A container for consumer goods, such as smoking articles, has an outer housing with a hinged lid that houses an inner package of consumer goods. The inner package has an access opening through which consumer goods can be removed and that is covered by a reclosable flap, which is attached to a first lid panel that is relatively movable to a second lid panel throughout rotation of the lid between lid open and closed positions. The reclosable flap moves relative to the inner package about a hinge line. The first lid panel is substantially perpendicular to a lid front wall when the hinged lid is in a first open position in which a lid top wall is arranged substantially perpendicular to a box back wall.

A pack for smoking articles including: a container having front, rear, first side and second side panels and curved edges connecting the front, rear, first side and second side panels the container defining a chamber for storing smoking articles and an opening through which smoking articles are removable from the chamber; an inner frame projecting through the opening from within the chamber, the inner frame having a front portion and first and second side portions (230, 250) extending from first and second sides of the front portion to respective free ends (280, 290) of the inner frame, wherein the free ends (280, 290) of the inner frame are spaced apart from the first and second side panels (130, 170) of the container and abut the rear panel of the container; and a lid having front, rear, first side and second side panels and curved edges connecting the front, rear, first side and second side panels of the lid, the lid defining a cavity, where the rear panel of the lid is hinged to the rear panel of the container so that the lid is movable relative to the container between a closed position, at which the lid blocks the opening with the inner frame projecting into the cavity of the lid, and an open position, at which the lid does not block the opening.

A container for consumer goods, such as smoking articles, includes an outer housing with a hinged lid that houses an inner package of consumer goods. The inner package has an access opening through which consumer goods can be removed and that is covered by a reclosable flap, which is attached to a first lid panel that is relatively movable to a second lid panel throughout rotation of the lid between lid open and closed positions. A receptacle for storing one or more used aerosol-generating articles is provided, the receptacle including: a box portion including a closed bottom end and a top end defining a box opening, the bottom end being disposed opposite the top end; a cover portion movable with respect to the box portion between a closed position in which the cover portion covers the box opening and an open position in which the box opening is uncovered; and a clip depending from the top end of the box portion and overlying an outer surface of the box portion, the clip including a top end disposed at the top end of the box portion, the top end of the clip being non-parallel with the bottom end of the box portion. A lid for a pack for consumer goods, in particular a pack for smoking articles, comprising a container and a lid being pivotable about a hinge with a lid top wall, a lid front wall, a lid back wall and two opposite lid side walls, wherein the lid further comprises a reinforcement structure bonded to a contact surface of the lid top wall comprising a lid top wall counter panel, a first stabilizing flap and a second stabilizing flap, and wherein the reinforcement structure is further configured such that at least a part of an edge of the first stabilizing flap is aligned with at least part of a first edge of the lid top wall counter panel and at least a part of an edge of the second stabilizing flap is aligned with at least part of a second edge of the lid top wall counter panel.

A container for consumer goods, such as smoking articles, has an outer housing with a hinged lid that houses an inner package of consumer goods. The inner package has an access opening through which consumer goods can be removed and that is covered by a reclosable flap, which is attached to a first lid panel that is relatively movable to a second lid panel during rotation of the lid between lid open and closed positions. The reclosable flap is attached to the hinged lid such that a portion of the reclosable flap is substantially coplanar with a planar wall of the hinged lid. An indicium is provided at the portion of the reclosable flap that is coplanar with the planar wall. A method of forming the container is also provided.

A container for smoking articles has an outer housing including a hinged lid rotatable between open and closed positions. An inner package has an access opening through which smoking articles can be removed. The access opening can be covered by a reclosable flap when the hinged lid is in the closed position. With the lid in the closed position, the reclosable flap forms an overlap region with a surface of the inner package that extends around the periphery of the access opening. An outer surface of the reclosable flap is attached to a first lid panel of the hinged lid. When the hinged lid is moved from the closed position to the open position, a pivoting movement is provided about the first lid panel whereby the first lid panel pivots against the inner package along a pivot line, and wherein non-adhering region of the overlap region includes the pivot line.

A container for smoking articles has an outer housing including a hinged lid rotatable between open and closed positions. An inner package has an access opening through which smoking articles can be removed. The access opening can be covered by a reclosable flap when the hinged lid is in the closed position. With the lid in the closed position, the reclosable flap forms an overlap region with a surface of the inner package that extends around the periphery of the access opening. The overlap region includes a first adhering region to releasably affix the surface of the inner package and the reclosable flap, and a first non-adhering region. The first non-adhering region includes a portion of the periphery of the access opening.

A container for consumer goods, such as smoking articles, has an outer housing with a hinged lid that houses an inner package of consumer goods. The inner package has an access opening that is covered by a reclosable flap, which is attached to a first lid panel that is relatively movable to a second lid panel throughout rotation of the lid between lid open and closed positions. The hinged lid is connected to the reclosable flap. The reclosable flap moves relative to the access opening during movement of the hinged lid. The reclosable flap carries an indicium such that the indicium is not visible when the lid is in the closed position and such that the indicium becomes visible during movement of the hinged lid from the closed position towards the open position at an intermediate position in which the reclosable flap covers the entire periphery of the access opening.

A container for consumer goods, such as smoking articles, has an outer housing with a hinged lid that houses an inner package of consumer goods. The inner package has an access opening through which consumer goods can be removed and that is covered by a reclosable flap attached to a first lid panel that is relatively movable to a second lid panel throughout rotation of the lid between lid open and closed positions. The reclosable flap has a hinge line about which it can move and a ratio between a first distance measured when the hinged lid is in the open position along a straight line between a lower front edge of the lid and the hinge line and a second distance that is a length along the reclosable flap between the hinge line and the free end is between 70% and 100%.
