Composite blade design
A windshield wiper system (WWS) blade assembly is provided. The WWS blade assembly includes a composite frame and a blade that has a length which is normally shorter than a corresponding length of the composite frame. The blade includes first and second ends attachable to corresponding first and second ends of the composite frame, respectively.
Streamlined flat windscreen wiper
Streamlined flat windscreen wiper (1), in particular of a vehicle, characterized in that it comprises: a longitudinal wiper blade (8), at least one longitudinal stiffening spine (6), a longitudinal member (7) for holding said wiper blade and said stiffening spine, a longitudinal fairing (2, 3) comprising two end caps (3) and a central mount (2) extending between the end caps and being linked thereto, the mount comprising means for fixing to said stiffening spine or to said member for holding this spine.
End joining piece for a windscreen wiper of a motor vehicle
An end joining piece (4) for a windscreen wiper for a glazed surface of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The end piece has at least a receipt receptacle (410) for receiving an end part of a longitudinal vertebra (20), and at least one flexible tongue (6a, 6b) which is configured to go from a first, position of rest, to a second, retracted position, by displacement in a first direction (F2a, F2b) during the insertion of the longitudinal vertebra in the receipt receptacle (410), the flexible tongue including an engagement ramp along which the vertebra is made to thrust, to provide the tongue with its second, retracted position. The engagement ramp (620a, 620b) has an inclination which is configured to exert on the longitudinal vertebra a force which tends to displace this vertebra in a second direction (F3a, F3b), which, together with the first direction of displacement, forms a non-zero angle.
BLADE ATTACHMENT TOOL AND BLADE SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A blade attachment tool includes a first support member supported by a pressing support portion supporting a blade formed of an elastic member configured to wipe/scrape liquid/solids spreading on an abutment surface by being pressed against the abutment surface and being long in one direction such that the blade is pressed against the abutment surface with a predetermined pressing force, a second support member supported to swing about a swing shaft extending in a longitudinal direction of the blade with respect to the first support member and configured such that a base end side of the blade is attached thereto, and an energizing member configured to apply a reaction force to a friction force that causes the second support member to swing about the swing shaft with respect to the first support member when the blade is pressed against the abutment surface to slide relatively to the abutment surface.
BENDING MEMBER FOR WIPER BLADE
The invention concerns a wiper blade for a vehicle, comprising at least one wiper strip intended to come to bear on a glazed surface and at least one bending member (1) housed in a support, the wiper strip being held by the support, the bending member (1) being configured to generate curvature in the wiper blade, the bending member (1) being arranged in the form of a longitudinally extending strip, the strip comprising, seen in cross-section, an intermediate portion (2) arranged between two lateral portions (3a, 3b) of the strip, characterized in that a first thickness (12) of the intermediate portion (2) is less than a second thickness (13) of at least one of the lateral portions (3a, 3b).
Frameless wiper blade
The wiper blade comprises flexible wiping elements, a wiping element holder, an element for attachment to the windshield wiper finger, and end caps. The wiping elements are installed into a single wiping element holder made from a resilient metal strip. The wiping element holder is configured with two longitudinal parallel slots. Rectangular notches are configured at the end of each slot for the flexible wiping element installation. The element for attachment to the windshield wiper arm is configured as a parallelepiped with conical outer side and a longitudinal bore. The projecting lips and fixation openings enable securing the wiping element holder with flexible wiping elements in the inner bore of the element for attachment to the wiper arm. Two openings and four recesses at the wiping element holder ends are provided for end cap fixing. Each end cap is shaped as a flat parallelepiped with rounded corners with an open front end and a closed rear end.
Sealed type windshield wiper structure
This disclosure provides a sealed type windshield wiper structure (1). The carrying seat (20) is combined on the hooking seat (10). The carrying seat (20) includes a carrying board (21) and a carrying frame (22).
