Thus, a fluid passing through the sealable channel is dispensed onto a surface proximate the at least one blade.

According to the invention, a first valve (221) for the first direction is positioned closer to the nozzles (20) in the direction of flow (3) of the liquid than a second valve (222) for the second direction (2).
