HAIR EXTENSION SYSTEM
A hair extension may include a first weft having a band and strands of artificial hair extending from the band. The hair extension may also include a second weft having strands of artificial hair, where the second weft may be attached to a front side of the band of the first weft. The hair extension may further include at least one attachment mechanism attached to a rear side of the band of the first weft, where the attachment mechanism may be configured to attach the hair extension to the scalp or natural hair of a user.
REPLACEMENT HAIR STRAND HAVING A HAIR-JOINING ELEMENT
Replacement hair strands having a hair-joining element comprise a flat, thin platelet with one replacement hair strand embedded on an end of the platelet, and at least one thin rib that protrudes at an angle with respect to the strand direction of the replacement hair strand from one of two flat sides of the platelet. The rib has flat sides that taper toward its free end. The rib has a height and a base thickness, and the height is greater than the base thickness. The base thickness is approximately the same as a thickness of the platelet. The rib is configured to envelop natural hair strands longitudinally aligned with the strand direction of the replacement hair strand to securely connect the replacement hair strand to the natural hair strands.
UNWEFT HAIR EXTENSIONS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF
Disclosed is a method of forming an unweft hair extension configured to be attached to cornrowed hair. The method may include soaking a plurality of hair strands in an acidic solution. Further, the method may include looping the plurality of hair strands over a roller to form a loop. Furthermore, the method may include wrapping the plurality of hair strands around the roller. Additionally, the method may include securing the plurality of hair strands around the roller. Further, the method may include placing the roller wrapped by the plurality of hair strands in boiling water for a predetermined time duration. Furthermore, the method may include drying the plurality of hair strands.
Spun and Tapered Faux Hair With Crochet Portal
A hair extension is formed by wrapping a mid-region of a length of yarn around a stick or pole. The removal of the stick or pole created a hollow interior, with the portal on one end of the hair extension and tapering of the other end. One can then attach the hair extension to hair. The hair extension is light weight by virtue of the hollow interior and can return to its original shape, structure, and length when forces acting on the tapered end stretch the length of the extension.
HAIR EXTENSION WITH REDUCED DETECTABILITY
A hair extension includes a section of hair and a substrate. Hair strands of the section of hair are affixed together at a first end by a solidified liquid polymer such that ends of the hair strands are retained within the polymer across a width of the section of hair. The substrate is attached to the polymer on one side (e.g., a rear side) of the section of hair across at least part of a width of the hair section. According to one exemplary embodiment, the substrate is also a solidified polymer. The width of the substrate, as measured along a length of the extension's section of hair, is substantially greater than a width of the polymer, as similarly measured. The wider substrate facilitates reliable attachment of the extension to the user's hair, while the narrower polymer enables the installed extension to remain virtually undetectable.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
The invention relates to a hair extension. In a preferred embodiment, the hair extension comprises strands that are attached together in such a way as to provide a substantially flat configuration, such that opposed sides are defined. This helps the hair extension to lay flat against a person's head. The opposed sides may have different hair colours on them, allowing flexibility and additional styling options. Preferably, the aligned hairs are compressed into a narrowed tip section, which is used to fasten the hair extension to a person's natural hair, using a deformable member such as a micro ring. A method of manufacturing the hair extension, and a method of attaching the hair extension to a subject, are also disclosed.
Hair weft and preparation process thereof
A hair weft includes a first hair weft unit and a second weft unit, the first hair weft unit includes a first hair strand a hair transplantation base, wherein the first hair strand is fixed to the hair transplantation base, the second weft unit includes a second hair strand and an attaching base, wherein the second hair strand is fixed to the attaching base, wherein the attaching base is attached to the hair transplantation base.
TRESSES FOR CUSTOM HAIR EXTENSIONS AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CREATING AND ATTACHING CUSTOM HAIR EXTENSIONS
This disclosure extends to systems, apparatus, and methods related to the creation of customized hair extensions. Systems in accordance with this disclosure may include unique tresses for creating custom hair extensions. These multi-purpose designs enable the tress to be used for different hair extension styles easily and quickly in any style and then easily attach the custom hair extensions for wear. These unique tress designs may allow for attachment to the user's hair in multiple ways. The uppermost slat may be configured for seamless sew-in attachment, a series of connection holes may be positioned for attachment to user's hair pulled therethrough by beaded or tube attachment, with upper holes allowing for a halo-style attachment, and parallel rows of slots allow for hair integration to provide attachment to the user's natural hair, with the blending of the attached wefts with the user's natural hair.
HAIR EXTENSION
A hair extension comprising a hair tuft having a proximal end secured together by a bonding base, the bonding base having apertures extending therethrough. A cover sheet has surface is releasably secured to a tacky surface wherein removal of the cover sheet allows securement of the tuft of hair to an individual's hair or scalp. A stitch line maintains a lateral length of the hair tuft allowing ease of bonding base replacement. The apertures allow breathability of the bonding base, wherein air inhibits moisture buildup from occurring between the base and the cover section.
Hair Weft Assembly
The present invention discloses a system and method for securing one or more combinable hair weft extensions to a user's head. The system comprises a first weft base and a second weft base, each provided with a plurality of wig hair extensions. The first weft base has a plurality of first fastening members and the second weft base has a plurality of second fastening members. Each one of the first fastening members is operatively associated with a corresponding one of the second fastening members so as to secure the second weft base to the first weft base. The first and second fastening members are arranged so as to provide a partial overlap between the first and second weft bases. The first weft base further includes a first securing mechanism for securing the first weft base to the user's head.
