A container system for shipping product in bulk, having a corrugated container sleeve and a pallet for supporting the sleeve thereon, the pallet having a channel configured to receive therein a bottom edge of the sleeve, and the pallet with said sleeve defining an internal section of the container system in which the bulk product is contained.

The invention relates to a collapsible ring made of several side walls (15, 16) for a transportation container (11), which is positioned to stand on a palette base (12) of a transportation palette (13) and surrounds an interior (19) delimited by the side walls (15, 16), and at least one intermediate base (31) that can be arranged in the ring (14) in a usage position (32) and having at least one releasable connection (34) formed between the side wall (15, 16) and the intermediate base (31), said connection being formed by at least one holding element (36), wherein adjacent and/or opposing side walls (15, 16) are held by the releasable connection (34) at a distance to the intermediate base (31), and the intermediate base (31) is simultaneously positioned by the releasable connection (34) to the usage position (32) in relation to the adjacent side wall.

A box pallet (1) comprising at least one base (4) and an articulated belt (5), the box pallet (1) being convertible between a loading configuration in which the belt (5) is unfolded and erected on the base (4) so as to form a storage volume and an empty transport configuration in which the belt (5) is folded and laid flat on the base (4); characterised in that it comprises at least one articulated bottom panel (10) that bears on the base (4) and is capable of forming a wedge for a bulky object, such as a motor vehicle seat, that needs to be loaded into the storage volume.

A collapsible bulk material container and sleeve configuration thereof are disclosed. The container includes a forming member assembly that provides container rigidity and stability and forms an internal geometric volumetric cavity for containing a bulk material load. A continuously woven sleeve having contiguous woven zones of selectable varied fabric weight and strength engage the forming member and provide the primary containment strength of the container. The sleeve engages the forming member either externally or internally. The sleeve includes a fabric weight zone of greatest strength adjacent the lower portion of the container.

A collapsible bulk material container and sleeve configuration thereof are disclosed. A packaging that can be unfolded and forms a circumferentially closed ring has vertically positioned sidewalls that are connected to each other by commonly embodied corners of a spatial shape. In at least two or more corner regions, support strips extending across a corner and provided with upwardly and downwardly projecting clamping flaps are pushed onto the top edges of the bottom sidewalls, the upwardly projecting clamping flaps form between them an insertion channel extending along the extension of the support strip into which the top sidewalls can be inserted, wherein the length dimensions and the spatial shape of the sidewalls below and above the strip plane correspond with each other. The sidewalls positioned on top of each other and connected by the support strips to each other form a common packaging with commonly formed flat outer surfaces, respectively.

A container may comprise a body having a top end, an opposite bottom end, a pair of opposing first and second duplex panel structures and a pair of opposing first and second sidewalls, with each of the first and second sidewalls including a pair of first and second lateral end flaps. Each of the first and second duplex panel structures may comprise an inner end wall and an outer end wall. The inner and outer end walls of the first and second duplex panel structures may be bonded together along a medial longitudinal spine. The lateral end flaps of the first and second sidewalls may be respectively sandwiched between the inner and outer end walls of the first and second duplex panel structures to lock the inner and outer end walls in position adjacent the first and second sidewalls.

A packaging body includes a base on which a packaging target is placed, a box including first flaps and second flaps, and a binding body configured to bind the base and the box and disposed between the first flaps and the second flaps. The box has a rectangular shape and an upper opening portion and configured to cover a top face and side faces of the packaging target. The first flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and including an opening through which an included object is inserted. The second flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from different opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and configured to be folded over the first flaps when the first flaps are folded. The first flaps further include partial flap portions.

The present invention seeks to provide a system that can enable goods to be securely and reliably horizontally, vertically and offset stacked, despite different sizes of goods and support members therefor, such as pallets, whereby wasted volumes arising from the presence of irregular loads, pallets or pallets of different levels or different load ratings in storage and transport can be minimized.
