A wiper blade assembly for a windshield wiper. In one embodiment, the wiper blade assembly includes a connector mounted on a blade support element. The connector has a receiving portion shaped to receive a first part of the end portion of a wiper arm and further has a securing portion shaped to secure a second part of the end portion of the wiper arm.

An adapter (26) for a wiper (10) is disclosed. The wiper includes a body (25) of elongate shape which is shaped to be mounted in a complementary yoke (28) of inverted U-shaped cross section belonging to a wiper arm. The body (25) of the adapter (26) has a locking tab (100, 102) which extends projecting above the upper face of the body (25), which is configured to be received through a hole (39b) in the yoke (28), which bears a rear contact surface (110) for contact with an edge (39b) of the hole (38b) in the yoke (28), and which is connected to the body (25) by an elastically deformable vertical connecting part (114a, 114b).

The invention proposes an adapter (26) for a wiper (10) comprising a body (25) of elongate shape which is shaped to be mounted in a complementary yoke (28) of inverted U-shaped cross section belonging to a wiper arm, characterized in that the body (1025) of the adapter (1026) comprises at least one elastic tab (1132a, 1132b) which is deformable in the transverse direction so as to retract as the adapter (1026) is being assembled and/or dismantled with respect to the yoke (28), the elastic tab (1132a, 1132b) being borne by a lateral wall (1026a, 1026b) of the body (1025) of the adapter.

The invention proposes an adapter (26) for a windscreen wiper, having a body (25) which is delimited by two external lateral faces (29a, 29b) and which is configured to be mounted in a complementary yoke (28) of a wiper arm having a pair of front locking pegs (44a) and an abutment surface (39) which cooperate with associated parts of the adapter, each of the lateral faces of the adapter (26) having a front locking notch (59) which receives a front locking peg (44b), and wherein the adapter (26) is provided with a resilient branch (62) bearing an unlocking button (64) which cooperates with the abutment surface (39), characterized in that the resilient branch (62) extends longitudinally beyond a transverse end face (27b) of the body (25) of the adapter (26).

A connector for a windshield wiper, and a wiper blade assembly including same, that accommodates slotted receiving portions of windshield wiper arms. The connector for connecting a windshield wiper assembly to a wiper arm may have a peripheral wall having at least two opposing peripheral side walls and a top surface extending from one of the two opposing peripheral side walls to the other. The opposing peripheral side walls may each have a guide pin aligned with one another and sized to be capable of slidably engaging slots of windshield wiper arm.

A windscreen wiper device comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped, which wiper blade includes opposing longitudinal grooves on its longitudinal sides, in which grooves spaced-apart longitudinal strips of the carrier element are disposed, wherein neighbouring ends of the longitudinal strips are interconnected by a respective connecting piece, which windscreen wiper device comprises a connecting device for an oscillating arm, wherein the oscillating arm is pivotally connected to the connecting device about a pivot axis near one end, with the interposition of a joint part, with the special feature that the joint part is detachable connected to the connecting device by engaging protrusions of the connecting device, at the location of the pivot axis, in recesses provided in the joint part, and wherein the protrusions are provided with co-axial through holes.

The windscreen wiper device includes a wiper element and a least one carrier element. The wiper device also includes a connecting device, which includes a base and a joint part. The joint part has a top wall that extends in a lateral direction between a pair of side walls. The joint part also has a button configuration for lockingly attaching the connecting device with at least two different types of oscillating wiper arms. The button configuration includes first and second buttons, each of which is attached with the side walls via resilient strips. The resilient strips extend directly from the side walls to the buttons. The resilient strips bias the buttons into raised positions wherein the buttons project above the top walls. The resilient strips also allow the buttons to move to a pressed position wherein a top surface of the respective button is generally flush with the top wall.

Provided are an adaptor for assembling a wiper blade, a wiper blade assembly, and a wiper device. The adaptor for assembling a wiper blade, which is configured to couple the wiper blade to two or more types of wiper arms, includes a body portion coupled to the wiper blade and to which a first type wiper arm is coupled horizontally or to which a second type wiper arm is coupled vertically and a locking portion rotatable provided on the body portion to cover a front end of the wiper arm.

The invention relates to a wiper device (10) comprising a wiper blade adapter (12) having at least one first wiper blade adapter element (14) and at least one second wiper blade adapter element (16), which mounted such that it can pivot relative to the first wiper blade adapter element (14) in at least one mounted state, and comprising a wiper arm adapter (18), which is coupled to the second wiper blade adapter element (16) in the mounted state. According to the invention, the wiper blade adapter (12) has a security unit (20), which is provided to allow a removal of the wiper arm adapter (18) from the wiper blade adapter (12) exclusively in at least one removal pivot position of the wiper arm adapter (18) relative to the first wiper blade adapter element (14).

An adapter (2) intended to link a wiper blade (1) to a driving arm (3) of a vehicle wiping system, the adapter (2) comprising a head (11) and a body (12) held together by means of an attachment device (80), the head (11) having a U-shaped cross section formed from at least one top wall (11a) from which at least two side walls (11b) extend, the body (12) having a U-shaped cross section formed from at least one top panel (12a) from which at least two side walls extend (12b), the U-shaped cross section of the head (11) delimiting an inner space (38) configured to at least partially receive the body (12), characterized in that the adapter (2) comprises at least one guide member for guiding the head (11) relative to the body (12).
