Device for the treatment of arthritis and arthrosis of the extremities generally shaped as a case, in the form of a glove or a sock, which comprises: an inner layer made of a porous material (14); a second layer in the form of a paraffin-filled bladder (1) that covers the entire inner space; surrounding said inner paraffin layer (1), the following are placed: a teflon splint (2) equipped with means designed to straighten the fingers or toes (wires made of nitinol or a similar material); a very thin layer made of latex or an insulating material (4); and, finally, an outer cover (6); it may further be equipped with wires or coils (5) around each finger or parallel to the palm or the back of the hand. Moreover, it is equipped with a control unit (12) for turning on and for controlling the temperatures and currents to be applied.
ENERGY-SAVING HEATING WEARABLE APPARATUS
An energy-saving heating wearable apparatus mainly includes a control unit, a heating unit, a temperature sensing unit, and a humidity sensing unit. The control unit controls the heating unit to continuously heat when an ambient temperature or a biological body temperature detected by the temperature sensing unit is less than a temperature setting value. The control unit controls the heating unit to stop heating when the ambient temperature or the biological body temperature is not less than the temperature setting value. The control unit controls the heating unit to stop heating when an ambient humidity or a biological body humidity detected by the humidity sensing unit is less than a humidity setting value. The control unit controls the heating unit to continuously heat when the ambient humidity or the biological body humidity is not less than the humidity setting value.
Safety Garment Ensemble
A safety garment ensemble for emergency personnel includes a vest that is configured to position on a torso of a user so that the vest is coupled to the user. The vest comprises ballistic textiles and fire resistant textiles so that the vest is both bullet-resistant and fire-retardant. A first power module, a microprocessor, a plurality of microphones, a plurality of cameras, and a data storage module are coupled to the vest. The microprocessor is operationally coupled to the first power module. The microphones, the cameras, and the data storage module are operationally coupled to the microprocessor. The microphones and the camera are configured to capture audio recordings and video recordings, respectively, of events in an area proximate to the vest. The data storage module is positioned to receive and store the audio and visual recordings.
PROTECTIVE GLOVE
Protective gloves are provided. At least one of the protective gloves can include a flame resistant glove body including a palm sleeve, a thumb sleeve, a trigger finger sleeve, and a plurality of finger sleeves extending distally from the palm sleeve. The trigger finger sleeve has a protective pad extending along a proximal back side of the trigger finger sleeve. The trigger finger sleeve also has an unprotected distal portion extending from a distal end of the protective pad to a distal end of the trigger finger sleeve. The finger sleeve further includes a protective member covering a first portion of a side of the trigger finger sleeve and including an indentation adjacent a second portion of the side of the trigger finger sleeve. Respective conductive tabs can be positioned on one or more sleeves to operate a touch screen while wearing a protective glove.
Glove system having lighting and fastening means allowing a user to easily don and doff each glove and illuminate work areas
A pair of protective gloves each glove having a glove body with finger portions that can be preselectively webbed together or each finger can be kept separated. The gloves are capable of withstanding heat, cold, puncture, shock and other similar hazards. One of the gloves includes an engagement member such as a magnetic member on the inner wrist portion of the glove that cooperates with an anchoring member on the inner wrist portion of the opposite glove that can be made of a ferromagnetic material to attract both gloves to each other. Once attracted a user can use a lip on the anchoring member to leverage his hands out of the gloves, thereby preventing the user from having to come in contact with the outside of the glove bodies when donning and doffing the gloves. Either or both glove assemblies can include a lighting assembly mounted thereon that provide illumination and visibility to a user desired work area.
Scraper glove
A scraper glove is provided and includes a glove body including one or more finger sleeves; and one or more scraper elements.
