The system includes a mobile housing such as a pull behind trailer that contains a purified water storage tank, a clothes washer and drier, a water heater, a multimedia filtration system, a Reverse Osmosis (RO) System, a discharge pump, and a booster pressure pump. Smaller satellite tank trailers may be serviced by larger system described herein to allow simultaneous washings. A high concentration SiO2 ceramic coating is applied with SiO2 concentration ranging between 49.9% and 64.1%.
SYSTEM FOR DECONTAMINATING WATER AND GENERATING WATER VAPOR
A system and method for decontaminating a fluid and recovered vapor, particularly processing and recycling water used in an oil zone steam process, utilizing a vaporizer-desalination unit to separate a contaminated water flow into a contaminated disposal flow and a clean water vapor flow. The contaminated water flow is recovered after separation from a combined oil and water flow from an oil well. The clean water vapor flow is preferably passed through a steam generator to produce the steam used in the oil zone steam process. The steam is injected into the oil zone of a designated well and then extracted as the combined oil and water flow. Once primed with sufficient external water, the system and method is designed to operate continuously with minimal replenishment because of the water/vapor/steam cycle.
RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM
A modular wall frame for a recycled water system, the modular wall frame includes a horizontal frame module, a vertical frame module, a greywater tank coupled to the horizontal frame or the vertical frame, at least one water consuming appliance drain coupled to the horizontal frame module, and at least one water consuming appliance water input coupled to the vertical frame module.
Pump controller apparatus
A control valve (10) includes a valve body with a plurality of ports (A, B, C, D, E, F) and a plurality of annular flow passages (53, 55,57). A piston (34) which includes a plurality of annular flow passages and a longitudinal flow passage is selectively movable within a bore (32) within the valve body through operation of a valve controller (70). The valve controller is selectively operative to control the position of the piston so as to enable liquid flow through a plurality of flow paths. A pump controller is operative to selectively control operation of a water well pump that supplies water to the control valve.
Multiphase Separation System
The present techniques are directed to a multiphase separation system. The system includes a liquid-liquid separator configured to receive a separated liquid that is further separated into a separated oil and a separated water within the liquid-liquid separator. An oil pump and a water pump, both with adjustable speeds, are configured to pump the separated oil and the separated water, respectively, from the liquid-liquid separator. An interface level in the liquid-liquid separator is regulated by adjusting the speed of the oil pump and the speed of the water pump.

A device for monitoring evaporation capacity of a water surface evaporator in a process includes a water surface evaporator and a rain collector, the rain collector and the water surface evaporator having a same size of orifice area, height, and contour profile of a monitoring device. One side of the water surface evaporator is connected with a first measuring well through a pipeline, and another side of the water surface evaporator is connected with a first electromagnetic flowmeter, a water supplementing electromagnetic valve and an overflow electromagnetic valve through a water pipe. The water supplementing electromagnetic valve is connected with a water supplementing barrel through a water supplementing pipe. A water collecting barrel is installed below the special rain collector. A second magnetostrictive water level meter, a starting drainage switch and a stopping drainage switch are installed in the second measuring well.

The geothermal heat retainment system comprises a first feed inlet, an optional solar collection system or a heat exchanger, and a first discharge outlet. The evaporation system comprises a second feed inlet, a pump, a drip manifold comprising a drip orifice or a manifold comprising a nozzle, a container, wherein a first portion of a ceiling of the container is constituted by a demister element such that the first portion of the ceiling is entirely configured as an outlet for evaporated water and wherein a second portion of the ceiling is adjacent to an upper edge of a wall of the container, a second discharge outlet, and an air system comprising an air blower and an optional air preheater, wherein the air system is disposed through the wall of the container and wherein the air system discharges air flow counter to the produced water and/or water droplets from the drip orifice. A method of using the produced water evaporation system is also disclosed.
Water Vapor Distillation Apparatus, Method and System
A distillation device may comprise a source fluid input and an evaporator in fluid communication therewith. The device may further comprise a compressor having an impeller coupled to a motor, the compressor having a low pressure inlet for vapor from the evaporator and a high pressure outlet for compressed vapor. The device may further comprise at least one temperature sensor configured to monitor temperature of vapor in the inlet and a condenser in heat transfer relationship with exterior surfaces of the evaporator and in fluid communication with the compressor outlet. The device may further comprise a controller configured to govern rotation speed of the impeller with an impeller motor command based on a calibrated motor speed for the distillation device. The controller may be configured to determine an adjusted motor speed for a next use of the device and overwrite the calibrated motor speed with the adjusted motor speed.
