part (12), which are spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal extension (8) of the wiper blade (2), and which are configured to allow a movement of the upper part (10) and the lower part relative to one another with a motion component along a longitudinal extension (8) of the wiper blade (2). The windshield wiper device (100) further comprises a fastening device. The fastening device comprises a fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side, and a fastening element (50). The fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side, and the fastening element (50) are configured such that by means of a rotation of the fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side relative to the fastening element (50), an engagement can be formed in order to connect the fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side to the fastening element (50), wherein the connection can be released by means of a release mechanism.
Wiper arm and windscreen wiper system for a motor vehicle
A wiper arm and a windscreen wiper system, wherein the wiper arm comprises a joint part and a lever part and a spring, wherein the parts form a common joint. The spring is embodied here as a torsion spring.
Wiper blade lift system
A wiper system for clearing an outer surface of a window is disclosed and includes an arm, a frame, a blade, and an actuator operatively connected to the arm. The arm includes a parked position and defines a proximate end portion and a distal end portion. The arm is pivotable about the proximate end portion of the arm out of the parked position. The frame is pivotally connected to the distal end portion of the arm. The frame defines a lengthwise distance. The blade extends along at least a lengthwise portion of the frame. The blade defines an edge that is configured to contact the outer surface of the window when the arm is in the parked position. The actuator is configured to exert a force against the arm that is sufficient to urge the arm out of the parked position and away from the outer surface of the window.
Windshield wiper device
The invention relates to a windshield wiper device (100) for a vehicle having a fastening element (52), in particular a motor vehicle. The windshield wiper device (100) comprises a mounting element (40), which is designed to be mounted on the fastening element (52), and a wiper blade (2) having an elongated upper part (10) and an elongated lower part (12), which parts are at least partially flexible. Furthermore, a plurality of connection elements (18) for connecting the upper part (10) and the lower part (12) are provided, wherein the connection elements (18) are spaced apart from one another along a longitudinal extension (8) of the wiper blade (2). The connection elements (18) are configured to allow a movement of the upper part (10) and the lower part (12) relative to one another with a motion component along a longitudinal extension (8) of the wiper blade (2). The wiper blade (2) further comprises a fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side. The fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side is configured such that by means of a movement of the fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side relative to the mounting element (50), a first engagement can be formed in order to connect the fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side to the mounting element (50). The windshield wiper device (100) further comprises a closure mechanism (52, 22), which is configured to fix a position of the fastening part (20) on the wiper-blade side relative to the mounting element (50) after the first engagement has been formed.
